Despite the crowd, the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. I ordered a savory pastry topped with sesame seeds. The pastry was wonderfully flaky, with a light, crisp exterior that gave way to soft layers inside. It had a nice crunch from the sesame seeds and paired really well with the warm Zahr latte I ordered. The latte, which includes orange blossom, cardamom, and honey, had a subtle floral sweetness and a comforting spice that made it especially enjoyable. They also offer a wide variety of signature drinks, which makes the menu fun to explore. I found a cozy spot to sit in the back of the café, which felt a bit more relaxed than the front area. It was a nice place to sit and enjoy my coffee for a while, and overall it ended up being a very pleasant experience.

This busy coffee show has quality coffee including super strong (grow hair on your chest) Turkish coffee. Oh, their latte's a pretty good too. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Coffee, Return) Atmosphere - Walking in, it's hard not to notice the array of golden Hershy Kiss shaped lights that highlight the area where the baristas work. The espresso machine is magnificent, and this area is stunning. But the seating isn't as inviting or comfortable, and on each visit P&B was packed with people. Like a museum, it's stunning to look at, full of people, yet can make you feel uncomfortable. 1/2 Star. Service - The staff is great. Super friendly and efficient. And by chance if you get them on a slower day, ask them about that epic espresso machine. Standard counter service here. You order, then move out of the way to the pickup area. No issues here. 1 Star. Coffee - P&B is known for their Turkish coffee. I've only ordered it once (to take photos), because honestly the coffee is super strong. It is served the traditional way, on a plate with the coffee, more coffee, and a glass of water. It's a little too strong for my tastes, but luckily P&B also can craft traditional coffee drinks iced or hot. I'm an Iced Latte guy and P&B makes an excellent one. 1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While a lot more crowded with less comfortable seating than your favorite Seattle based coffee chain, P&B is unique, in a beautiful area, is great for your Instagram feed, and is independent. I'll be back to support small businesses! 1 Star.

They are located in Terminal C near the skyline. They also have a 24-hour machine where a robot makes your coffee available a few meters away if you ever want a drink in the middle of the night. I got the Irish cream white mocha latte and it came out pretty fast. I can genuinely say that this is one of the best lattes I've had at a coffee shop. This one doesn't have an aftertaste, is very smooth, and is also refreshing. I will say that it was kinda hard to taste the Irish cream flavor, but it was still good nonetheless. They have a few seats available as well as a self serve marketplace. I would say that it is worth a visit for sure

It's the best airport coffee shop I've found so far. Yes the price may seem high, but for what you get (AND at an airport!?) this is a good deal. My go to is the coconut milk strawberry matcha. The matcha actually tastes like matcha, not the strange chalky stuff people use. The coconut milk option is fantastic for those of us who have sensitivities. I'm looking forward to trying the coffee options next time. Service is really quick, and ordering is super easy via the kiosk.

Cool thing about this place was that it taught me a little bit about coffee's history. I had to google if Yemen coffee was popular, and apparently coffee was first roasted and brewed in Yemen during the 15th century!!! how cool is that?! I ended up getting the sampler, which comes with 4 traditional drinks for $15 bucks. We also got a slice of pistachio cake. We're really glad we got the sampler as we've never had yemen coffee before and it allowed us to see which one we should get for next time. The sampler comes with 2 coffee drinks and 2 tea drinks. My favorite is definitely the Mofawer. (it comes with cardamon, ginger, sugar and milk and cinnamon) next time i go back i'll get a full cup of it. The pistachio cake was also very good. It was moist and had the perfect amount of pistachios. The interior is HUGE and the decor is really nice. From outside, looks may deceive you, but the inside made me feel like i was in the middle east. I'll definitely be back.
