We were in town for a comedy show and wanted some good food with a little atmosphere! We found this place. Such a fun environment! Everyone was very attentive with smiles on their faces. Lots of food and beverage choices. They even changed the TV for our sports team for us to watch! We really enjoyed this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for casual dining with a fun atmosphere! read more

Prepare for landing. Maple Landing, that is! It's Monday, and Daddy is about to catch a flight. Let's grab a bite for lunch. Thus Maple Landing. The atmosphere is super cool, and the vibe is on point! Great music, everyone was crazy friendly, and the decor made the place engaging. I had the Smoked Wings with Texican Dust. These wings were great! Light smokey flavor, fried for a nice, crisp, texture with the Texican Dust adding a slightly sweet/chili seasoning that made the wings unique! El Hefe had the brisket and sausage plate with Baked Beans, Mac N Cheese, Roll, and Corn muffin. The brisket had a hypnotic smoke ring, nice char, and tender. Although slightly overcooked and underseaoned. Same for the sausage and sides. I ended my meal with a Lemon Creme Brulee to go. I love Creme Brulee, and this delicate lemon zest, tangy gem, did not disappoint! Why the 5 star rating, for what I would call 1/2 and 1/2 food?( My half was great, his half, not so much) JOHN!!!! That man's service was On Point! He knew the menu, was attentive and engaging. Everything thing you desire in the service industry. Honestly, the Manager checking in at the tables and making suggestions to the other employees, being just as friendly and helpful. It made us both want to come back and try out something else! Maple Landing - Maple Landing! Excited - Barbeque Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Business took me to Texas recently. I don't have cowboy boots or even a large belt buckle, but what I do have is a love of barbecue, especially when you're talking about brisket! I went to Maple Landing based on Yelp reviews and also because it was a relatively close walk from my hotel. The area seems trendy and the restaurant has a nice open outdoor seating area that leads into a bar. I sat down and perused the menu. While the bourbon and beer selection is large and varied, I was here on business so settled for some iced tea. I asked the bartender what she would order if she was only going to eat here once, and she quickly turned me over to Joe the manager. Both were super friendly and after a conversation about, what else, brisket, I went with the brisket sausage plate in order to get a taste of several items. Thanks for the recommendation Joe! The sausage was good. A nice snap to the casing and a smoky flavor that wasn't overbearing. The Brussel sprouts are a winner. Finished in some type of balsamic glaze they were not over cooked and had a good almost vinegary flavor that worked well with the veggie. The sweet potato fries were fine. Could have perhaps been a touch longer in the oil to fry but that's just being nit-picky. The true star? The brisket. Moist, flavorful. . . briskety? It was really, really good. There's something about brisket in Texas that just cannot be replicated anywhere else. And Maple Landing does it right. The entire dish was great and is a lot of food, which is unfortunate because Joe said that the banana bourbon bread pudding is fantastic. Darn. I'm still not gonna wear a big belt buckle. But I will recommend Maple Landing and it's fabulous brisket! read more

Maple Landing - The brisket and sausage platter. Brisket! - Barbeque Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Nice place and seems like a rehabbed location from maybe a once tough area. I was surprised to find it was not so busy tonight for dinner, only a few in the building. Service was pretty fast and nice, helpful. Food was good for the most part, I got the Elote and it was a little spicy (needed more lime juice and cream). Portion size was where I think it could be better, my brisket was basically one piece cut into two pieces...this is Texas! Bring the beef! Don't go cheap on the amount of meat. read more

Great service, delicious food, and tasty cocktails. Terrific happy hour! I will definitely visit again.

I came in a bit early and sat at the bar. Plenty of seating and some music playing. Got the bartender's attention right away and he helped me pick a great beer (a Manhattan Project's Red Gate Amber). I went with his recommendation for dinner - the brisket and sausage plate with a vinegar based coleslaw and a slightly spicy potato salad. Everything was good, and the potato salad stood out. For dessert I had the bourbon pecan bread pudding which was outstanding! Dinner, dessert, and 2 beers plus tip was under $50 read more

Saturday night, a little late and wanted to try something different. Maple Landing had quite a few outdoor tables and it was a perfect evening for Al fresco dining. I had the ahi tuna salad which was fresh and tasty. The tuna was perfectly seared. My fiancé had the brisket tacos which he said were delicious. We had a couple of little hiccups but the manager was right there to make things right! Oh- the Brussels sprouts are to die for read more

To be honest my experience is more of a 3.5 out of 5, but I decided to round up. I visited on Sunday during brunch, im we were a group if 5 in total with a small toddler. This place does seem popular during brunch, there were several tables occupied when we got there. The service was not great, although our waiter was nice. We waited quite a while to receive our order & when we did it didn't come out exactly right. One of the orders did not arrive at all, my fries were cold (it was exchanged without hesitation once I brought it to the waiter's attention) and my friend ordered a coleslaw slide but received fries instead. My mocktail (not pictured) was also pretty good, it was a a twist on a strawberry mojito. The brisket melt ( they're known for their brisket so it only made sense to try it) was good but it didn't blow me away. Personally I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. read more

Enjoyed my time here. The server Kirby was very helpful, nice, and funny. She also provided excellent service. The food was delicious as well hot and smoky. She recommended the cider and I ended up getting another one immediately! She was awesome I will comeback again. read more

I was dropping off a family member at Love Field and I was looking for brunch that was close by. This place had great reviews and I thought since it was so close, why not? I had the pork belly goat cheese omelette that was on their brunch menu and it was phenomenal. The open garage doors give it an inside outside feel even at the bar. I was there by myself and found that the community space at the bar was friendly and welcoming. I often times complain about the lack of great places to eat in certain parts of the metroplex. This is a great spot and the reviews are very accurate from other patrons. Also, I drive a large vehicle, and I found parking to be extremely accommodating for being in the city. I will definitely be back. read more

