    Irish Breakfast

Very cozy diner spot. A bit overpriced, but given that the area is Brookline and the portion size you get, it's pretty good! The people there are very kind, and service is quick. Has a bar area and some tables in the back.

A very solid diner experience. Menu was expensive with options for everyone. The space has a few tables in back in addition to several barstools at the counter. The chicken ranch sandwich was delicious and would recommend. Also tried a few bites of my sisters burger and it was very good.

    Green Omelet Fluffy Pancakes

Hole in the wall spot for classic diner eats. Coming from NJ, I was very impressed with this diner and small, unassuming presence. Loved the take on breakfast potatoes which were well seasoned and made on the grill. Not too greasy or heavy. Green omelette with green pepper, avocado and spinach was a great and unique combo. Omelette was prepared well without being too oily. One singular chocolate chip pancake was sufficient. Pancake was fluffy and well endowed with chocolate chips. It could be a little better if it was accompanied with real maple syrup, but good nevertheless. Service was expedient and staff were friendly.

Eiffel tower (1 of 2 containers)

You know the portions are enormous when your order comes in TWO takeout containers! I ordered the eiffel tower ($16.95 on Uber eats) which came with 3 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of ham, a lot of potatoes, and 2 slices of buttered toast. In a separate container there were two pancakes and a bunch of fruit (apples, pears, oranges, mandarins, cantaloupe, kiwi, two types of grapes, blackberries, and raspberries). I wasn't particularly blown away by anything, everything tasted good. The fruit was sweet and all the pieces they gave were fresh. The potatoes were on the soft side (no crispy edges) but I liked how their potatoes weren't super salty the way other diners or brunch places sometimes do their potatoes. The pancakes were solid but almost tasted like they were made from pancake mix. I also ordered the albanian breakfast ($15.95 on Uber eats). This came with 3 eggs, buttered toast, lamb gyro, potatoes, lots of roasted red pepper, lots of olives, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, feta cheese, and tzatziki. The lamb gyro was really flavorful and the roasted red peppers were nice and smoky. I liked this plate better than the eiffel tower because I felt that there was a bigger variety of flavor. For eggs you can choose any style-- I asked for over medium and the eggs were perfectly cooked! For toast you can also choose between rye, raisin, white, and wheat. I'll definitely order from here again when I'm in the mood for diner food.

The Mediterranean Breakfast Specialty - not worth the $20. Fresh Orange Juice (did not taste fresh & costed $6!), one Fluffy Pancake

Completely underwhelming. After waiting for a seat for close to 40 mins, I was looking forward to trying this "neighborhood favorite." I ordered the Mediterranean breakfast. What i got was: greasy eggs (redeeming quality: they were over easy as requested) greasy mushy tasteless potatoes (no redeeming qualities, not even crispy edges), the thinnest slices of eggplant that were (sadly) breaded and fried in what must be stale oil given the taste, steak tips (chewy), and the best part -- and only fresh ingredient! -- feta cheese. Orange juice (they claim is fresh...but tasted exactly like bottled - you can kind of tell from the color; you'll have to trust me on the taste) was a whopping $6. You can literally buy a whole half gallon of OJ at the grocery store for less than that. Other reviews said it was reasonable for the price - this entrée was $19. Trendy brunch places charge the same and serve fresh, higher quality food & more creative dishes. This may have been a large quantity, but the quality was severely lacking. I feel duped.

I'm a huge Eggs Benedict fan and I've had some good ones but none I've had even comes close to Martin's on Harvard Street, Brookline. However, no matter what you order it's the same. In my humble opinion, the best breakfast place in the area, maybe the state... maybe the country!

Average food, nothing special. Not worth the 50 minute wait to get my food. The poached egg on my Benedict wasn't runny.

Food is pretty good, but takes forever. Don't go here if you're ever in a hurry. Food takes 40-50 mins on weekends typically.

This is such a fun warming place to be all around. Though there's not a ton of seating, I was lucky enough to find a table even on the weekend given that this spot is also great for grab and go. But if you get a chance to sit, it's a lovely place to have a chat with a friend or get some work done. The menu has a wide variety of drinks with some fun rotating flavors, and I'm dying to come back and try their sandwiches (they look and smell divine)! As for their matcha and pastries, I can report that they're not the most impressive I've seen anywhere, but they're certainly high quality and crave-worthy. This in addition to some great prices definitely makes a stop here worth it!!

Would rate 5/5 on drinks, 4/5 on food. We got the customer favorite: iced pandan matcha (with oat milk for preference) -- overall: good matcha color & flavor, pandan was not too sweet, ice ratio was good. My bf really enjoyed this one! I also got the Iced Saigonese -- strong viet coffee, still yummy with the sweetness & the foam on top enhanced the creaminess of the drink. We ordered the BBQ Pork Bahn Mi + egg, I would recommend adding the egg for sure! The egg was creamy & runny, giving it extra flavor. However, Bahn mi itself was not particularly special. We actually ordered the egg after tasting the Bahn mi & it was a little dry. Nice location, seating inside & outside but construction was happening outside, so it wasn't as enjoyable. We had went around 1PM on a Wednesday & the seats were filled. Saw some people with computers, with no problem.

I'm so glad they kept this location in the area as it is really nice to have in the heart of the Longwood Medical area between the schools and hospitals, and it is nice to have the full store in addition to the pick-up only location at Beth Israel. Anyone who goes through this area knows it can get pretty busy in this area, especially during the mid-morning rush with the hustle and bustle of people going to work, appointments, or class. Even when it's busy, they have a good rhythm and get the drinks and food orders out efficiently, while still keeping good quality. The staff have been great, and they really do care about getting the orders done right. If I am more pressed for time, I try to order ahead extra early just to make sure when I get there my order will be ready or almost ready, and I haven't had any issues with delays.
