Absolutely delicious! We stopped at Ondam before heading to Disneyland and I'm so glad we did. We ordered the galbi with rice and the bulgogi bomb, and everything was packed with flavor. Visited here for dinner during their soft opening period on 7/12/2026 with my husband. We ordered braised black cod with radish, enough for two people at $45.99 served with 5-6 side banchan (side dishes) and a bowl of rice and seaweed soup. The seasoning sauce was perfect to our taste and also had few pieces of tofu and rice cakes. Our server was very attentive and courteous who came by several times to check if we needed anything. The restaurant owner was nice and attentive to customers to see if they needed any other help or other amenities. He offered me a cup of cold water while I was waiting for my order. The Bibimbap was packaged well as they kept hot rice away from the vegetables. The portion was perfect; not too small to make you feel wondering whether to eat more or too large to finish all. Our party of 10 ordered several dishes and here is my honest feedback. Galbi Jjim Tender pieces of short ribs and veggies cooked in a sweet soy marinade. I loved how well trimmed the meat was as I hate biting into pure fat. The veggies were also unique (consisting of peppers and sweet potatoes) compared to other restaurants. Pork Galbi Smoky, tender and seasoned only to the extent where you can actually still taste the natural flavor of the meat. Both ribs and meat come together on a sizzling bed of sliced onions. Spicy Black Cod Large pieces of melt in your mouth Cod with tofu and veggies. The spiciness was just a gentle kick so my children were able to enjoy it too. Spicy Baby Octopus Must try dish. The octopus was cooked impeccably and the thick spicy sauce (slightly spicier than the Black Cod dish) was addicting. Make sure to get the fried rice made with the left over sauce at the end! I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say. Each dish including the sides were all seasoned perfectly with fresh ingredients. The kimchi tasted like it was freshly made each day. However, my biggest surprise was how precisely each protein was cooked. The beef and pork were tender yet not mushy, the baby octopus was a perfect balance of tenderness and chewiness, and the black cod held its form until it melted away immediately in my mouth.
