Eating fast food like MikeyD's is no longer an option. I would rather go hungry for the day. Nuggets where like chewing on bricks, hamburger looked like a 2 year old slapped together, fries where cold and soggy. The soda was the only really enjoyable thing I enjoyed. The employees walked around on their cell phones, didn't know about local flavor deals, and couldn't really care what was going on. Walked into the men's room and an employee was changing right in the middle of the floor. Hello common sense to maybe use the stall? Management should be ashamed and embarrassed how this establishment works. Y'all want $15 an hour??? Not even close. Pure frustration. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. The manager was very unprofessional and messed with my food with no gloves on after that I picked up the bag in the burger dropped outside of the bag and she would not get another burger. I give so much credit to the staff that were working Saturday March 11th night around 10pm. I believe it was only 2 people there and I felt so guilty and awful that they were set up to fail with such a busy drive thru and barely any staff. We just ordered to ice cream desserts through the drive thru but my heart went out to them! Please pay them more or give them more staff! I know times are tough with getting employees to work and stay.. but they shouldn't be open 24/7 if the staff they do have are not set up for success read more

The app wasn't working so I had to go in the store in the rain and the 25% coupon doesn't work in store so the employee said I had to use the 20% instead cause there was nothing could be done if the app didn't work. Got the shareable 20 piece nugget and two medium fries which is always a great value and a good amount of food.When you add the 25% off makes it worth it every time. One of the cleanest and well managed Mc Donald's we stopped in our round trip from FL to HHI (SC). Bathrooms clean and well stocked. People working behind register and kitchen are very nice and they serve cappuccinos (very well made) that many others Mc Donald's are "currently not available" So if you have a good experience I encourage you to leave a nice review because we almost didn't stop there after reading the bad reviews. read more

Last night my husband and I went through the drive-thru and I ordered 2 burritos. I'm pregnant and this is was I was craving all day. We got home, I opened up the bag, got my burritos out, and they were so hard they crunched like a cracker. Most of the cheese was on the outside of the burrito. I was so heartbroken I cried. Terribly slow drive thru service and the staff wasn't that friendly. I was traveling back to south Florida and looking for something to eat that I could get off and back on the road quickly. I chose McDonald's because of their generally consistent service but this one let me down. It was one of the busiest travel days of the year so I had already set my expectation to be a little more patient. I pulled into the drive thru and it was one of those 2 lane ones. I waited as I heard them talking to the other lane. Someone came on the speaker and said "be right with you". Once the other lane finished and pulled ahead I assumed I'd be next. I waited, and waited but nothing. Minutes seem like an eternity when you're waiting in a drive thru. Now another car pulls into the other lane and their order was taken 1st, Grrr... I finally made it to the cashier window and she repeated my order to make sure it was correct. I replied that it had been so long I couldn't remember what I ordered. She didn't seem to appreciate my humor. Next I pulled ahead to get my food and was handed a bag, no greeting other than "here ya go". Thankfully there's plenty of other food options nearby so I won't have to experience that again. Maybe if the 3 workers standing outside the front door smoking would get back to work things would run smoother. Maybe if the guy outside the back door standing by the stack of buns would stop playing on his phone and get back to work things would run smoother. (9/29/2018) was on a road trip heading north up I-95. This McDonald's is a little further down than we usually go for a pit stop, it's down by the outlets on Rt. 16 and we had to make a U-turn (if you were northbound). There was a gas station nearby that shared a driveway, so, easy to get to. Not a good pit stop if you have dogs that need a potty break, no good grassy areas, mostly just medians and strips. My sweat tea was great, which isn't always an easy thing to find. I also enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. Of course, it's standard McDonald's fare, so you know the drill. The other member of my party enjoyed their burger, but their fries were cold. The restaurant was relatively new and seemed clean throughout. If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited in line for 10 minutes at the speaker before the employee told me "you can order now." I tried ordering off the regular menu which she replied with "it's breakfast". I begin ordering and she interrupts me to tell me she didn't have a pen to write down my order, which by the way was three items. Firstly, why do you need a pen to remember three items? Secondly, why do you need a pen when you're using a POS system? So I wait for her to grab a pen that she shouldn't need and it's several more minutes. She finally comes back and tells me I need to move to the second window to order. At this point, I pull around and realize there's another car at the window that has to have been there at least as long as I have. They pass money through their window (which means they sat there for 15 minutes at least without these incompetent women accepting their payment). I'm now at the point where I want to leave but I can not even pull away from the drive thru because I'm stuck behind this other car. The car in front of me pulls away and I pull up to the window. There's no one there to greet me. I can see two female employees inside talking to each other. No one bothers to greet me. I honk my horn to get someone's attention and she opens the window and says "Cash Only". At this point, I'm completely appalled and tell them "I'm good." I will not be back here. Every morning that I have made the mistake of stopping at this MCdonalds in my daily commute from Daytona Beach to Jacksonville, their credit card/debit system is down. They can post signs that they are out of coffee stuff on the menu board, but never anything about their debit/credit system being down. People get stuck in the drive through, can not get food and still have to wait to leave. If you don't have cash in you, eat somewhere that has modern up to date system! read more

Stopped in recently for a quick breakfast before starting a road trip, and thankfully the renovations were complete. This McDonald's used to be the ugly brown with a huge play area, but it's now a sleek, modern place with double drive-thru for those on the go. Employees were friendly, service was quick, order was correct, and the food was tasty. Granted, it's the same Mickey D's you get everywhere, but at least my Egg McMuffin hadn't been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Pretty good experience here- I rarely eat McDonald's, but if you got the hankering for a Big Mac, this is a great store to do it. read more
