It was 5 stars for the guy who opens locked cabinets. Because he was in the area when I needed some Olay face wash. But the auto center messed up the star rating when they gave my ex gf a horrible experience a few weeks ago. She went there ti buy and install 4 new tires. The guy in auto center was rude. Plus the installers overinflated her tires up to 12 pounds. Not sure why they would do that crap. Her door jam clearly says 30 pounds. Why would you put 42 pounds in her tires ???? So it can cause premature tire wear or just negligence?? Additionally, they fooled around with her positive battery terminal and left it loose. So her car was having issues with starting intermittently and her dash clock kept resetting every time she turned off vehicle. Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. This store is clean and well organized. They decorate the store for all holidays which shows they want to make it fun for customers. They have many sales throughout the week. The staff here is very fast and helpful. We needed one of the items that was locked up so we pushed the assistance button for someone to get it for us. Jack showed up to help not even 30 seconds later. Then when we were waiting to check out, Dennes opened up a new lane to start ringing up customers. They were kind to everyone! While waiting I heard another employee apologizing to a customer for the wait, which he is not obligated to do. Even the worker who checked my receipt told me to have a good day. Not bad really. For Walmart. They have a ton of everything. The store is pretty organized too. You can easily find things. The prices are clearly marked as well. I like that they have a clearance aisle. I found some decent things down the clearance aisle. And they have a Disney area for kids, teens and adults. That is nice. Walmart Disney lol They have restrooms in the front and int he back of the store. It's nice that there are two of them. I used the back restroom, and there was toilet paper and seat covers available. We grabbed curtains, poles, hardware, a stepladder, and other things that we needed for the house. And on the way out, I grabbed some candy lol read more

I've seen some posts about an excess of Disney merchandise being available here. I came here strictly for the Disney section because I wanted to see what was up for myself. Sadly I didn't leave with anything Disney related this visit. There simply wasn't a lot of merchandise at various sizes. Maybe it hadn't been restocked? I saw cups clothing, stuffed toys, and towels. This location is one of the worst organized operations I've seen. At the end of a busy Sunday to save time my wife orders groceries for pickup so we can quickly grab & get home to prepare for the week. Once home we began unpacking our bags & we quickly noticed all of our frozen food items were missing. Upon contacting Walmart they told us we could come back & pick up the forgotten items, all we had to do is park once again. Once we returned to the Walmart pickup location we were informed that it may take five to ten minutes because they had to reorder & shop once again for our items. It's super frustrating but make sure you check your bags if you order for pickup, & stay away from this location. read more

The parking lot is a pigsty, where is the security at? Keeping the pan handlers away. The automotive you can stand there and they ignore you even though you want to check out... Where is the manager at? Every time I'm there there needs to be someone calling to set up a new register so a human can check you out. I don't know how to look up vegetables. I am not one to go out of my way to leave negative reviews especially when at the end of the day the tires and service I was provided by the mechanics went well. I can't help but think that the supervisor scheduled on Wednesday wanted nothing more than to make my experience a living hell. First of all, I'm just about ready to drop my car off with my coworker and I grab my phone that I hadn't checked yet that day from my office to find a text at 9am stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled bc the tires had not arrived yet. I knew this was some type of error since the shipping was updated and stated the tires had been delivered the previous day and left at the back door. This automatic message apparently automatically moved my appointment to the following business day, Thursday. However, this wouldn't work for me since I had to be in Altadena that night on Wednesday to volunteer from 5-7:30pm and I was pushing it with my tires. So I call Walmart from work and explain the automatic message and the drama with the appointment and tell the girl I had a confirmation my tires had arrived. I also shared that I couldn't risk leaving work to drop off my car if it was going to be a problem once I got there bc I only had a very short amount of time to drop my car off and get back, the girl over the phone reassured me they'd def be able to get my car in when I dropped it off. I told her I needed to pick it up by 2 she confirmed it would be fine once I get there. However, upon arrival the supervisor told me it was going to take 5-6 hours for my car to be finished bc she was going to only be able to add me to the "walk-in" list. I asked her if someone had taken my original appointment that I was still there prior to and she said yes and that the car would be ready around 7/8 pm I was so frustrated and she seemed so confident in not being able to help me at all saying things like "automatic messages from tire service has nothing to do with us"...weird. Or that she couldn't inconvenience anyone who was already on the walk in list. And that she needed to start sending everyone on their lunch breaks. I was so frustrated and also in a rush with my coworker waiting outside for me to bring me back to work. I told her I was leaving the car there and hope it will be done but she was very sure it would not be done. I get back to work and I call the store and she answers and I explain myself again that I needed the tires done bc I need to be in Altadena before she said she could get them done. She said she heard me the first time and there is nothing she can do to help me. I say ok well I'll just keep my fingers crossed one of the appointments cancel or don't show up she said ok. She dgafos about me or my tires or the unnecessary stress she was causing to my already stressful day. I asked if she was the supervisor or manager she said yes. Her name is Elizabeth. We get off the phone I go to check the app since she was non stop on it and seemed like she was checking when I was at the store when I log on I see TWO AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS from 1-2 and 2-3. I schedule my tires for the 1pm appointment so livid now bc I know she had to have seen that appointment open and I know she wasn't enjoying talking to me but she could have avoided all of this if she just tried to help me and put me in at that time when I was at the store, then I'd never have to call and speak to her ever again. I get a message at 12:10 my tires are already complete. I have a very busy life and job and for someone to just have nothing to do besides make more problems for me that weren't even real is beside myself. read more

