Stopped by to get a dessert item as i was craving something sweet. Upon arriving the place was empty and I was able to order wuickly with mout issues. After ordering the place seemed to have started on their rush hour and the place got packed quickly with lots of take out ordered being placed. This was around 7-8pm. I ordered a lychee mango drink and their triple flavor ice cream of mango matcha and vanilla. The items took a while to come out since they started getting overloaded. The place was getting packed with couples and families gor their sit down items. Overall the drink was nice and sweet and the ice cream was delicious.

The mangoes are clearly the star of the show. The specialty Asian desserts here are to die for. The service was friendly and very patient. The atmosphere is like an ice cream shop but Asian-style with counter pick-up. Perfect for that mango sweet tooth.

Omg, the desserts here are so good! The mango is very fresh, just the right amount of sweetness, it's perfect. Staff are a very friendly. It does get crowded in here around dinner time, which was when I came so it did take a bit longer for me to get my order, but that's expected. Definitely coming back!

Despite walking past many Mango Mangos in my lifetime, I never really had the chance to visit one, so when I finally had the chance to try out their HK style desserts after dinner nearby, I had high expectations. The menu is absolutely colossal in size-- iterations upon iterations of mango-based desserts-- so it was extremely overwhelming for a newbie like me. We ended up ordering a Combo B ($23) which included an A3, and A6, and S2 as well as a S8 ($9) which was an Oreo mille crepe cake. The A3 was a Snow White Mango Juice Sago & Pomelo with Mango Ice Cream (what a mouthful). It included a coconutty version of a mango pomelo dessert with mango ice cream and sago pearls. I did not get any pomelo or grapefruit in this entire dessert, but I did enjoy the refreshing ice cream. The A6 was a Mango Juice with Rice Ball and Mango Ice Cream (another mouthful). It featured mango ice cream, fresh mango chunks, and chewy mochi balls. I think I liked this dessert a little better because the chewy little rice balls had a better texture that contrasted with the icy cold mango dessert and soft mango chunks. The S2 was a Mango Pancake which was a slice of mango and tons of whipped cream wrapped in a soft thin crepe. They were pillowy soft and a delight to sink my teeth into, but overall, a very underwhelming dessert. The S8 Oreo mille crepe cake was soft and had little Oreo bits in the filling that had gone soft and wet in the whipped cream so it was a little disappointing to eat. Overall, the desserts were a mixed bag-- I would definitely stick with the traditional dessert choices (Section A or H). The service was pretty nonexistent as it is a fast-casual concept so you are expected to clean up after yourselves. The staff member who took my order seemed pretty impatient and short, though I assume it's because the kitchen looked busy.

Great casual spot for something nice and refreshing. The desserts were great and hit the spot. Seating is self serve and first come first serve which didn't bother us. We ordered quickly and got the desserts quickly and enjoyed them at the table and left when ready. The mango ice cream on the dessert was awesome and hit the spot. We'll definitely be back for additional desserts like the crepe cakes and drinks.

I'm reviewing this based on the consistency of its flavors over the years that I've eaten here and across their different locations that I've been to. I always enjoy their mango pancakes and bowls as it's a light and easy dessert after a meal. In my opinion, they are just as filling as a meal. The taste and quality are still the same and I still always leave content. If you're in the 86th st area looking for a quick simple dessert, this is a solid spot! There seems to have been a lot of changes here though. In the past, there would be a standard service like a cafe where you get seated and your orders get taken. I usually go to the location in 8ave and that was how it was (I'm unsure if that location has changed too). This location's service is similar to the Chinatown location. Essentially, you seat yourself where you want and you have to order the food up at the counter. What's different here is that they now serve your food in the takeout containers instead of silverware. Definitely different however not a bad thing either! I don't know their reasoning for changing it but I think it's still a solid dessert spot. I'm satisfied that the quality of their desserts have been consistent throughout. If you are alright with a more self service type of dessert spot, I think this would be great! It makes it much easier to take home any leftovers as well.

Definitely lots of mango as suggested in the store's name! I love mangos and anything mango. I didn't think the mango was sweet enough (naturally sweet). I know Asian desserts are not typically super sweet that this was a bit underwhelming. We got the combo option with mango ice cream with mango juice, mango with black rice and the mango cake. We also had the vanilla ice cream with strawberries. The vanilla ice cream was your typical ice cream. Nothing special...not sure why we got this, given this is supposed to be a "mango" dessert place. Anyway, I wasn't a fan of the cake but the mango cream and sago was good, the best of the three in the set. Lots of available tables so we were able to sit and enjoy our desserts. Service: they call you by your number and you go up to the register to get your items and you bus your own tables. All containers and utensils were one time use items.

