If there was the option of zero, I would have chosen that. Every time we go for breakfast or lunch it takes fifteen to thirty minutes. Sometimes they don't even answer their drive through and let people just sit there and not answer. Rude customer service. Always say they are short staffed. They would be out of business if they weren't the only McDonald's in this area. Bathrooms dirty as well. They should be lucky to have their jobs and should take pride in it. Unfortunately, my wife and I were another couple whose patience was being sorely tested when we ordered ice cream a few weeks ago. There were about 4 orders ahead of us and people driving through. Took about 15 to 20 minutes to get our order. One man in front of us was verbal in his complaints ( I don't know how long he had been there). This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's stoped in to get dinner on my way home from lodi with my dad so I call my mom to ask her what she wanted and the lady my dad was ordering with was extremely rude she kept giving of an attitude and just rude vibes then we had to wait almost 20 minutes for 3 things that should have only taking about 5 and to top it off the person who gave me my food was also rude. The fries are always luke warm and when I go back in to get them replaced, they act like it's an inconvenience. I've called to talk to a manager about this but never get a call back. Went to McDonald's in Martell at 5:30 today and ordered the Artisian Chicken Meal for $8.39. And this is what I received. They forgot the buns. I called the manager Ali and all he says is Ah huh like I am a liar. Do you understand there was no buns I ask. And these people want $15 an hour minimum wage when they can't even get an order right. To long of a wait i only go to get your $ Coffee and i have to wait until the person gives the meals that were odered before me and then i end up waiting even longer for my coffee. The young lady then tells me that she might have to make more coffee. I believe that coffee takes less time to get then meals. There are plenty of people working it always looks like. Although McDonald's is the epitome of "fast" food, this place often takes forever to get food. I deliberately wait until the typical lunch rush is supposed to be over, and I spend my entire thirty minute lunch break waiting in line. If the drive thru line is overflowing into the parking lot, I will park and go inside. It doesn't matter which way I choose; it will take too long. I only get thirty minutes for lunch, so I will have to explore other options that can serve me in an acceptable period of time. read more

Started off trying to order inside with one register open six people in line and seven or eight standing around waiting for their orders. My family and I came from Nevada and chose to stop here and I am regretting it. My husband placed our order while I took our two small children to a table. My husband had been waiting several minutes and one of the employees asked him what was he waiting for. Somehow they had no record of our order, began to get rude like my husband made the error and when his patience had been stretched the manager began huffing excuses as to why the restaurant was not performing. And to top it off they got our order wrong!!! We strongly suggest a different place to go if you're in search of fast food. read more

Waited over 20 minutes this morning AFTER placing our order! Finally got to the p/u window and it took over two minutes to get a cup of coffee! Three minutes later the server gave us our order, informed us the cookies were in the oven and for us to pull into the waiting area and she would bring them out! I told her "BS" and we left. More than 20 minutes in the drive through! Cashier at first window disappeared for several minutes, and when she came back she was on her cell phone. Uniform top was filthy. I finally went inside the restaurant after waiting 23 minutes in the drive through. There were only a handful of people inside, and only two waiting for orders that I could see. The back end (food prep area) had a lot of food, fries and trash on the floor, particularly around the 2nd drive through window. I took my order and left, almost a half hour after first pulling in. This place deserves negative stars. Honestly... I hate making reviews but my experience was so bad tonight that I just had to... I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes... if that wasn't the worst part try getting your food and it being hard as a rock... my chicken sandwich was so over cooked it was impossible to eat... honestly sounded like rock candy on some parts, and then my little sisters cheese burger was so overdone that we ended up just throwing the food away and going across the street for something else. We don't normally frequent this McDonald's because the food is never prepared properly. However, we had no choice since it was late night. Needless to say, the food was terrible. Our order was very simple but they still managed to get it wrong and we weren't going to drive all the way back to get it corrected. I have lived in this area my whole life and been coming to this location for 20 plus years. I have watched this place ride a roller coaster of highs and lows. I am very glad to see this place give opportunity to high school kids again as oppose to a period where one mans get hired all his cousins. They recently added a two lane drive through in hopes of speeding up the process I assume. But this has to be the longest wait for mcdonalds ever. It's not just once or twice every damn time this location takes 10-30 minutes. This is not fast food this is fast food quality without the convenience and ideology of fast food. At $10 for a large combo meal and a 30 min wait you might as well go to a real restaurant and get quality food. This location has to be the most consistently slow and time-consuming drive-through I have ever encountered. Sad to see a great American franchise so distant from its consumers and completely give up on the idea of fast food and customer service. Went through the drive through this past week for the only thing I will eat at McDonald's, a sausage egg McMuffin along with a hash brown. I was told they do NOT do HB after 10:30 in the morning? What? I have ordered this for lunch a few times over the past year--ever since MD starting offering breakfast ALL DAY. This is something I have ordered repeatedly at various locations (including this one) over the years in the afternoon, you know, for LUNCH. I honestly had not eaten at McDonald's for years until they decided to offer breakfast items all day. So, is this MD out of compliance with franchise rules? Was the employee mistaken? They offered me something else and I said 'no thanks' and left. I don't understand. The deep fryer is going all day long for fries, etc...not like they have to do something extra to provide one more deep fried item. If I can't get what I want there, forget it. Let's face it--if you want a burger or other sandwich, better stuff can be had elsewhere. If one of the only two things I will eat off their menu is no longer available all day--I won't go back. I stopped by for a late lunch, and as it was over 100 degrees outside, I chose to eat inside. I was greeted with a big HI! How are you today?, like l was family. I actually turned around to see whether or not she was speaking to me... She asked me if I wanted to try one of their new signature sandwiches, which she described like it was an opportunity for the best choices on the planet. I ordered my food, and sat close by, the counter, because I wanted to watch the ballet of efficiency that was this McDonald's... Yeah, I know, a McDonald's! I had to go back up and ask for more napkins, just to see what the obvious Lead person's name was, because she had the employees smiling and bantering as the worked with efficiency. Her name is Jessica. If McDonald's is reading this, she needs to be a Manager, or a Manager trainer... She was not stop and non stop smiling!
