We immediately asked staff for assistance and to review the security footage, but they were unhelpful and showed little concern. Shoppers, please be very careful here. Never leave your phone (or any valuables) unattended in your cart. Someone may try to steal it. Unfortunately, this was such a disappointing and stressful experience that we will not be returning to this location.
