I am really happy with my new 2014 Honda Accord knowing that I have no time to waist on writing reviews but from my past experiences leasing or buying (4 times) cars over all the help I was provide by A.J. RANA (Finance Manager) was outstanding in all the explanation about my contract and the pros and cons about buying vs lessing, he wants me to make sure I make the right choice. I believe on all the choices and all the trims he offered he always look not to sell me something that I would not be able to pay in the future, he reassure that I was extremely satisfy with the purchase before we even start doing paper work, he also got me a really good price in my car insurance I used to pay soo much money now thanks to A.J. RANA I save 600 hundred dollars a year! I thank him for being so patient with me and my wife questions. Another person who I am really thankfull is FRANKY DIAZ who give as a test drive of the car explaining in detail all the parts of the car wish I was very please because now my wife knows everything about the car, this shows that HONDA CARS OF BOSTON really care about their customers, Now! On top of everything I got there by 11am and I left the dealer at 2:30pm this is record I had never take such a little time leaving the dealer with a brand new car and new plates! I really think people should shop here because HONDA CARS OF BOSTON really care about customer service thank you very much for all your hard work! keep it up! I will buy my next car here that is for sure! read more

I leased a new car two months ago and got a hole in my tire almost immediately. The hole was in the side so they said I'd have to get a new one and scheduled an appointment for later that week. When I got there they said that they didn't have any of those tires in stock and that it would take several days to get one. If they would have simply asked me what kind of tires I had when I originally scheduled the appointment, then it would have been there by the time I got to my appointment. In addition, they asked me what kind of car I had, so they could have known from just that information what tire to get, since all of these cars have the same (very expensive and rare) tires. Now I have to wait another week to get my tire fixed, take time off of work to do so, and I have to cancel plans because I can't drive any further on my donut tire. The representative was defensive and didn't offer any sort of apology or help because of the inconvenience. Very disappointed and questing my choice in leasing a car from them. read more

I just leased a 2015 CRV-EX. I worked with John Fitzpatrick, aka "Fitzy", an outstanding salesperson who was recommended to me by a co-worker. After I selected the car, we went back and forth on the price for a very short period of time. It was a very reasonable negotiation without the classic "wait here while I ask my manager" BS that can drag on for hours. Fitzy seemed to be empowered to do the negotiations himself. I had limited time the day I visited, and Fitzy was respectful of my schedule and intelligence. I've found many dealerships treat women like they have no brains, but I felt respected by everyone I dealt with at this dealership. They seem to have realized that women can buy their own cars as well as add, subtract and multiply. Call in advance and make an appointment with Fitzy. He's very popular and seems to have a very loyal following, based on all the people who came in looking for him when I was there. The office representative, Wendell, was very nice and professional when it came time to go over the paperwork, lease agreement, registration, etc. I give him high marks too. The process was not painful. I've purchased a few cars in my lifetime, and this was the best, most stress-free, car-buying experience I've had. Fitzy is a straight-shooter, and I felt like I was dealing with a buddy, not just another fast-talking car salesman. read more

We recently leased a 2015 civic from here. Ataan Kurgun was the dealer and he was extremely helpful with the transaction. He was very patient and informative in answering all the questions we had. The manger was friendly and it was a nice experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a satisfying business. read more

Thank you! I came in on a Friday night very close to closing time. AAA changed my battery in my driveway and set off a beeping noise that wouldn't stop. He tried for almost an hour. My neighbors were starting to look out!!! I called and you all said to come right in, but I may have to wait until the next to be seen. When I arrived, the noise got everyone's attention and the whole crew came over to help. "Master Yoda" Figured it out and I left within 15 min. I was very stressed, and left smiling. read more

I have dealt with several different car dealerships in the past 15 years and by far this was the easiest, least pressure situation I had been in when buying a car. I worked exclusively with Sim and Oscar, whom both were very helpful and explained everything to me very simply put. It only took myself 2 visits to get into a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. First visit was a test drive lasting about 30 minutes, the second was about 45 minutes for the paper work and signing. Sim helped me along with was with the insurance company and did all the leg work. They say buying a car is what people dread most, but I didn't dead anything at all in dealing with Honda Cars of Boston. read more

