First time visiting this location. Same layout as other Target locations. Plenty of parking in the front as well. I came to look for legos for my kids. Went directly to the toys sections and found it messy. Some of the legos were in different areas and no prices are shown. The red phone on the side didn't work so I had to find an employee to check the prices for me. Instead of using his scanner he told me to take it up front to check the price. So I decided not to make several trip and took a whole bunch of legos up to the register and only bought the once within my price range. Then the checkout lady asked why I didn't buy the rest and o and to explain to her about the price check situation etc. Anyways long story short I was able to get my items and go. Then upon looking at my receipt I noticed a bag charge when I didn't even get a bag. So I had to wait back in line at customer service to reverse the charge. At the end of a long wait I gave up and just grabbed a bag for myself and walked out. I've been to several other Targets before and those places are managed better. Restroom at this one also needs more frequent cleaning and stocking of supplies. read more

I like this location only because it has a mini Ulta section in it! I have yet to find another Target with this feature, but this was super convenient because I had a target gift card and was able to use it here. They don't carry every brand but they do have the main/most popular ones. read more

My little brother purchased two $50 gift cards from this location yesterday. I was just looking at them today and noticed that they were tampered with when I called the store for assistance, the first thing they said was they advised people to just not buy gift cards. I found this shocking considering they have so many gift cards sold at their stores. This location is a bit on the smaller size in terms of selection, but it's a great local Target for college students. I really liked how they have a lot of college merch that you could pick up. The reason why I'd say this location is geared towards college students, is because it's almost like a mini mart. While it isn't quite as large, it does have a diversity of items. It's a mix of a grocery store and department store. I like to come here when I need to find a quick common item. The parking lot here is shared with a handful of other businesses so it can be kind of difficult to find nearby parking. It doesn't look like this store is as fully stocked as most locations, but it's very organized and the workers here are friendly and helpful if you needed any service. read more

I come here whenever I'm in the area just to check on their sportscards and TCG section. Almost every time I come here, this section is usually always stock with products I'm interested in buying. Today I purchased WNBA and SPX Hockey blaster boxes. I was shocked to find the WNBA blasters because they seem to be sold out every where. Definitely not my favorite Target locations due to the surrounding area with homeless people amongst other things. Like other reviewers have pointed out from years ago, one thing that hasn't changed is their inventory control. This place has more empty shelves than every Target in the surrounding area combined. The staff here isn't the best either. I had asked where their roach traps and sprays were and the guy didn't give me an exact location but instead the general area. One thing I will say that's on the positive side is that their self-checkout lanes seem to be open the majority of the time. I went to the drive up area for this Target's drive up orders. When the employee "Arthur" (probably a fake name) with a red Santa Cruz shirt on walks up to my passenger door, holds a phone out and grunts at me... yes grunts... doesn't say a word. I finally ask him "umm are you trying to say something?" And he just stands there grunting and staring at me... he finally realizes he's going to have to use his vocal cords and speak since he is at work..and needs to ask me for the code to complete the pick up order. I ask his name to which he rudely replies "Arthur" after I'm sure he realized I'm not giving the code until he gives me some sort of answer. "Arthur" then rudely throws the bag in my open passenger window on the seat and looks at me with Ted Bundy crazy eyes and sarcastically says something else under his breath... This experience was so weird! I'm not sure why this clown was so put out by being paid to bring out a bag with 2 small items in it and hand it to a customer without grunting. Apparently that is too much to ask. I'll attach a photo of where I called the store 5 times after to speak to a manager or associate and the call was never answered. I have passed by this Target over the past 20+ years but had never visited until a few weeks ago. I had some time before a doctor's appointment so stopped by this Target location to use the restroom and to shop for a few items. The parking lot is interesting, and one-way directional parking lanes. The entrance is to the far left and it's an interesting exterior. It seems the deliveries from companies also park far to the right and walk-in items all the way to the front entrance on the left. The restrooms are in the back near Electronics, which is the farthest I have ever had to walk to Target restrooms but they are the cleanest restrooms at a Target ever. The store is a bit on the outdated side (interior and exterior) compared to other locations near me, where some have gone through remodels in the past few months. Overall, it is like any other Target location and one can find items that they need. read more

