I found all of the irrigation parts I needed to complete the project and the staff was quite helpful during checkout. Recommended

I left and went to Lowe's where I got immediate help and found exactly what I wanted. At Home Depot I first waited at the paint department counter for over ten minutes. A staff member came to the counter, looked at me, said nothing, entered something in the computer and then left. I then called the toll-free number, twice. They gave me the direct number to the store. The first time I called they transferred me to a staff person who said something I did not understand and then he hung up. The second time a recorded voice transferred me to the paint department. I could hear the phone ring because I was standing right next to it, but of course no one answered. I then walked over to Customer Service where there were no staff people present and five people waiting in line. Eventually I spoke to the same person who ignored me at the paint counter. I mentioned that and he said it wasn't his department. I asked how I would have known that. He tried to help me by calling the paint department (no one answered) and then paging the staff person (again, no response).

Do you need electronics components, such as transistors, resistors, circuit boards, connectors etc?…read morePrototypes, hobbyists and DIY folks will all find reasons to head to Electronics Expiditers. They are hard-ish to find, they are in the industrial area in the west end of Camarillo. and you need to call ahead if you have specific parts that you need-because during Covid they closed off their warehouse, so you have to order by items now instead of browsing the aisles. But they are super nice & easy to work with. :)

Like stepping back in time... They have a lot of the discrete components you need to develop your…read moreown project designs. They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.
