Okay, honestly, I'm disappointed. This McDonald's has really great costumer service however, their hours posted say their drive through is open 24 hours and here is a picture of it closed at 11pm. This is the third time this has happened. As well as one time when we came here and the staff we're leaving because their night shift hadn't come in so they just decided to close the store early (like 10pm) seriously corporate, get someone out here to figure things out. read more

To be fair, I didn't purchase anything because I tried ordering a SHAMROCK SHAKE. The worker replied "we don't have cake". I repeated the order and was met with "frapachino cafe?". I responded with: no, the annual mint shake, you know, the green one for St. Patrick's. I was told to pull forward. After several minutes of waiting, I was told "we don't have cake". If you want fresh food, correct change, or a friendly employee this is not the McDonalds for you. I have gotten correct change occasionally but my food is always hours old. The staff is very rude and most of them will not greet you at the window. They open the window and start shoving things at you when they are ready. When ordering our food at the drive thru speaker we asked about a certain promo that was going on and the order taker "Joshua" gave a very rude "Uh huh." Then when we didn't order fast enough for "Joshua" he proceeded to very rudely say " I cant read your mind." NEVER before has my family been treated like this at any restaurant. read more

Super speedy service and the girl didn't get irritated at me that I gave her 12 pennies! (Trying to clear out that wallet) she made small chat with me and was super sweet. Great experience going through the drive thru getting a mc flurry! read more

I usually only get coffee on my way to work in the morning so I'm really an easy customer to please.....but EVERYTIME I pull up to pay, I get BAD attitude from the cashier. Lunch was good, but everything is a bit more expensive than other mcdonalds. I think because it is a busier one. They don't have the 4 for $4 deals. Mc double that normally costs a dollar or $1.29 costs $1.89 here. Some of my mozzarella sticks had no cheese, a quick Google search said that means they were overcooked. We spent 40 minutes in the drive thru line, they asked us to pull up and they would bring our food out. 20 minutes later we just walk in to ask for our food and find out they FORGOT about our order. I'm pissed! First I went to McDonald's on Winchester in the Winco lot. Here I ordered a Cheeseburger with grilled onions, they gave me a cheeseburger with explicitly no onions! So, after work, I went to this location and ordered two cheeseburgers with grilled onions, and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers and one with grilled onions; that's a total of 3. Only reason one star is because you have to put a star. Today while waiting for our food I thought I saw a employee use her bare hands pick up food and put it in my bag. I wasn't 100 percent sure so I let that go. She hands us the food then turns to finish making our drink. I watch her scoop the ice then use her fingers to push the ice down into the drink. I should have spoken up tight then I think I was still in shock. I am a supervisor at a popular coffee store and never ever have I seen something like this. We wanted to speak to a manager so we decided to go inside and obviously get the drink remade. The store says it opened inside at 5am but the doors were still locked at 6am. We did learn they were short staffed which is why the store was still locked. I do understand that and the safety of your employees. The "manager" met my bf at the door and offered to dump the drink out and just refill the cup nope you will give us a new cup. I am still in shock. This girl is lucky I am not her supervisor. Just drove through on way back from San Diego. Ordered 2 vanilla ice coffees. Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru line with cars not moving. Got to the window and waited while they hurriedly made the drinks. Got back on freeway and discovered we received 2 regular ice coffees with milk (nasty). We waisted time and money.
