This review isn't necessarily about my food, which was good, it's more so about the service I received! Lucas was timely and attentive as my server! While he was busy - he never rushed me. Aaron was the hostess that sat me and he too was very attentive and apologetic for the wait and even came back to make sure I was comfortable with the seat I was in and didn't want a larger table. Yum! We had to wait around 15-20 minutes for a table mid-morning but it was very worth the wait. We tried a few of their options and were very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. I loved the Southern poutine (I love the gravy) and couldn't stop eating it even when I was full. The pizza burger was interesting but I would prefer to get something else next time (especially if I could order the fried mushroom balls they put on top of the burger because they were very, very good). My family and I came to this diner at the recommendation of a redditor and, let me tell y'all, they did not lead us astray! The diner is decorated with various Canadian flags and mementos, and it all made for a rather quaint ambiance! The food is also incredible and the portion sizes were rather large!