Found the perfect car at the perfect price seemed to good to be true. When I asked the sales associate if it was still for sale she sounded hesitant and said I'd have to speak to a manager. After holding for a few minutes she came back and said yes it was still for sale, we scheduled a test drive. The next morning I woke up early and drove over an hour to arrive at the dealership for a SCHEDULED test drive. Upon my arrival I was informed by manager ALEX the car sold last night after close?!?!? How do you sell a car after close? Since the price seemed too good to be true I'm operating under the likely assumption this business participates actively in Bait and switch tactics to get people to buy cars they don't want. Don't waste your time and steer clear of KARINA, ALEX and the rest of this shady crew. read more

Avoid this place - the Service Department is bent. About a month ago I took my Accord in for routine service. After waiting far too long for an oil change, I was told I needed additional $1800 in repairs to my electrical system. I took the car to another dealer where the car checked out fine on their computer. I also noticed they had put a "Honda Cars of Boston" license plate frame on the car without any communication. If Service is bent - can Sales be far behind? read more

Dealing with this place even talking to them about buying a car is a total pain in the neck!!! I will not buy a car from a dealership that is giving me a lecture and doesn't get it that I have a certain budget and not going over it is important! Im not looking for new, I am looking for pre-owned for a first car and it seems as though the service rep had no interest in hearing that! I will be taking my credit to another dealership that values customers more and treats them with respect, since this place does not know how to! read more

Lets start this by saying buying a new car is probably one of the most stressful events in life. I get that. However, I will give you my honest assessment of Honda Cars of Boston. After some research we decided to start at Honda. The car we were looking at came in 3rd overall where our current car came in 17th. Went in bright and early on black Friday. We were probably the first customers and ran into Louis, one of the sales guys who was just coming in for the day. He took us out for a test drive. He did a decent job explaining some of the features. Get back to Honda and decide the heck with it, we like the car. I already saw it on their website. Lets just do it. Go back inside Louis writes up the cost sheet. First thing I noticed, its $2500 higher then what is listed right on their website. I show my husband the online listing. Hi Honda, smart phones, we all have them. Yeah, we're definitely not paying what was written down ... I promptly show Louis their listing and he says, "well you took away my negotiating power because now I have to give it to you for that price." Uh, ok then... so if I hadn't been smart enough to look online you'd charge me $2500 more or you'd act like you were doing me a favor by giving me the web price? Whatever, I get it you're a sales person least I forget... We did a little back and forth on the price, deposit, trade in... Louis asks if we have a deal. I ask if there is any way we could come down just a bit as that's still much higher then we planned. He goes to talk to the Sales Manager who promptly comes over. I swear the man had fire coming out of his nose. He's all, you do know you're at Honda right? To which I stated um yep and you do know we drive a Toyota so we're well aware of Japanese cars. He proceeded to talk to me like I was the nerviest, stupidest woman he'd ever met all in a very loud voice in the middle of the showroom floor. Clearly he doesn't care that the wife makes 90% of most decisions in marriages. Seriously, I worked for a very large financial information services company with Sales Men and have never been spoken to like that. What a DOUCHEBAG he is. Oh I hope he reads this... Not that he'd care because he acted like he was doing me a favor. We ended up coming to a deal with Louis and purchasing the car. At this point it had been maybe 4.5 hours, sadly I'm not exaggerating. We had to run home to get a check, yes, a paper check like we're back in 1950 as well as the title of our current car. Louis tells us we can take the new car that day if we wanted. Surprise to us, as we were not planning on that. He says oh it won't take long. Ummm yeah literally we left with the car 6.5 hours later. Sure it's nice that we took it that day. But if we were honestly told how long it would take we would've just picked it up whenever. We had a car that was in fine working condition. We did not need to sit there for 6.5 hours. Mind you the only thing they offered us was coffee or water. Here's an idea for the arrogant Sales Manager, if you're so mighty because you're a Honda dealership perhaps you should offer a damn muffin at least. This is not about Louis he was fine. Typical sales person just doing his job. I get that. But note to the Sales Manager, DO NOT talk to me like I'm stupid. Although you got the last laugh because we did buy the car. Would I recommend your dealership to anyone NOPE. The world wide web has leveled the playing field you cannot list one price and try to charge another, just saying... read more

My car battery died after I parked my 2009 Civic at work. I called this dealership to see if they could replace my battery that day since I couldn't leave my car parked at work overnight. They told me as long as I brought it in before 4pm that they'd be able to take care of it. I got a jump and drove straight there and I was in and out in about an hour. Pretty good considering I didn't have an appointment. Really happy with the quick and friendly service! Thanks Honda Cars of Boston! read more

