My fiancé found Bobbie's and had wanted to go for a while. Our food was very tasty and the ambiance was just right as well. Tables were spaced not too close and it wasn't too loud. My fiancé's dad and I split the burger and chicken sandwich and both were very tasty! Our server, Mary, was fantastic as well! She was very friendly and helpful! I would come back and would recommend!

Bobbie's continues to impress!! This go around we started with the tuna tartare and the buttermilk biscuits. The biscuits are a MUST ORDER. This may sound silly, but this was by far the dish that impressed me the most tonight. The biscuits are served warm and are the perfect level of buttery and flaky served with butter and marmalade. For my entrée, I had the nightly special which was redfish. My dining companions ordered the rib eye, filet, and rotisserie chicken. The red fish hit the spot, but after trying everyone else's plates, here's my ranking: 1. Post Oak Ribeye - normally I prefer a leaner cut of steak, but this was incredible. I'm a huge fan of the seasoning and butter topping the ribeye! 2. Center Cut Filet 3. Rotisserie Chicken 4. Redfish To end the night we shared a slice of the chocolate pie! The pie had a very soft consistency which was almost pudding like. We loved the coffee flavor of the crust.

All of the food was really good but sadly the service was pretty horrible. Reservation was for 7:45 and we didn't get seated until 8:30. Ordered the biscuits for our appetizer, which were delicious, but we didn't finish them and were intending on taking them home, but they were taken off our table before we could say anything. The service with our server was also pretty slow, and it felt like we had to wait forever to even get water. At the end of the night, we find out that our card was actually used for a different table so our charge was much higher than our actually was. The manager come over and says it's fixed so whatever, but it kind of bothered me we didn't hear from our server about what happened at all. The reason they still get 3 stars is because they really did try to make it up to us, they ended up providing us 3 free drinks and dessert. For that, we were really thankful, but the experience just continued to feel like error after error.

This review is long overdue!! Love love the restaurant. We have been here several times and I've never been disappointed with anything on the menu !!!My new favorite is the deep fried oysters!! OMG they are just pure perfection!! Anastasia is our favorite server ( but she was working the bar and my friend is to bougie to sat at a bar )!! Preston was very attentive and very professional! Their entire staff is very attentive!! The place is always welcoming and very clean ! So was the bathroom (A+++ Can't wait to visit again real soon !! The bearnaise sauce on the filet was simply Amazing!!!

Scallops, perfectly cooked. Corn is delicious!

We love Bobbie's, it's one of our go to places in Dallas. The service is always on point whether at the bar, dining room or patio. My favorite drink (Il Bracco), biscuits and Crab Cake in DFW area. Crab cake is very lightly breaded with succulent jumbo lump crab and a delicate creamy lemon butter. Same sauce used on their delicious redfish. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is well prepared and delicious!

Fresh, Friendly, and Always a Favorite Bobby's Airway Grill is one of our go-to favorites in the city--and the fact that parking is easy makes it even better. From the moment you walk in, the freshness and warmth of the space and staff are immediately felt. It's refreshing in every way. The menu consistently delivers with thoughtfully crafted cocktails and dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. My absolute favorite? The French omelette--flawless every time. I've yet to find another spot that does it just as well (spoiler: still looking, but it's a no). The Moroccan chicken salad is vibrant and packed with flavor, and the salmon is always perfectly prepared. And the service? Impeccable. Imagine this: your Cosmo glass starts to defrost, and the server switches it out mid-sip--ladies, whattttt?! That's the level of care we're talking about. Whether you're catching up with girlfriends, grabbing a solo bite, or having a chill date night--Bobby's never misses.

