To start off by saying keep on driving down Olive to another restaurant, these people have no idea what they are doing there. I ask for a #2 and what I got was a Big Mac with a small fries...WTF I did not order this and the guy behind me grab my tray and gave me his....I told the manager made me another one I am not taking this at all. After they got there order straight I was sitting in the dinning room freezing my ass off, and you know it was raining all day in Burbank....maybe turn of the AC and save some money, but it get better here. Now I want to leave the parking lot and got stuck in for about 30 minutes, hell no I would not even come here ever again. The tables where very dirty. The floors was wett, maybe someone can slip and fall. Restrooms OMG they need major cleaning including the door handles, it was gross. The way this McDonald's property is laid out is TERRIBLE. It is very difficult and honestly DANGEROUS to access. Cars trying to back out of their spots can easily hit your car, and the drive through is ghettooooo. It looks like a construction zone. Bad landscaping, to. I have been to this location three times in the last month with my toddler to get her a milkshake. Every single time I go there the ice cream machine is broken and they say that they are unable to make milkshakes. You should be able to offer a staple item every day of the week and if your ice cream machine is constantly broken get a new one. read more

Every time I come to this mc Donald's I get screwed one way or another. There is always something missing in the bag. They never ask if you want ketchup etc. unfortunately my husband loves to drive Thur here me I Luke go with out it. Just this last Friday I drove though the mc Donald's on riverside dr and they left out a chicken sandwich. And today I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken on it was so tiny it only covered 1/2 the bun and only two tiny pieces of bacon. While waiting for my food I was watching the cashier who handles money and then he makes coffee, and handles food etc. without washing his hands. When I pointed this out their English is so bad it's hard for them to understand or communicate. Another lady working there who I saw handle cash also wasn't going to wash her hands I'm sure until I said something. But then I think she went to the back to wash her hands and she explained to me oh we're so busy. I said well being busy is no excuse not to take two seconds to wash your hands. Absolutely one of the worse run McDonalds I have ever been to and I am not exaggerating. Came here at 1:15pm on a Friday which is pretty much lunch rush hour. There was a long line because there was only one register open. As I was waiting in line I noticed three employees standing by that area where the food slides out and they can grab what they need to put it in a bag or in a tray. Well I was 8th in line and watching these three employees just stand there waiting for the food and just talking amongst each other and not caring about anything else. Please don't forget that only one register was open and the drive thru window. So are there really that many people needed to get the food? Someone said really loud that why aren't more registers open, the employees looked and then looked away and stopped talking. All of a sudden everyone is working and looking busy. Then the Manager shows up and takes a register. About time. The manager takes my order and the total seems kind of low so I asked if that was right. She just said yes. Wouldn't you think they would recap your order? So I asked her to go over my order and it was wrong. Then of course they brought the wrong order. The gentleman who brought my order couldn't speak English (perfectly fine, I'm all for anyone and everyone working if they want to work) so I had to take it back up there to show my receipt. Then the worse part are three kids on some tables near us. They were about 7 to 10 years old and they were using the toys from their kids meal and screaming and yelling. Everyone in the restaurant was looking at them and wondering who is responsible for them. When they would throw the toys they toys would go across the floor and hit people in the foot literally 30 feet away. So they were not just making noise in their area. The two moms who they all belong to were in the kids play area facing the play structure and talking not even paying attention. This older gentleman was doing some work and the screaming got so noisy he looked like he was about to yell at them he was so disgusted. Finally a dad eating with his two kids went to the Manager to complain. She looked surprised and said something to one of he employees so that person went over to the kids and started speaking them to them. Of course the moms came over for them play area and started yelling at her kids to stay in the play area. Yeah like now they are paying attention to them. This is a trashy McDonalds. I am never going back unless it's just to pick something up through the drive thru. The manager is simply terrible and doesn't know how to handle a restaurant. Never again. read more

Since the McRib is back I went here tonight to get my McRib fix over with and I come to find out they now charge an extra 80 cents for extra sauce. This is my go-to location because it's convenient. The daily staff are usually polite and greet you with a smile. My only gripe is the day manager (I think her name is Maria), she's always grumpy and rude. I use the McDonald's app for deals and it'll glitch up once in awhile. OK no problem, the staff will accommodate when that happens, EXCEPT for Maria, she will literally accuse you of cheating her - Uhh yes i'll just spend 5 mins of my life trying to cheat you out of a $1 iced coffee. C'mon McDonalds, us customers and your employees deserve better than to have Maria ruin our experience at your store. 1/2 star for Maria, 4.5 stars for the rest of the staff at this location. read more

First, let me say that I like McDonalds for what it is - fast, convenient and consistent. But this location is the terrible. Drive-thru is slow, but I can live with it. The problem is they are consistently getting my order wrong, providing poorly prepared food, and skimping on napkins, ketchup and straws (even when I ask for it). Tonight the fries were under cooked. I know everyone loves McDonald's fries but these were gross. Ordered a large and had to trash it all. Previous visit had ordered a plain cheeseburger and they gave me a hamburger. I admit to enjoying a Big Mac or Egg McMuffin now and then - only on a special offer since the size has gone down and the price has gone up - and $1 for a large drink can't be beat. Several of the workers and managers are pleasant and efficient. HOWEVER, one manager - yes, I mean you - is a textbook example of who should never be allowed to work in a service position. Sour, unhelpful, rude, put upon, uninterested, bothered by people, and wanting to be anywhere else. A quick example. I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins on the McApp. It was a special. When I arrived, the app would not let me pay and have the items delivered to my car. I went into the restaurant, and the manager in question came to the register and asked what I wanted. I told her that I had ordered over the app but it did not let me pay. I gave her the identifying information, but she said that the order had not been received. She again asked what I wanted, and I told her two Egg McMuffins on the special. She replied back "two sausage McMuffins" and rung them up without any discount. I corrected her, and she changed the sausage McMuffins to Egg McMuffins, but stood there staring at me blankly waiting for me to pay full price for a discounted order. I reminded her it was a special. She demanded that I show her the scannable "coupon". Because my app was not working, it froze and I was unable to do so. Instead of showing any interest whatsoever, she gave me a sneer and went to the next register to take other orders while I struggled with my app. After four or five other customers were waited on, I managed to catch her attention and tell her the identifying information again. Surprise! My order was there. I paid with a credit card, and with nary an apology or thank you or drop dead or anything, I departed with my food. When I got home, I found one egg McMuffin and one sausage McMuffin. A total fiasco indicative of this McDonald's. Go to Norm's or In-N-out. You don't need the McStress, the McIncompetence, and the McTude. read more

You expect consistency, but you get a Qusrter Pounder that's somehow burned to a crisp of charcoal, soggy mealy mcnuggets that don't even taste like the right brand, and fries that seem like they were defrosted but never fried. read more