After going to this dealership originally to bur a 08 Honda Civic, I changed my mind and wanted the 08 Accord Coupe. They originally had my down payment , after going to Herb Chambers Honda in Allston, I got a really good price from Herb. I told Honda Cars of Boston I wanted to back out and was going with Herb, they told me no way I can get my money back and would have to buy from them . After arguing with Joe Gerbino for a few minutes , he said he would offer 500 cheaper than Herb and to give him until Tuesday to have my car ready to pick up. I called him on Tuesday and after him not returning my phone calls, he admitted to me on Thursday he would not be able to get the car in the silver I wanted. He offered to give me my money back and suggested I go to Herb Chambers to get the Accord from them. Joe Gerbino also stated that "NO DEALERSHIP IN NEW ENGLAND HAS THIS ACCORD IN SILVER WITH NAVIGATION". I got home about an hour ago to see if Mr. Scumbag was lying..I found one car with the EX-L Model in Accord Coupe in Silver... Honda Cars of Boston has it! What a scumbag dealership. I would NOT deal with these grease ball scumbags in any way. I refuse to even get my car serviced there! I leased a 2012 Honda Accord from this Honda in Everett a few years back this is my second car from them and so far this has been now I have a 2015 Honda Accord the worst year of my life with honda any time I go to service there is always an issue! This time I called 3 times to talk about my Honda Accords tires saying I have tire and rim coverage I went over a pot hole and a piece of my tire was coming off and it scraped my rim! I was very specific each time!!! So Speaking with Taylor she had me understanding the guys would just change my tires and rims since I had the coverage anyways so I said okay I need all new tires and figured I would get the rims anyways Taylor is absolutely horrible and doesn't understand her job so she misleads customers.... I spoke to her 3 different times she told me that the guys in service will normally just change all the tires and rims since I had the coverage and it WOULDN'T cost me anything (sounded to good to be true) I dropped my car off expecting I was getting 4 new tires and rims for nothing because it was do to pot holes! Dropped my car off early yesterday morning, got a call from Taylor stating I needed an alignment I told her I'll get everything else I needed next week since I needed an oil change as well she said ok we hung up I called back again to see when my car would be ready, Taylor then told me 2pm. I told her perfect I would be there! NEVER ONCE DID SHE MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT ME GETTING CHARGED! I went to pick up my Honda Taylor is sitting right there when the guy tells me I OWE $520!!!! I couldn't believe it I got so angry.. I told Taylor you never talked about a price with me at All You told me it wouldn't cost me all of a sudden I'm stuck with a $520 dollar bill! On the receipt it says I was acknowledged that it could cost up to $600 bull sh*t no one ever called me or even mentioned money!!!! It's ridiculous don't even bother dealing with them oh and wait my tire pressure single is now on go figure never went on in 2 years of me having this car wth!! read more

Oscar and Frank were great! They gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car and worked with me to help me lease a 2017 civic at a very affordable and competitive rate. A couple of months ago I noticed a nail in my tire, I purchased the tire warranty when I bought the car so I figured it would be covered like it said it would. Took my car in to these people and figured they would just take care of it. They called me into the back service area to show me my car, which was still suspended on the hook thing. The guy told me I needed two new tires, that it was regular wear and tear. I asked him about the nail and he told me that his tech did not find any nails. I told him that I had seen the huge nail my self and you could still see the imprint of the nail on the tire!! He kept saying there was no nail and I needed to purchase new tires b/c the warranty did not cover wear and tear. They fixed the air pressure in the tires and I left. About a month later the tire pressure indicator lit up again, this time my husband took the car in. There was another nail in the tire and guess what? they gave gave us a new one COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! These men are despicable and untrustworthy! I wonder how many women have fallen for the schemes. Do Not take your care here, especially if you are a female... another bad experience and hopefully the last one! Took my car in on a Monday for an oil change and the software updates for the Honda Accords, which took about 3-4 hours. They don't have any rentals so I had to go through the hassle of arranging for someone to pick me up and drop me off. When I picked up the car I was told I need two new filters and a new tire (not a surprise there). As I was driving home I turned on my a/c and it made this horrible sound like it was going explode, kept getting louder and louder. I called them the next day to book yet another appt and they told me to take it on a weekday from 7-9 am!! So after they messed up my a/c I have to comply with ther ridiculous early morning hours and try to figure out where I'm going to leave my toddler so early in the morning. So I took it in a week later, waited for over an hour and what was wrong? " Twigs and dry leaves stuck in the a/c motor"!! they removed them, for free thankfully. How they misteriously got there while the car was being worked on is a mystery to me because the a/c was working perfectly fine right before I left the car! Do not go to this place! I feel like they try to take advantage of female customers who don't have knowledge about cars. My sister in law takes her car there also and has had bad experiences with them. I would rather drive a few miles farther away to another Honda dealership, not going back to these money hungry pigs ever! read more