If I could give Zero stars to the Store Director/PropertyManager of this location, I would. It's Target Store # 293, located at 2920 Yorba Linda Blvd Fullerton, CA 92831. It's very distressful dealing with such a disgusting Store Director/PropertyManager. Why? Because, IMHO, whoever is Directing/PropertyManaging the store -- and I don't know his/her name -- has allowed things to get to a situation where it's apparent that there's been criminal negligence on his/her end. Today was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had in my whole life. It's a shame, because they offer quality merchandise, but the atmosphere inside the store is disgusting, sickening, and repulsive. Indeed. Repulsive. Again, it's a shame, because they offer good food, good drinks (for instance, lowfat milk and Gatorade Zero) and good-quality toiletries and things are kept mostly very clean and presentable. But whoever is the Store Director/Property Manager, whoever he/she is, they're a disgusting person. Awful. Poisonously awful. Nice and friendly entry-level employees. This Target is usually a good place to shop. Unfortunately, we purchased a $50 Nike gift card. Target charged my credit card but the gift card did not work. We returned the card to Target and were told they are not responsible for the gift cards they sell in their store. The Manager told us we needed to contact Nike to request a refund. We spoke with Nike and were told they are not responsible for the Nike gift cards sold at the Target stores. So Target took our money, sold us a defective gift card, and neither Target nor Nike will take responsibility for the gift and neither of them will refund our $50. Where did the money go, and why will neither huge companies take responsibility? I believe that Target is responsible because that is where the purchase was made. We originally came into the store before our Target.com order had been fulfilled to do some extra shopping. I knew that Christmas trees were hard to come by, and this location in Yorba Linda had one! I ordered it ahead just to secure it. When we arrived, we were helped by so many people in trying to locate ANY tree left. As it turned out, the system had an error and our tree was no longer available. None were. Jake assisted us at customer service. When we went back to check the shelves, Edgar met us and even checked in the back for us. After concluding that we'd be leaving without a tree, Jake helped us call other stores and eventually cancel our order. We were disappointed, but completely understood what had happened and were so grateful for the customer service we had received. As we went on with the remainder of our shopping, Jake tracked us down and handed us a $10 gift card, apologizing for the inconvenience of the extra travel to make it to this Target location. While shopping what was left of the Christmas section, we ran into Robert/Rob and inquired about a tree that was on display. He not only helped us get the tree down, but brought over someone to assist us with checking out. We did not expect to leave with a tree that day, but for so many reasons, this was an answer to prayer. We were blown away by everyone's willingness to jump in and assist, and I would gladly drive the extra distance to shop at this location again. (I recently lost my job due to COVID, and celebrating the season holds a little extra importance this year.) THANK YOU. I would also like to mention that Brittany helped us check out. I believe she was training. She was so kind and patient as I fumbled with the Target app to add my RedCard to my wallet (I'd left the card at home). Other than that, I've always found what I needed here and they always have my online orders ready by the time I get there. They're located off the 57 fwy. and Yorba Linda Blvd., but if you're coming from the east or the south I'd suggest going down Garnet ln. to access the south driveway to avoid traffic and lights and also to find easy parking on the south side of the store. read more

They are dishonest and especially the Guest Service Manager Ferinaz. She was rude and does not understand customer service 101. Ferinaz would not honor the price that was posted on their sale tag but insisted that we were doing fraud. She stated that the reason they can not price match was due to fraud during the holiday seasons. I'm sorry but this sound ridiculous. If you can't price match then that's the end of it and I'll walk away, but to state that you can not price match due to high level of fraud during Holliday seasons is far fetched. October 2019 Since the remodel the location is more organized and aesthetically appealing. The overall layout of the store is consistent with the new remodel versions of target. The restrooms if needed are located in the back by electronics (TV, Video Gaming section). Lately the store have been hiring a lot new cashiers which can cause some delay and confusion during check out. Although more registers are now being open some cashier tend to forget to give the 5c bag discount or how to accept cartwheel/manufacture coupons. Today i came in for a few returns as well as purchasing a few items. Most of the women's area seems to be unorganized near the sale rack (30% off) mixed with regular priced items. When i got to the register I was surprised that the cashier felt the need to go through my bag that i placed down when i was paying. I informed them that it was my own personal bag and what they were holding was my wallet. I think personally I would avoid cashiers like this. Most customers/cashiers are aware that people bring in their personal bag instead of buying the plastic bags. Overall the store has its good days and bad days, today was definitely a bad day. read more
