They do package in brown paper bags only so i'd recommend bringing an old cake box or the like if you're planning to scoop up more than a few items as the bags do get oily from the butter/oils from the baked goods. Free parking on Hastings and some side streets. Food wise- only tried their pineapple bun & egg tart. It's $1 each, no tax. Both tastes fine. No major faults. Hope the pricing remains the same. I also really like the pineapple bun filled with BBQ pork. Other buns are good but they're comparable to other Asian bakeries. I like their cakes as well, but again, they're comparable to other bakeries. Service is always fast--the cashiers will seal your bun packages and pack them away for you. All buns come pre-packaged now but the seal is not closed yet for them to air out. It's a small corner mall shop so expect to face some obstacles (other patrons in your way) if you go during peak hours!

The baked tapioca pudding 6", $6.50. I knew what I was getting into, the moment I walked in. It's a bit of a hole in the wall. It's not pretty, atmosphere wise, in any sense of the word. All of their products are not in the display case, so you may need to ask for it. Auntie was reasonably friendly to me. Cash only. Parking available on side street. 揮春 plastered all over the place. Recommended for cheap Asian baked goods.

I've not had a melon pan that was like this before. The beef curry pan was delicious but there was barely any filling in it. I remember there was more many years ago. It used to be one of my favorite items from Kanadell so it was definitely a disappointment. Lastly, the animal character with red bean filling inside, there was also barely any filling in it. The earl Grey shortbread cookies tasty but I found it a tad bit expensive because it was a small packaging .
