Don't bother. This isn't a store. This is a storage facility for online orders. You walk in, and damn near everything from underwear to earbuds is in locked cabinets. And clearly the store isn't saving money, because if they were, they could afford to hire someone to come unlock the case when you need something. But that's an affair that takes about 20 minutes of repeatedly pressing the call for help button and having it go ignored by underpaid part-timers who are already stressed out and stretched far too thin. It'll be a faster and less frustrating trip to this place if you park, pull out your phone, order online from your car, wait an hour, and then walk in to pick it up. I drove here because I wanted to get the Papermate inkjoy gel pens in the 30 colors. I was planning on buying the colored pencil leads from Papermate, too. This place has interesting stuff. I literally didn't know that Posca sells colored pencils. I thought they only sell paint markers. When I was at one of the checkouts, a nice employee told me that I can go to the return and exchange section to check out my items. It was quick and better than before. read more

Not sure why CVS pharmacy is inside of target. Seem to have some of the worst customer service, the Irvine locations. The worst but this one was pretty bad. One of the pharmacist was having a private discussion about somebody else and how something wasn't fair and she told me my medication wasn't packed yet. Once I got the receipt from a fabulous intern named Darrick I noticed it was packed on June 5. Sorry to interrupt the personal conversation. But thank you Darrick. And yes, I can read in the app It says my order is not packed. You may resume gossiping. Thank you very much. Only Darrick gets five stars. read more

This Target location has downgraded greatly. Apparently it's a haven for thieves which is why most of the personal care items are locked up in the shelf cases. The employees take a long time to come out to open them. The Good and Gather milk inventory is non existent for half gallon milk while the Alta Dena milk expires within a week. Poor inventory management. The workers here have a passive attitude and don't seem to care for customer service. The self checkout I used ran out of receipt paper and I needed one for my FSA purchase. They didn't fix the receipt machine and instead told security to print me one. The copy security provided me was a generic printout of my receipt without any identifiers of the Target store name. I told them I needed one with the Target name in it but he told me too bad. read more

Worst target manager ever the one that's stands around looking into people basket on what they are limited to buy when there is no sign posted anywhere, where stated that one item per person. I told her they need to put a sign up and review their store policy. She used her radio making sure all the store employee hear that make sure people only buy one. Well if it's on the store floor and no sign that say a limit, people are able to buy as many as they want. Power trip lady. I love this Target...Specially their toy section...Im collecting Barbie dolls and this place has great selection of it...The customer service is great even though they are understaffed and every time there is a very long kine and only two cashiers but its understandable....The value of products are reasonable just like other targets! There is always clearance on some items and if you are lucky enough you'll get it...The only concern that I had today, the whole stores in their high shrink departments there were locked cases and some cases were open or half open and one door was half open and i didnt see it and i walked through it! I know they are understaffed but opening locking cases and let them open some of them not all of them without any caution signs are dangerous because we always look in one side , most of them we are in hurry and walk through the brand we always buy so we are missing checking other side and see open doors! read more

My wife and I went in just to grab something real quick, but ended up staying in the store for over 30minutes just to wait in line. Only 2 registers were open out of what 20+ lanes they have? We were trying to use self check out since it seemed to be going faster but it had a huge line. It's not that there wasn't workers, they were a bunch of workers just standing around. They were pretty much line monitors it's ridiculous. 1 lady was guiding people into open registers in self check out which at least she doing something but seriously someone's getting paid just to point there's an open spot, we in line trying to leave so obviously we'd notice and open lane and don't need a worker to point it out, how about instead of hiring good for nothings who just stand around you hire people to actually work the registers. read more

I had the rudest cashier, she only handed me one of my bags and then didn't bag some items I was charged for, I was very confused when I got home to see half of my items missing, I called the store several times. I even called different departments because NOBODY ever picked up it just hung up on me after several rings. read more

