Horrible service, had to tell the cashier three times something was missing from my tray. Most of soft drinks were either flat or low on CO2. When we addressed the soft drink issue, one of the young ladies came to the lobby took a sip and had the audacity to tell us " it taste fine" I know that was the roughest sip of her life! read more

I was told by a polite young man that the frappe machine would be done getting cleaned in 10mins , I waited 30mins after already purchasing my drink and it still wasn't ready . The young man tried to help me as much as he could with rushing the drink but his managers were completely rude and inconsiderate! When I finally spoke to a manager she tells me she told one of her employees to ask me if I wanted to replace the drink and when I inform her they did not tell me that, she tried to argue me down . This place used to be one of the fastest McDonald's in Temecula. Once they finished up the remodel of the places never been the same sense. The service is so slow and the staff sucks and is very rude. Will never go back to this place. With only six cars in drive-through takes 30 minutes. read more

The Drive Thru at this McDonald's needs serious improvement, and by the reviews I'm reading, I'm not the only one who believes this. I had issues at this establishment in the past and stayed away for about a year. I visited this morning and ordered a simple Egg & Sausage McMuffin. Three vehicles in front of me had decent size orders and spent several minutes at the Drive Thru Window, all along I'm wondering why they don't have them pull up to the waiting area? After 10 minutes, I'm sitting at the window for my ONE ITEM and I'm told to pull up and sit in the waiting area....Yes, for One Item! I know that there are always going to be high turnover for Fast Food Restaurants, but this particular restaurant needs serious help in the way they train their employees. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Came here with my coworkers today for lunch. We ordered 3 chicken nugget meals. We got to the window to get our food and they had us park. When through the drive through, they didn't have kids toys SO they substitute cookies for it BUT charged us for it. I had a super long day so I was looking forward to a quick and easy dinner. However, when I walked up to the register, the employee asked me to use the kiosk because they were trying 'something.' Uh yeah okay.... so I gave it a try. Naturally, the menu was less than user friendly. Items were categorized, but not in alphabetical order. Great, now I have to figure out how to order a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets? Not my job. Tapping the screen was also less than responsive. I also noted that the screen was smudged with something. Then I suddenly realized maybe it was from one of the hundreds of other people who were tapping on this screen with their greasy fingers throughout the day! The last thing I want to do before I eat is touch a dirty screen. So instead, I washed my hands extra well, then I got in my car, and ordered via drive through. The same employee must have felt my pain and hooked me up with extra BBQ sauce. Pro tip: The kiosk is only useful when there are a million people in line. Plus, does Chipotle have kiosks? That money would have been better spent paying workers more and increasing the quality of food. read more

Let me tell you thIs place has come a long way! I recently had a pleasant experience at this location which is unusual considering how bad they used to be. Will definitely keep coming back for breakfast. Their hostess was so nice and welcoming. To whom it may concern, I urge you to please view security video and audio on 9/23/14 @ 8pm I went through the drive through at the 28100 Jefferson Ave Temecula, CA 925900. No one answered the drive through, drove to 1st window no one there, drove to the second window nice young man apologized and took my order paid and waited. He then asked if I could park and wait in the reserve area, I indicated its late and no one assisted me initially. I didn't want to be forgotten if I parked, so I preferred to wait at the window. There was one car behind me, the manager Cynthia came to the window and told me you need to move your car to the reserve area and I explained what happened and I preferred to wait at the window. She then became very upset and rolled her eyes and yelled "YOU NEED TO MOVE AND WAIT THERE!" I work under stress and know to emotionally detach myself, I calmly replied I will not move you can either let me wait at the window for my food or refund me my money. Keep in mind my food was already ready, her co-worker placed it by the window next to her, Cynthia refunded my money and my 4 kids in the car went without food. It's so sad to have a manager with such a horrible attitude and too much pride, this is not the position for her and unfortunately the longer you have her there will be a ripple affect towards McDonalds, I will no longer eat, buy, or promote McDonalds. Boyfriend and I just got off work from a 40-45 minute drive to home we decided to get food to go so we're like "oh drive-thru isn't packet, let's go". I can see why now. Keep in mind we're craving salads so we came to McDonald's (i looking forward to the southwest crispy chicken him to the bacon grilled chicken salad) to not only just find out they didn't carry the dressing that comes with the Southwest, I agreed to take just the ranch to find out when we leave there was a rotten moldy tomatoes ! Yikes, I don't know what was going on, but I had the worst service ever here. I drove up and was asked to wait. I did...for 10 minutes at which point another car drove up in the other lane. He waited for a few minutes, too, but got through. I was surprised and called through my monitor, but no one answered. Another 10 minutes went by! I *really* wanted some fries, so I was super patient. No one else came, and the line didn't move. Eventually, I pulled up, but another 10 minutes later O.O I gave up and pulled in. This isn't a knock on the McDonalds, or the homeless, but when I walked up there was a fairly big group of individuals out there and it was dark/late (hence why I drive-through). Anyway, I went in, and there were only a few people there (this was at about 830pm or so). The kid who helped me seemed super young, and a bit frazzled/frustrated. I let him know what happened at the window (it was a female voice who initially told me to wait, so I don't think it was him), and he mumbled "sorry". Then took my order. No attempts to make it right with like a coupon or free fries or something. I'm not a confrontational person, so I didn't say any more. Ordered the fries and a shake...and of course, the machine was broken. :( When I got in the car, the fries were cold b/c the kid left them on out for a while before getting to me. I could tell he was trying to do things "in order", but like...mine was just fries. So that pretty much sucked. I really hope this was a one-off thing, because I've been to this one earlier in the day and had better experiences. read more

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. No playground but this place is more of a "I got somewhere to be but I'm hungry" location. A young man named Christian really helped me with my order in the friendliest manner making sure I got the best deal with the food I wanted. I haven't gotten such a welcoming and inviting impression as he has displayed. I know the labor may be hard and repetitive but Christian really brightened the mood. read more

This is the third time this has happened. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Stopped after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours and was going to get food for the kids and take a break. They were unable to accept credit cards due to a power outage but everything else in the building seemed to be operating fine. Everyone knows the food...and you get what you pay for. But....this McD's has the worst drive through in the area. Always check your order....mine is almost always wrong. If you go in, the experience is usually better. Free WiFi and TVs all around. read more