Hello Yelpers. 2025 is upon us, new year, new experiences. My niece was flying out to Vegas, so fav uncle and cousin had the privilege of seeing her off. She flew out Southwest @Love field. We had time for brunch. Open up Yelp to see if anyone has found a spot. Of course you have. Maple Landing. I love plane spotting. The patio at Maple Landing perfectly faces the take off path of Southwest Airlines. The service is incredible. No sooner than seated, our beverage orders were taken. Some great suggestions were offered. They had brisket sausage. Yes, for brunch. I had the fluffiest french toast, with a ginormous pile of the plumpest, juiciest fresh blueberries ever. My eggs were a perfect over medium. My son ordered pancakes. To be honest, as big as they were, one would have been plenty. Super light, rose high enough to block a planes take off. Topped with caramalized bananas, nothing needed syrup. Best of all was the service. Every aspect of this experience was 6 star. Yelp has kind of spoiled me. I know know what to expect, and where to find it. The food and service was 5 star. The patio view of others flying off to great adventures earned a 6th star. Hope you each make it out here to experience this for yourselves. read more

The food was very good here. If smoky flavor is your thing you will love this - Maple Landing is very cute loved the outdoor seating and Nenita was great! As was the gentleman who brought me the secret stash of diet Dr. Pepper! we had the brisket in our ML silver salad bowl, I love all the fixings in the salad .. blue cheese, radish, tomato, arugula... and there mile high dressing - The burger was perfectly cooked - the patty melt has mustard and mayonnaise- the fries were good- I needed a little more seasoning on them - The elote is made with grilled corn which was sooo good.their bread pudding was excellent! read more

Delicious brisket, friendly staff, relaxing ambiance, couldn't be happier with the experience . Our server forgot our apps, but that's ok, we were stuffed! Brisket plate, "all brisket" - the brisket was so tender and sweet! Served with a house made roll and corn bread, both smoky and delicate, yet hearty enough to be satisfying. 2 sides, we tried the waffle cut sweet potato fries and the macaroni and cheese. The entire plate was served piping hot without losing any of the amazing flavors. Brisket poutine - why is this so good?! There was not a single morsel left! Cubed brisket served over house-made fries and thick, gooey chese that stretched for days, and delicious brown gravy. They also have a $6 whiskey section of the menu with some of our favorites. Long story short: brisket at Maple Landing? *Chef's kiss* read more

Went here with colleagues while we were in town for the eclipse. I actually saw this place when we were next door at Social Pie for lunch. The sign that caught my eye was "beer, burgers, bourbon, brisket." Looked it up on Yelp afterwards and decided to come try it. There is a lovely outdoor feel to it as the whole front of the place is open. I had hoped our group of 8 could sit there, but we ended up in the back with the pool table. Service was decent. The server was nice enough, just made several mistakes and getting the food took quite a bit of time. Half of our table got food while the other half didn't. Several of us got brisket on salad, one person got the brisket chili, one got brisket and sausage and one got the salmon. Food was decent. The brisket itself was very good. The salad part was ok. Beers were exceptional and bourbon list was nice. I had a whistle pig maple cocktail which was lovely. I would return to just eat brisket and drink bourbon. read more

I visited on 3/29 in the evening. Sat at the bar, the female bartender on duty gave me a water & basically never came back. She walked by me time & time again. Waiting on everyone but me. Finally after 15 minutes, I asked the male bartender if I was indeed allowed to order something. He apologized & said he assumed she was taking care of me. He then took my order & suggested what to eat. The food indeed was fantastic, the chili was great & the brisket melt was awesome. Meanwhile my original bartender never even bothered to come over to apologize or check on me. The male bartender was great. Just very poor on her end. Bad look for the restaurant altogether. Doubtful I ever go back read more

Looked on YouTube for BBQ places near the airport and found this place. I had a 4 hour layover so I decided to walk . It was worth the walk . Lots of parking and plenty of places to sit inside . Price was good too. They didn't tell me about the unlimited sweet potato fries! The bartender was very nice and couldn't be more professional with her service . I had the brisket sausage plate. Mac and cheese were flat out unreal, delicious . The sausage was just right. The brisket unfortunately fell flat and tasteless. I heard this place was known for their brisket . Oh and those fries, fantastic! I recommend this place coming from a California noobie like myself . read more

Classic bar food made well. Stopped in for a quick bite and it was busy but I'm too crowded. The bartender great, greeted us immediately and I appreciate the option to use a paper menu. We shared the chicken tenders, fries, hummus and it was more than enough. The fries were thick but had a nice crunchy outside. Same for the tenders and the breading was really good- neither were greasy. The southwest flavor of the hummus was subtle and light. 5 stars because the food was good, the service was good and there was nice fun vibe. I love when I go to a local bar and everything is easy and enjoyable. Tip: Check out the specials online read more

My second time here but this time I brought three others with me. For me it was even better than the first time. My Brisket and Sausage plate had a bit more brisket and that brisket was all meat no fat. On the downside the sweet potato fries this time were overly salted by a huge amount. Nonetheless the service was stellar and we all enjoyed our meals. read more

Fun place, good food, reasonable prices. The staff was great! Loved the casual atmosphere - everyone had one.

I last stopped in for a late dinner after an evening at a nearby bar. Luckily Maple Landing's kitchen serves until 11pm most nights. Menu is diverse enough to find a dish to satisfy your late night cravings and definitely better choices than those 24 hour chain cafes. Plenty of free parking in the front lot. Plenty of outdoor and indoor tables including bar seating for dining. I now have a reliable place to eat late with easy parking and tasty food. read more