I spent $87 bucks at Target via Uber Eats. It is pretty awesome that Uber Eats is now offering grocery delivery. I might not need my Instacart account anymore. Anyway, I wanted some food. Because food is life, literally. Need it to survive. So, I wanted some things from Target. Because Target is the best. I love Target so much! They have a great selection of vegan friendly and plant-based products available. But I was also feeling kind of lazy. I worked 11 hours and didn't feel like going to the store. I placed an order on Uber Eats and waited for them to deliver. My order was correct, came on time, and the food was all fresh and packaged well. Very happy with my decision. Target rocks. So I yesterday I was shopping at my local target and then I accidentally dropped my eggs as I exited the store.. picked up eggs, and threw most of them away. As I was about to leave, Toni and Michelle helped cleaned the rest of the yolk off the floor and informed that I was given a new case of eggs. So sweet of them and made my day. However, message to supervisor, please keep a consistent log and have someone clean the women's and or men's restrooms per hour. Not so pleasant in there. read more

Really DONT recommend this target AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst target in existence. I don't really have problems with the service, aside from the fact that it's extremely slow. It's understandable though, considering how understaffed many places are nowadays. My main gripe I've always had with this place for YEARS now is the amount of solicitors and petitioners that WAIT outside and talk to EVERYONE. I've never seen this at any other target. It makes it so hard to even go into the store since the rule of "Target has a long-standing policy that prohibits third-party solicitation and distribution" has NEVER been enforced!!! This location I would only recommend for drive up pick up because shopping is unpleasant. It's extremely busy inside with long and slow lines and it's hard to find good parking. If you like being left alone, be warned there are tons of people that talk to you randomly from people coming up to you begging in the parking lot, people selling chocolate outside, and at&t and internet sales people stalking the aisles. It's best just to do a drive up order and leave and not be bothered. They have good selection because it's so big so that's one nice thing. read more

They constantly keep changing their return policy. I have the target membership so all my purchases get saved. They don't want screen shots of the purchases they want the actual receipt or for me to manually look for it on my app and relocate the SAME receipt I just showed them. Their drive up return is turned off most of the time. Always issues here. read more

This Target is honestly never clean, especially in the bathrooms. Today was awful. Two of the toilets were out of order, and the other one had no toilet paper, and both had no toilet seat covers. No soap, either. Smh. Also, the lines at this Target are ridiculous. Only two lanes open, and usually about 8 people per line. Last time I decided to pick up in my car and I waited 40 minutes. Finally, I decided to go inside since it was taking way too long to pick up 9 items I had ordered through the app. I spoke to the manager, and he said they didn't have enough staff while two other employees stood there with him. Do these people want to work?? Probably not. You walk around the store, and you can see there is no management to get these employees to do anything. Standing around talking and not working. Nice target full of Disney merchandise on a cheaper scale compared to the actual park. Great place to buy the kiddos Disney clothes and toys. Cashier lines were very small, the cashiers are also very pleasant. Good place to stop and get last min essentials. read more

Went to this location to look for some Disney stuff as we have a Disney trip planned. We were looking at the Disney pins, and a worker, a white lady, accused us of stealing. She was organizing stuff while speaking on the phone next to us. We had misplaced a pin and didn't put it back at the right spot, and she started questioning us. We went to go grab it to show it to her and she was still accusing us of stealing, we told her she can check our pockets, and she said she won't but that she's not stupid. She had said that we had grabbed more pins but we only grabbed 4 and they were in the cart. She was arguing with us, so we just walked away. We ended up putting all the pins back as this situation killed our mood. The rest of the staff were nice. I didn't catch her name but I wish I did. read more

Horrible horrible service! The curbside pick up took 35 minutes and when the young girl came out she gave the biggest attitude ever. She said it's not my fault I just got here you gotta wait and she was just ranting and at the end she said "do you want help or not" to lift my item. I said no way you're so mean. I ended up in the hospital that night because I'm not supposed to lift due to my surgery. But her approach was so unprofessional and mean that I didn't want to continue to engage with her. read more

Over 20 minutes for a pick up sitting there waiting while other vehicles came and went how does that make sense? It's not like my order was big or anything. I saw two order delivery workers and you're telling me my order couldn't be delivered in time? I had to get out and talk to one of them just to get the ball rolling imagine if I hadn't? What another hour wait? I won't be ordering from this location again but be weary if you order soda cans they might ignore your order because they're too lazy to lift into their cart. read more
