I mean, I understand you work at McDonalds, but can you at least attempt to not be a complete ass? You answer the phone and say "McDonalds." as if my phone call was the most inconvenient part of your day. I ask what time you close and you say "we don't", like I'm somehow supposed to know that by the lack of posted hours on all of this locations online pages. Boyfriend and I just got off work from a 40-45 minute drive to home we decided to get food to go so we're like "oh drive-thru isn't packet, let's go". I can see why now. Keep in mind we're craving salads so we came to McDonald's (i looking forward to the southwest crispy chicken him to the bacon grilled chicken salad) to not only just find out they didn't carry the dressing that comes with the Southwest, I agreed to take just the ranch to find out when we leave there was a rotten moldy tomatoes ! When ordering our food at the drive thru speaker we asked about a certain promo that was going on and the order taker "Joshua" gave a very rude "Uh huh." Yikes, I don't know what was going on, but I had the worst service ever here. I drove up and was asked to wait. I did...for 10 minutes at which point another car drove up in the other lane. He waited for a few minutes, too, but got through. I was surprised and called through my monitor, but no one answered. Another 10 minutes went by! I *really* wanted some fries, so I was super patient. No one else came, and the line didn't move. Eventually, I pulled up, but another 10 minutes later O.O I gave up and pulled in. This isn't a knock on the McDonalds, or the homeless, but when I walked up there was a fairly big group of individuals out there and it was dark/late (hence why I drive-through). Anyway, I went in, and there were only a few people there (this was at about 830pm or so). The kid who helped me seemed super young, and a bit frazzled/frustrated. I let him know what happened at the window (it was a female voice who initially told me to wait, so I don't think it was him), and he mumbled "sorry". Then took my order. No attempts to make it right with like a coupon or free fries or something. I'm not a confrontational person, so I didn't say any more. Ordered the fries and a shake...and of course, the machine was broken. :( When I got in the car, the fries were cold b/c the kid left them on out for a while before getting to me. I could tell he was trying to do things "in order", but like...mine was just fries. So that pretty much sucked. I really hope this was a one-off thing, because I've been to this one earlier in the day and had better experiences. read more

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. No playground but this place is more of a "I got somewhere to be but I'm hungry" location. A young man named Christian really helped me with my order in the friendliest manner making sure I got the best deal with the food I wanted. Okay, honestly, I'm disappointed. This McDonald's has really great costumer service however, their hours posted say their drive through is open 24 hours and here is a picture of it closed at 11pm. This is the third time this has happened. Lunch was good, but everything is a bit more expensive than other mcdonalds. I think because it is a busier one. They don't have the 4 for $4 deals. Mc double that normally costs a dollar or $1.29 costs $1.89 here. Some of my mozzarella sticks had no cheese, a quick Google search said that means they were overcooked. This McDonald's engages in the illegal practice of not giving a receipt when paying with a credit card in the drive through. Several times after leaving I noticed no receipt in my bag. So last time after paying the girl gave me back my card and my food and I asked where's my receipt so she walked all the way to the other end of the front counter then got my receipt so there is no printer or whatever near the drive thru window. read more

I'm pissed! First I went to McDonald's on Winchester in the Winco lot. Here I ordered a Cheeseburger with grilled onions, they gave me a cheeseburger with explicitly no onions! So, after work, I went to this location and ordered two cheeseburgers with grilled onions, and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers and one with grilled onions; that's a total of 3. Only reason one star is because you have to put a star. Today while waiting for our food I thought I saw a employee use her bare hands pick up food and put it in my bag. I wasn't 100 percent sure so I let that go. She hands us the food then turns to finish making our drink. I watch her scoop the ice then use her fingers to push the ice down into the drink. I should have spoken up tight then I think I was still in shock. I am a supervisor at a popular coffee store and never ever have I seen something like this. We wanted to speak to a manager so we decided to go inside and obviously get the drink remade. The store says it opened inside at 5am but the doors were still locked at 6am. We did learn they were short staffed which is why the store was still locked. I do understand that and the safety of your employees. The "manager" met my bf at the door and offered to dump the drink out and just refill the cup nope you will give us a new cup. I am still in shock. This girl is lucky I am not her supervisor.
