It was moist and carefully made, with a strong ginger flavor that I really liked. It was similar to a pound cake but more unique than I expected. I'll definitely get this one again. The flatbread was also very delicious. Thinly sliced potatoes were on top of the well-seasoned bread, which had the perfect texture between hard and soft. It was so good! This bakery truly deserves high rating and is well worth visiting. I can't wait to come back and try other items.
