What made this visit worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the delay, she blamed the wait on the fact that I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I've ordered the same item at countless other Chick‑fil‑A locations and have never been told it causes delays. Her response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely out of line with the customer service Chick‑fil‑A is known for.