Arrives at this location and no one was available to work on the money services area. The so called manager Caesar knew nothing and waited more than 30 minutes to get some assistance. It's no wonder they got 2star rating. Manager didn't even know what bank branch the atm machine was in the store. read more

9/26/2025 @ 6:24am, SuperCenter??? Nah just spent 20 min at the automotive sectiom pushed the helpbutton 3 times. NOBODY showed. The electronucs guy didnt want to help, until I walked away and saud thanks fir your help. Ran into a female employee she said hit the button and I said I did... then she says yhey will show up at 7:00 am. Useless... I need this stuff now. Then while walking out the old guy checking receipts didnt want to answer me either. Only a customer leaving said they show up at 8. Oh well thats your customer service for you. No point in showing up when they open if the important departments arent open. NOT Even any supervisor to unlock a product case... fire all 3. None deserve the $15 minimum wage. It's the only Walmart I know of with a dedicated section for fun, affordable Disney merch (e.g. tees, plushies, keychains, drinkware.) The store itself was very clean and organized. Ample parking. The bad: Way more health and beauty items were locked up than normal. Some refrigerated items are set too high for short folks to reach without a rake. Liz is extremely unhelpful. Tried to return two packs of diapers gifted at my baby shower. Before going I checked the packages on their app to make sure they are sold at walmart (no gift receipt because of course there is no gift receipt for a diaper raffle) I'm then told that n just because it comes up on their app it isn't sold by their store. They allow 3rd party sellers on their app. Just an fyi when you are buying something on Walmarts app it may not even be sold by Walmart itself. Refused to take my returns even for store credit because they aren't the ones selling it. Now I'm questions ever purchase from Walmart. Where did the product come from? Who is actually selling it? Why am I paying for the product through Walmart if it will not come with their store front customer services.... This may explain why Walmart is failing. Walmarts are never really anything special. They're always dirty, things are unorganized, and the customer service is just not there. This particular location was actually the opposite. It was pretty clean and things were where they needed to be. Customer service was still ass but I can get passed that since I only use self check out. My girlfriend and I just went for the hell of it and we got a bunch of random snacks, here's a list of what we got. 2 Ramen Express (Beef & Chicken) - (5/5) 2 Pies (Strawberry Creme & Pecan) - (2/5) PB Snack Mix (5/5) Caramel Snack Mix (5/5) Hot Honey Pringles (5/5) Hot Ones - Spicy Garlic Chicken Bites (3/5) Tapatio Loaded Nacho Dip (4/5) Mountain Dew - Frost Bite (5/5) The ramen soups we got were super good! It's cheaper than the original cup of noodles and about half the price. It's also vegetarian and made in the US! The pies weren't so good, maybe because we ate them about a week later. I'll definitely re-try these! Both Snack mixes we got were absolutely delicious! Such a great snack. One thing that was annoying was the containers were all sticky. Even the ones on display at the store. Hot Honey Pringles are a 10/5! Y'all gotta try them! Hot Ones Chicken Bites were good but not that great. Cooking them in the oven is a no-go. Definitely recommend frying them or air-frying them; so the skin doesn't fall off. The Tapatio dip we got was fire!! We used that to dip our Doritos into! So good lol. I was pretty well stocked and they had people on the floor stocking and they were very nice pointing us in the right direction to where things were. Worst customer service. I came here to buy some flats and the sign said the item was 4 dollars but when I went to checkout the item was 10. I told a worker at the self checkout area and she was clueless so she called another girl. The other went to go check the price and moved the flats on the shelf to another spot and said the item that was on sale where only the cheetah print ones. I took a picture before and there was a lot of the black flats on that shelf where it said it was $4 dollars. So I showed her so then she went to go get a guy, I believe his name was Richard. And then he went to go check and said it was misplaced in the wrong section and said the flats were $10. How are you going to tell me different when I took a picture and there were black flats on that area where it said $4 dollars. I'm pretty sure there's a store policy on that. I purchased the item and asked the lady that checks the receipt in the front to get me the managers name so I could call the store and she wouldn't give me her name claiming she needs to know why I want her name.