Lots to say here but I'll keep it brief. I love il bracco, the sister restaurant. I would choose it all day over Bobbie's. Which was disappointing since we had looked forward to it for so long. The ambiance is great but it felt the staff was underprepared for the amount of people and therefore became short with the patrons. It was very frustrating as we were paying to be there. We tried a significant portion of the menu (we had a party of 5 but I was only able to photograph a few items) and I felt the only thing worthy of having again was the fried oysters. It felt like all of the dishes were just over done? They just took normal dishes and over complicated them. The menu also failed to mention significant ingredients in the dishes -- such as, the cheddar dip we ordered having horseradish in it and cream corn with chives that weren't mentioned and the French dip having slaw on it . When we mentioned the frustration about not being informed about these things and our server claimed he also was unaware of the ingredients in the dishes. On top of all of it the place was so loud we could hardly hear each other around the round table.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here so much I went twice the same week during a self care weekend. The bar area is usually busy for happy hour during the week as well as weekends. Try their cheese / frito dip as well as their entrees. My sirloin was cooked perfectly and it was well seasoned & loved the mixed greens salad. Everyone was friendly at the bar & service was attentive. I enjoyed their wine selection as well. Perfect for a date night, solo or meeting up with friends. Can't wait to return to try many more options on their menu.

We came in for an early dinner on Friday. We enjoyed the ambiance and our comfortable booth. We had the fried oysters, steak au poivre (special), and scallops. The service was friendly and the food was quite tasty. I recommend and would be happy to return.

Made a reservation for a Sunday night. Ambiance inside was nice. We ordered the oaks dip, rib-eye, Italian dip sandwich, and creamed corn. All were great- just wish they had different appetizer options. Great spot!

Foodie Alert!! I recently visited Bobbies Airway Grill for a holiday dinner, and I must say, I was not disappointed with the food! The only downside was that the drink menu wasn't very extensive. I ordered the Westside cocktail, which is a mix of Tito's vodka, fresh lemon, and mint. It had a very bitter yet crisp flavor. We started with the Crispy Oysters, and every bite was bursting with flavor, served with a delicious flower street vinaigrette and a wedge of lemon. For the main course, I chose the juicy Jumbo Lump Crab, which was served over a lemon dill sauce with French fries. The portion was so generous that I even had leftovers! My friend ordered the Barbecue Pork Chop, which was a double-cut hardwood-grilled Duroc pork, accompanied by potato purée and creamed corn. For dessert, I chose in chocolate brownie à la mode. It was so yummy!! Overall, I would rate the service and ambiance a 4 out of 5. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that we felt rushed toward the end, likely due to the presence of other parties. so go check them out and tell him Ms.Hope sent you!

Some of the biggest shrimp cocktails I've ever had. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the crab cake and fried oysters were incredible. We will definitely be back!

    Crispy Oysters are fantastic.

    Can come in dressed casual?

Hi - while we suggest business casual we always want our guests to feel welcome. We do respectfully request that gentlemen wear shirts with sleeves (no tank tops).

What type of desserts do they have?

Hi Debbie - we are currently featuring a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, a creamy cheesecake with housemade biscotti crust, a chocolate cream pie and a brownie sundae with caramel, hot fudge and macadamia nuts.

Once arriving you are welcomed to complimentary bubbly while you wait to be sat. Service here was great for how busy it was. Here is what we ordered - **Starters** Korean Fried Cauliflower: I was the only one that ate this and omg it was really good, it satisfied my cauliflower craving lol 10/10 Truffle Parmesan Frites: these were outstanding 100/10! The freshly grated Parmesan on top was chef's kiss. Tuna and Avocado Roll: this was fresh and paired nicely with the sauce. 10/10 **Entrees** I got the Joey Classic Steak (on accident lol) but I'm not disappointed. The steak was cooked perfectly. The "crispy mashed potatoes" were unexpected lol. They were more like mashed potato eggrolls/flautas, but tasted fine. Id give this plate a solid 8/10. My cousin ordered the New York strip and she had just about the same notes on her dish. 8/10 My other cousin ordered the Steak Ravioli Blanco, she cleared her plate so I'm going to assume that she really liked it lol. 10/10 Lastly our waitress brought out a complimentary dessert since we were celebrating my cousin's bachelorette weekend, this was such a nice gesture, I think it was cheesecake and the flavor was delicious so 10/10