Only a first impression, but I shall not be back for another. Very unpleasant experience. Called them to ask if they have Honda HR-V in stock for test drive. Salesman on the phone said there were two. One EX- in Red and another LX. He went on to ask if I like EX or LX. When I asked if I could stop by in an hour considering it was day before Thanksgiving, he said they will be open and I should come on by. When I reached the dealership, the floor salesman when told I am looking to test drive a HR-V, immediately said there are none in stock but he can give me brochures. Having driven all the way not for a brochure, I asked if he could double-check. He came back after speaking to others and indeed confirmed there was none. I mentioned my afternoon was wasted as I had called several dealers and drove all the way only after I was told there are HRVs in stock. His manager was standing right next to him and casually said it is possible they sold them in the last hour. I asked if indeed he can show me records of selling the two HR-Vs. He got irritated and said may be they were sold earlier in the day and computers were not updated. I feel they lied on the phone to get an unsuspecting customer to come to the showroom, with the hope perhaps they can sell an alternative car. The worse of it came when I mentioned I had emailed their sales manager also prior to coming and that I will consider writing a Yelp review. I started leaving and he followed me to the car. Asked me to roll down the window. He said their Yelp score is only 2.5 and it is fine for me to tell my negative experience to friends and family but I should refrain from leaving a review on Yelp. I felt threatened as another manager was milling around my car and this fellow kept trying to convince me not to write a yelp review. I can understand there may have been a mistake, the behavior displayed however spoke of a terrible sales culture. Perhaps there is a good reason for other negative reviews and the 2.5 star rating. read more

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this location. This is my third Honda but first from this location. I've only had the car a week and I am unhappy with the service at this location. I was told that my registration and inspection would be taken care by the dealership at no cost and would be ready when I picked up the car. However when I picked up the vehicle neither were ready. It took 4 days to be done with the dealership blaming my insurance company for the hold up when in fact the information was sent 4 times. When I went to get my registration and sticker at the dealership I was expected to wait an hour and a half! The gentlemen in the service department smugly told me that if I didn't wait the hour and a half that it would cost me $35 elsewhere. Not a good start with this dealership! read more

Gave their customer service rep a few more details about the incident and got back a creepy reply that used personal information I deliberately left out of the review. re: Sales, haven't even gotten back to service yet Bought a 2010 used Honda Accord 2 weeks ago Was told would be ready on Monday ( we bought it on Saturday)-not so! Was told on Saturday we needed to speak to the financial person to finish signing then we were sent out without seeing him, when i asked what happened they said he wasn't there. Was also told that a "situation" happened so we could not take the car, as the title had some sort of hold up. They would call us the next business day ( Monday) Heard nothing Monday so called Tuesday and was told that salesman was " about to call"-he said car was not ready because the title hadn't come in until Monday and they hadn't gotten to the insurance piece yet because we had not finished signing the papers. We had not received a call to come and see the financial person to complete the sale, so an extra day went by until I called. Was told to come in later and sign the papers so sale could be completed and we could have the car once that happened. ON THE WAY to the dealer we received a call and were then told even though we were coming to sign papers the car would not be ready until next day because now it was late and the insurance might be closed. We finished signing papers and went home Had to give my insurance info for 3rd time. Same day as we finished dinner, we received call that car was ready. Went back again....and they could not find the car. 20 minutes waiting while salesperson looked for car-found it, and finally we drove it home. Got it home, see that there is a rejection sticker-called and was told that we needed to run up some miles for them to recheck the emissions as it could not be completed until the car had run for about a week. WHY WAS THIS NOT 1) DONE or.....2) TOLD TO US BEFORE WE LEFT THE LOT?? This place is awful, we will NEVER do business there again. And typically, they were all ooze and smiles while they were suckering you, then propmptly wash their hands of you after. Not even a follow up call to see if everything was ok. In trying to find accountability for the inferior customer service and publicly venting my frustration, I could not help feeling I was just another sales number and shrugged off by the salesmen, business managers and owners. It was only after I posted a poor review on Yelp, that I was contacted and offered assistance by Samantha, one of the managers. She apologized and attempted to mend fences by offering a free protection package and a refund on floor mats. I do appreciate her trying to appease me and make reparation. In addition, the president of the dealership sent his apologies. Most of this fiasco could have been easily minimized or even avoided with clearer communication, good customer service, and follow-through. I hope my incident was an exception to the norm, as superior customer service yields successful business. read more

