Let me start off by saying I love Mickey D's sweet tea! Some how this particular McDonald's can't make sweet tea to save their lives. This McDonald's has gotten my order wrong multiple times. How do I end up with a Quarter Pounder when I ask for a Big Mac? Today I watched an employee struggle to keep the lid on my drink in the drive thru. Then he gave it to me even though it wasn't secure. The lid popped off as I brought it into my car to put it in my cup holder and spilled all over my clothes and seat. This is the best McDonalds for adults it is classy with granite and a nice restaurant setting. Has free cover parking and great wifi. Thought I'd quickly grab a bite before work. Locked in the drive through 10 cars in front 7 cars behind. Cash only. Great. It would have been nice to know before I got stuck in the line. Slowest fast food location I've ever been to. I ordered two mc muffins and two mc griddles and it took 15 minutes. They got the order wrong by putting cheese on the wrong muffins. I'm 100% sure I didn't mess the order up and the person who didn't want the cheese was there listening too. We just ate them since we didn't want to wait another 15 minutes. I'm surprised how much worse these taste without cheese. The parking and inside of the building is nice though. A little annoying the fountain drinks are behind the counter instead of available for you to just get your refill yourself. read more

This MCD has cool late 80s early 90s decor, unlike any MCD in Los Angles area. It reminds of Miami Vice era establishments. Very original and popular meeting place. This is a large restaurant with a good vibe, at least for me. Excellent parking. One of the best MCDs in USA. read more

Listen very careful for when they call your order number or they'll give you hell. I walk into this fine establishment to grab a quick bite. Order is placed at 3:20pm and I sit and wait. I hear my number called by one staff person so I go up to get my food and another staff person (blonde dude) says "I've been calling your number for a good 5 minutes..." Ok??? What am I supposed to reply to that? It's literally 3:25pm so that exaggerated comment is unnecessary and rude. Clearly I did not hear you or else I'd have been up here! I'm the hungry one waiting for my food like damn. Speak up! This is the worst McDonald's in Glendale. 3 times in a row, the drive thru got my order wrong... No cheese, please, and even when the quarter pounder has "no cheese" on the tag/box, it had cheese. Don't EVER pull away from the drive-thru without checking your order first. I live in Glendale, so it's convenient, but I don't think I've ever ever ever been to the drive-thru where they did not screw up the order. I also always check before leaving the counter if we are eating IN, as they usually still screw something up inside as well. BUT, I NEVER leave the drive-thru without checking -- today they forgot the 2nd McChicken, and I ordered 2 sugar cookies and 1 choc chip but got 3 sugar! I requested the additional McChicken while still at the window, but didn't find out no choc chip til I got home. AND, apparently they can't understand the word "boy" because I kept hearing "nino" but they still had put a Girl's Toy in my son's Happy Meal -- they figured that out only by looking in the car and seeing my son with me -- even though it CLEARLY said "Boy" on the ticket... pathetic. I wish they'd get it right. I try to stay away from there but sometimes my kid wants McDs instead of the BK across the street, which ALWAYS gets orders right. read more

If not the grossest place I've ever been to, then it's the second grossest. Man that stuff isn't "meat" and I'm not even sure that lettuce is real either. It is so nasty the only thing I feel safe to consume is the soda. This goes for all McDonalds, however, this is the prettiest one if that somehow affects someone's opinion on eating there. And even if I did have one dollar to spend on food I wouldn't think about going there. McDonalds in general is fantastic and I especially love their frappé's, but the service of this McDonalds was not the best. We walked in and it was gorgeous! A+ on the design of the place. However, once we ordered I waited and waited for our food. I see trays coming up in front of me and none of them are mine. Most of them are people's who came after us. After a while I realized that a tray sitting in front of me was my tray. They had not called it out or put any of the drinks on it. I brought it to our table and realized they forgot the hash browns. Once we got them we took a bite and one of them was completely burnt. Overall I didn't really like the service but I loved the look of the place. read more
