This McDonald's has the worst girl working late night/early morning about 3am on a weekend. She was a little Mexican girl who was so rude! She didn't greet me, say thank you, smile, nothing! Seriously. If you want fresh food, go somewhere else. I came here craving for chicken nuggets with honey mustard due to my pregnancy and first off, the attention of the staff is so limited.. I had to wait for a bit in order for someone to notice me. Taking my order, the lady seemed so rushed while everybody else behind her was so at ease. Just moving at their own pace. I did NOT receive my food until 15 minutes later... and when I got it, instead of honey mustard... they gave me pure HONEY. Why would I need honey while eating chicken nuggets? WORST SERVICE EVER! They took FOREVER giving me my food. Waited for 45 mins! There was only two customers in drive thru. The customer in front of me ended up driving off without getting his food. A customer that arrived behind me also left because service took forever. As soon as they realized the first customers left, they made me pay as soon as I approached and made me wait for so long! On three occasions in the last few months I pull into this alleged 24 hour McDonalds, pull up to the speaker, and NOTHING. Three times I leave without even talking to anybody, no food. All three times I see the same goofy kid standing there with a stupid look on his face--this raging IDIOT!!! What is the problem exactly? I'm supposed to beg and clamor and campaign for a Big Mac? To come up snake-eyes on three separate occasions really says a lot about this place. It really says all you need to know about their attention to detail. If this is happening to me three out of three times, how many other people is this happening to? And when does the owner maybe start to realize something is amiss and maybe get some people in there who are willing to work the overnight shift in a less-derelict manner. I'm not one prone to leaving bad reviews, so when it's the middle of the night and I'm praying for this place to burn down to the ground, that's not really a good reflection on you at all. I won't ever even entertain the option of returning here again. If I try to buy food three times and I come up empty all three times, what else is there to talk about? Are you not seeing all these irritated people leaving reviews? How are you screwing this up so bad? This is shameful. Yesterday morning January 30. My family and I stopped by to get a quick breakfast. So we thought. Walked in and our order was taken right away. No problem. So we get our number and sit and wait for our food. Sat there for about 10mins still waiting. Then about the 20 min mark decided to go up and ask what was going on with our food. My best friend and I just stood there and no one even acknowledge us even after we said excuse me. Nothing. It was so frustrating we said it again a little louder. And then we get the same kid that took our order. And we asked what was going on with our food. He just said we are waiting on round eggs and walks away. And we still were standing there. He comes back and acts like he dont see us. So my friend asked for the manager. He rudely said he was one of the managers (both male and female managers were useless). And walks away again. And our drinks were just sitting there getting watered down. As we stood there another employee seen our frustration. And nicely explained what was going on. And he wasn't even a manager. But he did have a whole lot better customer service etiquette. Im sorry I understand that things happend. But to ignore your customers and be rude to them when you have a problem is very unacceptable. I know its just McDonalds. But this is the very very first time we have ever had a problem at this one. read more

Service is ok, but they really need to get their drive thru line situated. Sat in lane 1 for 15 minutes to watch 4 cars that came after me get into lane 2 and go ahead. Frustrating. Oh my goodness. Where do I even start? My husband, daughter, and myself were on our way to the movies. We needed something quick to feed our daughter (don't judge-due to some health problems she is severely underweight and is just lucky that she is on a very high fat diet). She was hangry as fuck, so we went through the drive through. They gave us the completely wrong order (someone else's entirely), so my husband pulled the car around and went inside. He gave them the receipt and told them our order was so wrong on so many levels. I don't eat this shit, but I've been eating bird seed for two months and wanted something fatty, processed, and delicious. After he went in, they fucked up the order AGAIN. They forgot an entire value meal. But it was too late, my husband didn't check the bag (AGAIN) and we were short food. By now we had missed the start of the movie, so we didn't even get to go. We went home, and my husband went back again to get our money back on the entire meal they forgot and the gentleman at the register told us that he threw away all of the receipts (including the one my husband gave him for the FIRST incorrect order). I'm sorry, but if you're going to fight for $15.00 and hour, show me why you deserve it. I mean, once is a mistake and expected because let's face it, it's MacDonald's, but twice after going inside after getting a completely different order just makes that stereotype way more valid. I won't go here again even for my daughter because I don't need those nuggets in my life, but COME ON!! Get your fucking shit together, MacDonald's. One of the worst run, managed & staffed Mc Donald's in the Temecula area. Every time I come to this location something go's wrong. The staff are under trained, slow & have no business in the fast food industry. ...or do they? That's probably why they are employed at this McDonald's. I have ordered burgers without pickles and got them with pickles and no onions??? Tonight was the best screw job ever. I ordered a Mc Rib without pickles. I saw my sandwich was made as they were waiting on fries. Just as the fries were done, the shift manager handed the cook my sandwich and told him to put pickles on it. Then she placed the sandwich and fries into a bag and handed it out in the drive-thru...WTH. When questioned about it, she said with a smile "Oh your order will be right out" then 10 minutes later she handed me my food. Seriously? I cannot believe what I just went through with this employee name Leslie. I asked for sausage biscuit, with yellow cheese a number 6. She said we don't have yellow cheese we have orange. I said the one that comes with all the other sandwiches, she said "to me its orange so do you want it or not, I'm like yes just put cheese on it, and I said want the coffee with that she said ok. So I paid, sat waiting for my number, came to check I didn't have my hashbrowm so I went up to ask If I can get my hash brown because I was missing it, she said you didn't order one I said yes I got a number 6 it comes with one. She then proceeded and said you just order a biscuit with cheese and a small coffee, I said no ,if I would order it like that wouldn't it be more expensive? She said yeah but you didn't order a number 6, (all this she said to me was with an argumentive tone) then someone brought her the hash brown and was still making a big deal out of it. She finally just said, whatever take it. I said I'll pay for it, she said just take, so I walked off, it was so embarrassing because there was alone behind me. I thought customer is always right??? Just left this location after returning with my drive through order to get it corrected and was met by 2 teenage employees from the drive through who dropped the F bomb on me and saying " I dont give a F@ck". My cheeseburgers were ordered ketchup only due to my daughters mustard allergy and they ended up having mustard so I went o get them replaced, the cook sneered and laughed at the thought of having to redo something so small and when I asked him about it I was answered by 2 teens from around the corner loudly, rudely and then the 1 cussing in front of multiple customers, ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and my business will be gone from that location forever. My experience tonight was horrid!!!!!!!!! I waited at the drive-thru for 25 minutes. It was 1:30 am and there were no cars before me. As I waited the workers were mopping, of course nothing wrong its their job. 20 minutes later the male working the Drive-Thru puts his mop down and starts packing food. That is not sanitary!!! He brings me my food, I ask if he washed his hands and he answers "No I did not". I let him know that its unsanitary and he says he'll make me a new order. Five minutes later he brings my "NEW" large order , but fails to tell me that its the same one! How do i know its the same order? All the food is cold, half of it was wrong and my nieces frozen strawberry lemonade has chocolate chunks every where!! This place is not worth stopping by.