I bought a brand new 2014 Accord 2 years ago from Honda Cars of Boston. I bought this car brand new and the fm transmitter had to be replaced within 4 weeks of owning it. During the first winter, it would not start. I kept bringing it back to Honda and they said since they could not recreate the issue there was nothing they could do. I also complained of a weird noise coming from acceleration and down shifting. Fast forward to now and it came to be the transmission. Which Honda would not replace fully since it was out of warranty, so i had to pay something out of pocket. I haven't had the best experience with my first Honda. read more

This place is awful!!! A year ago my husband and I had the misfortune of returning a company-leased Honda Pilot to this dealership. Our salesman was Frank Diaz. Because my husband's company was no longer providing him a vehicle we had to purchase one and we needed one quick. We were totally taken advantage of. They knew we were under the gun to get another car and my husband was very anxious to find one. He was interested in a used Mazda which they had on the lot. The sticker price was $17,000 and the car had 65,000 miles on it. My husband being in such a rush took Frank at his word and he sold the car to my husband for approx. $14,000!! The Kelly blue book for top of the line Mazda CX7 is approx. $9,000. What an outrage!!! When we picked up the car the CD was broke. They insisted that we put CDs in the unit which got stuck. Honda couldn't fix it and they had to send it out to a Mazda place. We had to get a used car for a week! We have since tried to get rid of the car but because of our situation, we can't recoup our loss. I contacted Mr. Diaz to inform him what I thought of him by phone. He responded via email and informed me that Honda Cars of Boston did nothing of the kind. Bull!!! I told him if he truly stood by their pricing, he would take the Mazda back as a trade in and I would gladly lease a Honda from him. Needless to say, I never heard back from Mr. Diaz. Horrible customer service, horrible way to treat people who are in a jam. You should be ashamed of yourself! And yes, shame on me and my husband for not checking the Kelly Blue book before signing on the dotted line. That's what you get when you put your trust in someone. read more

I actully wanted to give out 4.5 stars for my experience Honda Cars of Boston Sales  Pros: -Excellent service. - No pressure - Knowledgeable staff I could not be happier that Luis helped me out when I randomly walked in and looked for a salesperson. I do not have experience with purchasing a car at all. I was looking for a Honda Civic with the sensing feature. Luis was willing to test drive the car for me since I was a bit nervous to drive it. I told him that I am a very new driver, Luiz was very patience and answer all the questions that I asked which I truly couldn't appreciate more! THANK YOU! As I mentioned, this is my very first time purchasing a car; I didn't know how it all works out. Towards to the end, when we came to the pricing part, I noticed that the price offer is different as I got online. ( I didn't know that online quote actually might have somewhat different procedures? I am not very sure, don't quote me on it). Anyway, Luiz was able to offer me the price that my fiance quoted for me. I actually made an appointment to come back with my fiancé for purchasing the car. However, we changed our mind at the last minutes and decided to go for other vehicles. Cons: -Receiving emails and phone calls. I don't answer unknown phone calls, but I noticed that couple phone calls seem to be from the store. I also received quite a bit emails from Honda Cars of Boston Sales, most of them are internet sale person. (I think I could have done something wrong, and I also didn't respond back most of the emails that why I kept receiving emails. As well as I might have asked for quote multiple times). However, I think it is understandable that they want to make sure the customer's need being well-taking care. *I heard some yelling from the back office, I wasn't sure what was going on, it seemed to me that someone got yelled by a manager, I really hope I was my mishearing, and it's not only a well respect customer service, as well as the staff members too! ( I could be wrong, anyway just wanted to mention it too). Overall, I definitely recommend to check out the store, and enjoyed my experience with Luis! read more

