It's a little too strong for my tastes, but luckily P&B also can craft traditional coffee drinks iced or hot. I'm an Iced Latte guy and P&B makes an excellent one. 1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While a lot more crowded with less comfortable seating than your favorite Seattle based coffee chain, P&B is unique, in a beautiful area, is great for your Instagram feed, and is independent. I have had the hazel chocolate cake and the various croissants. The chocolate croissant is the winner. Very clean and service has been great. Maybe the only weird thing is they have a kiosk to order up front. You can go to counter but you see the kiosk when you walk in. So it sort of implies you should order from kiosk.
