Instead of seeing 20 different croissants, you see 20 completely different creations. Each dessert has its own personality. This isn't the kind of place where you rush through everything in one sitting. Every bite has different textures, layers, fillings, and fresh fruit that make you slow down and appreciate the craftsmanship. The attention to detail is incredible. One dessert looked just like an apple--even the core was different from the outer "apple," and the tiny stem was made from dark chocolate.