After some truly harrowing experiences at other dealerships, my wife and I paid a visit to Honda Cars of Boston. We met with John, Rich and Alex, and were pleasantly surprised by how forthcoming they were with discussions about car choice, colour, price, etc. At no point did they try to pressure us into purchasing additional features and services, nor did they throw any curveballs at us with regards to price. We had a bit of an urgent deadline for car delivery, which they went out of their way to accommodate. Honda Cars of Boston is the best Honda dealer we have worked with. Jose exchanged our leased 2013 CR-V for a 2014 with a minimal amount of our sitting in the showroom. This dealer sucked all the joy out of getting a new car. I bought my 2003 CRV new from this dealer and had a good experience. I emailed with a sales manager (along with other dealers) and they had the lowest price for a 2015 CRV EX. When I went in, I was handed off to the most unprofessional person. This is the sleazy car salesman. No pleasantries, no questions, just vomited all the features I already knew about. He actually tapped on the glass door with the key instead of opening it to get my attention. During the test drive he didn't want me backing up the car (yes, I am a woman but will have to put it in reverse at some point!). I was considering trading in my car and he did the "I'm writing a number down" - really?! When we got to the final amount for the P&S I asked if they could do any better on the price - "no". That's it, just no and a stare. I knew there was little wiggle room, but didn't think it would hurt to ask. Right then I should have gone to a different dealer, but shame on me, I did sign the P&S. Getting the car was a complete hassel. They had to get the color I wanted from another dealer and the sales manager promised it would be ready the Tuesday before Christmas. I was able to pick it up nearly a week later after they sent incomplete paperwork to my credit union, argued with me over the phone, and the salesperson blamed the sales manager for misinforming me and saying that "he shouldn't talk to customers". When I go to pick it up, the ski attachment was missing. Well, it had only been ordered 2 days before, so I took it without (who knows if they'd find it again) and had to go back after my ski trip to have it installed. The salesperson had the gall to leave messages for me checking on how I liked the car. How about how I liked the experience? I would never recommend or go back to this place. My advice is to pay a little more if needed to go to another dealer. read more

I leased a car from them from a sales guy named Alfredo. THEY LIED ABOUT THE TERMS OF THE LEASE. When I went to finance the car at the end of the lease they lied again and said no one name Alfredo ever worked there. I pulled out his business card with his name on it saying Honda cars of Boston and they still continued to deny it. There was ALSO a parts recall on my car that they would not honor. On top of that they did not apologize or try to do anything to fix the situation. I took my business elsewhere and very happy I did. read more

If I could give this dealership less than one star I would! We went to pick up a car we purchased. We called the day before, they said it would be a couple of hours and to arrive between 11:30 and 12. We arrived at 12 and proceeded to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes for them to detail and inspect the car! Spoke to the Sales Manager (Ben) who asked me if we had been told it would take a couple of hours and I said yes but not over 3 hours. He then said "his interpretation of a couple of hours and mine were two different things" I asked him for a dictionary as a "couple" would show 2 not 3! His response was "Oh well" Finally they said the car was ready (3 1/2 hours after we arrived) and then they scrambled because they couldn't locate the extra set of keys! Another 15 minutes as they had to cut new keys. I will never purchase anything from this dealership again. There is more to this story and several examples of their rudeness and incompetence. My advise is Honda makes a great car but stay away from this dealership!!!! read more

Called dealer today to get some info on my car. Spoke to a service tech named Steven who left me hanging on the phone for at least 15 minutes. Then I asked to talk to service mangage (Steve Whalen) who was not that pleasant. I used to go to this dealership for service but will not be going anymore. They suck!! read more

This was my first time at Honda cars of Boston and we had such a welcoming and pleasant experience! Thank you to all the smiling faces and to Reggie for taking care of us. Having my car come out sparkling from a complementary car wash was unexpected and such a great send off. We will be back! Calisi our Rhodesian Ridgeback enjoyed hanging around as well while we waited for our car to be done and everyone was just so nice to her. I have to say I read through the many negative reviews before going and was very hesitant I disagree with many of them now based on my experience. The waiting area is nice with comfortable leather chairs, has a large flat screen TV, complementary coffee and there's a snack machine. The waiting area opens up onto the sales floor and is not stuck somewhere dingy off to the side. The facility is new, clean, and there is plenty of parking. It's very easy driving into the bay where you give your keys over and get a ticket like valet. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage others who had negative experiences some years ago to give it a second shot! read more

On Monday Aug.26.2013 , I went to this dealer to check up my mini van , because tires presure lighted up for two weeks already.I waited 45 min the guy told me that your right rear tire had 3 holes on it , can not fix must be replaced. I don't have another choise .it costed me $191. If you have little common sences you could image a tire with 3 holes can last two weeks for running ( without pumping), that is impossible, so I call them " big lair" don't go over there to be sucked.. read more