I ended up only ordering a drink and an appetizer because I was so disappointed I didn't want to go further. $23.75 Joey Martini - just a simple dry vodka martini w Kettle One. But the description lured me in with the promise of a fantastic martini with an "extra martini on the side". What I received was a half of a martini with the rest of my martini in a shaker next to it. The martini was fine but nothing special. Not the first time I've overplayed for a drink but I do feel a little funny about the way their menu sold me then undelivered. $19 Hummus - The food was an issue for me though. When I order Hummus, I expect to receive hummus. Like the dish should be 70-80% hummus with some light toppings and some good pita bread. What I received was a pretty plate but very little actual hummus and a disaster of pita. First, they made a pretty plate circle of a small band of hummus then filled it with extra stuff to make it APPPEAR as if the center was filled with hummus yet there was zero hummus except for that small outer band. I estimate 49% hummus and the rest tzatziki and garnishment. Don't get me wrong, very aesthetically pleasing and tasty "extras" but the menu item isn't titled "EXTRAS with a little hummus". It's titled "Hunmus". And the pita... oh boy, what a mess. Proper pita is lightly grilled - served warm with a nice sponginess yet bite friendly approach. This pita was way over saturated in their butter/oil, and crisped up to the point there were burn marks and char on every piece. Horrible pairing with hummus and JOEY should know it. I feel these other reviews may be fake honestly as the prices are insane and the execution quite poor. Be careful. $45 for a $15 meal isn't worth it. Go somewhere else - I'm including a pic of the "hummus" reveal so you see what I'm talking about

I had booked a reservation on Resy and we were seated immediately in a small, intimate booth. Initially, it was not terribly loud, but as the evening progressed and several large parties were seated nearby; the sound of the music was completely drowned out. I think more noise abatement measures could be taken to absorb some of the obtrusive loudness we were getting. For a starter, we ordered the Calamari. It was fried perfectly and was great, but the Thai Sticky sauce was too sweet and the consistency of the sauce was thin. It needed something to make it more viscous, and a secondary sauce, like a marinara or even an aioli would've been nice to balance out the sweetness of the Thai sauce. For an entree, I ordered the Maple- Ginger Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and itself was delicious, but the sauce was too sweet and rich. The fired rice that accompanied my meal was over-the-top salty. It was almost going into "too much" territory. For desert we split the Passion Fruit Ice Cream Pie. This was actually very good and not overly sweet. It was my favorite item from my meal. Overall Renny's truly employs a lot of care and attention to the food, but some of the items crossed a line into "too much" territory. Be it sweetness or saltiness, the kitchen could exercise a bit of restraint to let the flavors of the food shine.

Special sauce with the nightly special stole the night at 9.5/10 - I'd order a bowl of that and call it a night! Magic Chicken Thighs were 6/10, overly salted and dry - side arugula salad was a salt bomb 2/10. Sweet potatoe purée was 7.5/10. Burger and fries were 7/10, solid and above average. Salmon was 7/10, slightly overcooked. Mac & Cheese was 3/10, below average, dry, almost flavorless - paid $4 for bacon topping and it was dry also. Noodles were dried out and the cheese sauce was at the bottom of the cup, tasted like they scooped in pre-made noodles, added sauce, threw it in the oven and off it went - didn't appear mixed together at the least. Carrots, solid 8/10. I really appreciate Ally and her bartending, she made sure to catch my name and knows her cocktails better than pretty much any other bartender in the area. Maybe in the world... I came in with intention of a quick snack so I ordered a tuna roll but by the time I had left I ordered 3. They're that good. The place is clean, polished, and they play good music. Perfect for a date or taking your client out to lunch. Please stop by, do yourself a favor guys. And yes, I'm a real person.

