An amazing Thai restaurant that opened in Fullerton. I believe they are still doing their soft opening but they have incredible food and fast service. The interior is clean and very welcoming. I went with a group of 7 and they were quick with getting the food out and ready. We got the pad thai, pad se ew, khao soi, green curry, and pineapple fried rice and pork jowl. Everything was so so good and we all devoured everything. Overall, an amazing addition to the Fullerton restaurant scene. They're still in their soft opening so maybe they're still testing out their flavors. I'll start with the positives: -Taste, the drink flight was interesting. Thai tea is the most common drink, while the other 3 were interesting. The pork jowl was very tasty too. -ambiance, was very modern and clean -service, quick and responsive Negatives: -taste, we got pad Thai. It was a little bland and didn't have the typical orange color. After we added the fish sauce chili it tasted much better. We also got the hot Thai basil fried rice. It was a little oily and barely spicy even though we asked for it to be spicy. The rice actually ended up tasting better the next day when we air fried the rice back. I'm not sure if they used day old rice, but if they did then they definitely used too much oil. Overall 3.5/5 I'll bump it up to 4/5 since it's still a soft opening We would come back to try some other dishes. This restaurant was in its soft opening phase when I visited in late July 2025, and replaced another Thai place. We ordered the clear noodle salad, tom yum fried rice, crying tiger steak, and ended our meal with a Thai tea basque cheesecake. We're not able to take Thai spice too well so we ordered everything with very mild spice. I believe this made our food less delicious and I felt that every dish, minus the steak, lacked an additional oomph, which I think the spice would have added. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted good enough - I just wish I had a higher spice tolerance so that I'd be able to enjoy it more. The crying tiger steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and was probably my favorite dish. The cheesecake was also 10/10 in terms of deliciousness. The overall food here was not as great as I thought it would be. The plating was great, atmosphere was very cozy and aesthetic but some of the dishes were hit or miss. For example, the roti was crispy and delicious paired with the curry. The chicken wings were also just the right amount of crispy and tenderness but the sweet and sour sauce didn't seem to go well with it. I actually thought the green dipping sauce for the shrimp vermicilli went more with the chicken wings. The pad kee mao skewed towards more sweet and salty than flavorful. I like the one at manaoo better. The morning glory was also super salty. The massaman curry also was too sweet for my liking. The portion of the curry also seemed small for the price compared to a lot of other Thai restaurants. I liked the shrimp vermicelli dish and it had a familiar taste (similar to a Chinese dish I've had before). Overall, I think there are better Thai places in the general area but I'm glad I got to try this place. Servers were friendly but they were very busy today. Really cute Thai spot What I ate: - Pad see ewe with shrimp: This was really good, the noodles were soft, tender, not overly mushy. There was a nice wok fire flavor to the noodles, and it wasn't saccharine sweet like some other places. Shrimp were well cooked, firm, but not overly cooked. This hit the spot as I had been craving thai curry. - Thai tea sampler: I ended up sharing this with my friend because I wasn't sure if I could finish it on my own. I saw Manon's thai tea flight on tiktok and was intrigued to come in. The flight included two lighter thai teas, including one that was almost like thai tea lemonade and one more like lemon thai tea, which were both refreshing. They also had regular thai tea and a darker roast thai tea, which were quite flavorful and distinct. My friend and I got the papaya salad to share, which was pretty spicy and quite a large portion. I am unsure if it's the same owner but this will definitely be one of the best Thai restaurants in OC. New interior is clean and nice, the staff and service is 11/10 and very polite. The food itself speaks for itself. The crab fried rice was one of the best. The Leng Sabb presentation was lacking as it was nothing like the photo or how I imagined it but none of that matter because the flavor and meat melting off the bone speaks for itself. 5 dishes was roughly $100 so I feel that it is slightly above standard for current restaurant pricing. Came on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. We waited for about 10 mins to get seated. Ambiance was nice and cozy, and they have dining tables to accommodate bigger groups. We originally wanted to order the fried fish but they were out. One of the ingredients for the dessert sampler was also out. The five of us shared the following: Roti curry dip Thai papaya salad Larb ped duck Massaman curry stew Crab fried rice Mango sticky rice My favorite was the roti curry dip, it was flaky and went really well with the curry dip! The thai papaya salad and crab fried rice was just okay. It was my first time having larb ped duck, flavor was good but I wish the duck was more tender. As one of the reviewers said, the Massaman curry stew was a little too sweet. We enjoyed the mango sticky rice but we waited quite a bit for it. I love Thai food. Was very disappointed by this place. The drunken noodles and the cashew nut chicken were both so disappointing. Drunken Noodles are one of my go tos and I've never had the green peppercorn flavor dominate it the way it did from Manon. In the cashew nut chicken, the chicken was heavily breaded and fried. Never had it prepared that way before. It was so heavily breaded, the sauce could not evenly spread out. Super attentive staff -- so friendly and sweet! We got a water cup with lipstick on the cup and they apologized and replaced the water for us right away. I swear, we must've come on an off-day because we had the total opposite experience of all these raving reviews. We waited about 30 minutes or so after adding ourselves to the waitlist on a Thursday evening. Food took a little while to come out, which is fine, since they seemed busy and new, and the server did mention the kitchen was behind on orders. Thai tea flight: I mean, all the drinks were OK. Cute and aesthetic though, especially in the little glasses. One of the orange Thai teas tasted watered down. The lemon Thai tea was fine, but could've used more lemon. The purple one tastes like sugar water, lol. I knew it was a gimmick going in, but I had to try it anyway, hahaha. Pad thai with chicken: I read so many reviews about how amazing and flavorful the pad thai is, but mine was the total opposite. It was really light, which is fine, but also bland??? And I've never had a bland pad thai before. There was a decent amount of chicken though, so it was nice that they didn't skimp on the meat, and the portion size was good. But flavor-wise??? It was sorely lacking. Panang curry with beef (I don't remember what exactly it was listed on the menu, but it was separate from the regular panang curry because beef isn't an available protein option): My husband got medium spice level, and it wasn't spicy at all. I can't handle spice and I wouldn't have even deemed it mild, lol. And while most places overdo it on the coconut, this curry definitely needed more of it. Not the worst panang curry we've had, but definitely room for improvement. We were looking forward to trying their desserts, but unfortunately, almost all their desserts were sold out by the evening, haha. This Thai restaurant has introduced me to flavors I've never had anywhere else in the U.S.! I am a huge Thai food fan, and this place might just be one of the best places I've had thus far outside of Asia. We ordered pad kee mao with chicken and Tom Yum soup with seafood, and both were delicious with a kick of spice. The finger roots were so unique, and the peppercorns were not here to play! The food came out quickly after we ordered, and we couldn't help but eye the others tables' food (especially since the other customers were elderly Thai folks, hinting at the restaurants' authenticity)! The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of parking, situation at the front end of a large plaza. Will definitely be back in the future for my next Thai food fix. read more

I love this place but today really disappointed me with their customer service . I came in and a group of 3 people were ahead of me waiting, the waiter spoke to them and seated them. I then moved to the spot they were sitting at to be spoken to next and as another group came behind me the waiters completely ignored me didn't bother to speak to me and sat the people that just walked in .
