CALLENDER'S HOUSE OF GLASS IN CAMARILLO IS GREAT! I had problems with my…read moresliding glass doors. The sliding door issue was that the Low-E coating was failing leaving visible streaks on the glass. The stationary door may have been broken by something projected from the gardener's mower or weed eater. I called Callender's Glass and they told me the Low E door could be replaced under warranty as I was the original purchaser. Then Callender's gave me a very fair price to replace the broken pane. ($1249.29) Milgard replaced the Low E glass under warranty and Callender's did an excellent job on the fixed door. Julia in the office was great. Very knowledgeable, very nice and very efficient. I would never consider any other glass company. By the way, Quality Windows and Doors in Oxnard sent me a quote for $2551.85.

However, Cons: They do super shitty work.... The first installation, as shown in photo, the center frame is completely not aligned with the other window; The fix, as shown in photo, still slightly misaligned. To put things in perspective, here are my orignal windows, by Anderson's, The alignment is perfect. I'm debating between one star and two star, but in the end one star, because 1) they cost my time to call, talk and come wait for them for a fix; 2) end result is still not good but we had to do photography and open house, can't wait any longer.