Great job! Instant with water! Menu Love the seasonal menu! They even have a special World Cup menu! We had bruch. Started off with blood orange mimosas-generous pour-refreshing and delish! Best value is a carafe. We also had the spinach, feta, diced tomatoes omelette. Really good altho needed more tomatoes-juicy-excellent- and very, very filling. We had grilled veggies vs. potatoes-asparagus, peppers, and squash-delish! My husband said this was the best breakfast ever! Note-join the club! Summary Our go to place by far for classy atmosphere, AMAZING service, tempting and satisfying seasonal menu-dependable quality! Love this place!

It's definitely different than sitting in the bar section in very small tables and booths next to the bar. I would never choose to sit in the tables in the bar area. Unfortunately, as our luck would have it, whenever we select the standard seating, we tend to be sat in the small bar tables. This time I asked them to move us. They accommodated us (there were two large booths available in the main area), but the attitude was not great in doing so. The bar seating issue is enough to make me think about whether I want to go there again. Our server, Madison, was great. She was helpful, friendly, communicated well, and let us set the pace. Started with cocktails, which was an interesting experience, because the bar had some difficulties and so each of four drinks was brought out one at a time with a few minutes in between each. Not a huge deal but weird. Enjoyed a couple of wedge salads, which were nice. For entrées, one couple shared the flat iron steak, which they both enjoyed. The crabcake and fillet special was very good. The fried pork rustica was excellent. It's a lot of pork, but I would recommend it.

From the hostesses to Dave our server. I have to take my hat off to Carlos one of theeeee BEST bartenders I've ever experienced!! Always kind and accommodating, making every guest feel like family. We weren't too hungry last night so we had appetizers. The crab dip and crab cake, garlic bread and voodoo sauce, trust me you must try it! I've had the fish and chips, shrimp and grits in the past all very tasty! I love the rotation of the specials and can't wait to bring my parents there next month when they come to visit! Please stay consistent!! Definitely a restaurant to add to the rotation!

I see that my original review is nine years old so it is time for an update…read more The first time we went, the food was a "wow." We loved it and I gave it 5 stars and so looked forward to returning. This time, however, the experience was a bit of a disappointment. My ratings for this experience in July 2026: Service: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Food: 3/5, which is generous. I could easily go 2 stars. Let me start with the positives. Our server, Madeline, was excellent. She was personable and efficient. She missed on her recommendation but I think that was more the kitchen than her. She was there when we needed her without being overbearing. She labeled our take home boxes so we knew what was inside. Nice touch. The ambience is upscale without being pretentious. There was one a group across the restaurant that was so loud that my wife and I had some difficulty conversing, but I understand that is not something the restaurant can control. The restaurant was nearly full on a Friday when we entered about 7pm and when we left there was a long line of people waiting for a table, so I guess the restaurant is doing something right. What the restaurant can control is the food, and it was not up to par. We started with a chopped romaine salad, which is basically a Caesar. It had too many spoiled (wilted or brown) pieces of lettuce and was way overdressed. Quality control needs to improve. The kid wanted pasta as usual but their offering was with pesto and that was a no-go so Madeline had the kitchen do an off menu pasta with red sauce. I appreciate the gesture. The sauce was not acidic but the pasta was al dente and the kid was not used to that, so she did not really like it. Not the restaurant's fault on that one. The wife had the daily special, short rib stroganoff, and said it had no flavor. I did not try it but I assume the meat was not seasoned. I had the chicken parm with spaghetti from the "classics" portion of the menu. I was not impressed. I expected the spaghetti to be on the side but it was on top. The chicken had a strong burned flavor so I wondered if the spaghetti was on top to cover the burn? My pasta was al dente which was fine with me but overall the dish lacked flavor except for a burnt taste. I would not order it again. Overall, all our dishes missed the mark in one way or another. No one enjoyed their food. Maybe we ordered incorrectly, although you would think that ordering the daily special and a "classic" would be safe. Maybe the kitchen had an off night when it was so busy. The demand for a table was at variance with the quality of the food, which was average at best. At least the drinks were good.
