I've come here a few times now since it is so close to work. It opens at 11 and usually gets busy around the lunch hour. Always great service from John and Logan. They are phenomenal at there job!. For appetizers I've had there chili cheese fries and brisket queso which were both really good. The queso comes with both tortilla chips and housemade potato chips. I've had there 737 burger which was delicious! My friend had the Turkey burger and really enjoyed it. They have $6 whiskies (all day, everyday) and I really like the Slow and Low! They have happy hour from 4-7pm which I'm just finding out about as I text this so will definitely have to hit this spot up then! We had to pick up our car after servicing near here. I saw that this place had HEATED outdoor seating - so that is a big plus during COVID. It was Friday night and while there were people eating inside (NO thank you!), we sat with three other tables outside in what was probably the size of a 3 car garage with garage doors (so open on one full side) Our server Eric was very attentive. The cocktails are cheap (by Bar Area standards anyway) $8 for a blueberry mojito in a mason glass, my hubby got a spicy margarita for the same price. We ordered to split: --A (generous) cup of burnt ends chili - (which for me was the weakest link - there was not enough meat in it) --A order of the brisket tacos - which was the winner of the table and the perfect portion (not TOO much food) . There were 3 "street" taco size bundles wrapped in foil. Our server John was on point with his recommendations, honesty, and his ability to convey that he really enjoyed eating and working at Maple Landing. He was the highlight of the experience. Was looking for some bbq and stars game which started @ 9pm. Found this place on yelp new to me. I called they were showing the game but no cigars on patio but that's fine. Yelp loaded with pictures of nice looking food so I say yeah I'll drive 30 minutes each way for good food and stars hockey. Decent looking place, a few folks on patio a couple folks inside. take a seat with a good view at a couple tvs. I had looked at the menu online and already to order the brisket and sausage plate $16.95. Games starts...food comes as 2nd period was starting. I ask the server about the miniscule amount of meat. He did go ask about it, returned to say...it is what it is. I ate the salad, fries and bread.... given them a chance to drop by and discuss, as that didn't happen, im like, well dig in. Lol, sausage is an extreme stretch, like a charred ballpark frank on a 4th of July picnic, sliced and smushed to try to make it look bigger. I swear these were bulk 99 cent granular pink sludge . On two the tiny two half slices of brisket, too piece 1/3 fat, no smoke or bark, opposite side had 2 bites of smoke flavor the middle two bite had some crumble texture but looks like it was cooked in a pressure cooker. 2nd half slice on bottom, it had pressure cooker texture and flavor. Middle sinew and fat, didn't eat. Top had a little bark and two bites of smoke flavor. To sum up 4 decent bites of brisket, 5 bites no smoke pressure cook roast brisket flavor. Calling that "Sausage" is an embarrassment to bbq. Staff and service seem fine. Could hit Sonny's or drive north to hard 8 and then hit cigar officianado, oh well, geaux stars read more

High top and low top table options with a large open bar section. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Service was fantastic. It was lemon flavored with blue berries on top. It was perfectly creamy with a nicely cooked sugar shell. I'll definitely ordered that again. Next I had the avocado toast. It was a more healthy choice on the menu. The bread was shockingly good. I would have preferred fresh avocado slices instead of the avocado spread that was used. Not that it was bad, I just love fresh avocado. If you love arugula you will really enjoy the salad topping. I was disappointed in the home style potato side it came with. And my sandwich was lacking in meat , this was an 18$ sandwich and i got 3 small burnt slices of pastrami. My husband got the chili cheese fries and smoked wing with 2 flavors. He said the flavor was different. The chili cheese fries were good.