Love to hit up this place in the summer heat or just chit chat with friends! I usually get a Snow White mango juice with sago and pomelo, or a Snow White juice and red bean with green tea ice cream, or a mango coconut smoothie-o. Honestly you cannot go wrong with anything you order here! Everything is so good !

The mango smoothie is the best, refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not too sweet. It's a great drink overall. However, the customer service could improve. Every time I visit, I find myself being the one to greet the cashier instead of the other way around. A little more attentiveness would make the experience even better. Atmosphere is usually nice and not too busy to eat in.

Great desserts and in love with all the boxes of mangoes they had stacked along the walls. Everything was fresh and expected. Tables looked clean and the cashier was nice. This is the type of joint that is self served. You grab a table and order yourself, and pick up your order to the table. I took off one star because there were people waiting for their orders at the tables..meaning 1 person sitting on a table for 4 while we were dine in customers waiting for a table. I would definitely come back here and I hope seating wouldn't be a reason for my deterrent.

Ube sago and Black Sesame sago with rice balls

Mangos for dessert. Why not? Cold or hot desserts? Decisions decisions. Came here on two separate days in a row. With the cold weather creeping in on us, I went here for the hot desserts - the ube and black sesame sago pudding with chewy rice balls. Not overly sweet and soothing soupy texture (think of this as a sweet soup as good as your standard butternut squash soup). Even the rice balls was fun to chew from the sagos. Ube and black sesame are always a great safe selection for this hot dessert. Day 2 is when we tried their signature mango desserts. There's 10 different variations of this dessert because of the ice cream, toppings and mango combo. My friend had the #1 mango pomelo selection and I chose the mango pomelo snow white one. The mangos are so ripe, sweet and overwhelmingly delicious each to its tropical fruity bite. No wonder everyone who ordered a mango dessert always asked for more mangos. The mango ice cream was as richly sweet as the fruit. My snow white mango version was as good and did have that flaky feel from the shaved ice cream. This location was so clean and spacious, a good relaxing pit stop after a big meal. The couches were very comfortable and the boxes of mangos stacked on the side was a nice decorative touch. The only downside about this place was they no longer use bowls, cups, plates and other dishware besides disposable plastic bowls and paper cup containers for the food. Cost efficient I guess after the effects of the pandemic. And there's only one person servicing the front, to take the orders and service the diners. Patience is needed but the service is still good. There's hot desserts, cold desserts, rolls, crepe cakes and pastries. Can't go wrong either way.

One of the better Mango Mango locations in terms of their desserts! This location is pretty much self-service - orders are placed & picked up at the counter, and utensils are available on the side. It gets busy really quickly, so If you're looking to sit down and eat, I'd come a bit earlier. I always order the A3, & it hits the spot! The mangoes here are ripe & sweet, thanks to the numerous boxes of mangoes they have decorating the room. I guess that's one of the perks of having so many boxes of mangoes - they'll definitely have some ripe ones! The mango mochi is pretty good too, & is my other go to item if I'm not feeling the A3.

It's very hard to find parking in this area on weekdays, not to mention on a sat. Ordered the almond paste soup with rice ball, very disappointed at the almond paste, it tasted very artificial. Though my friend liked her sesame paste soup , I took a spoonful and it was just okay. I'd try their other items and will never order the almond paste again if I go back.

I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Anyway, I was in Brooklyn with my brother to see a concert and had just finished dinner. We had some time before doors opened so we decided to grab a little ice cream before heading over to the venue. Farmacy was steps away - it all seemed like it was meant to be, so off we went. Farmacy aims to capture the nostalgia of an old fashioned soda shop and ice cream parlor. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by aesthetics - the tile, fixtures, and decor totally give off that vibe. There are a few tables to sit as well as a large bar area with stools; I also noticed a few tables set up outside as well. The traffic flow is set up so that you order first and then have it served to you after sitting. Browsing the menu, I noticed they have a selection of ice cream scoops, shakes, egg creams, specialty sodas, hot chocolates, and a large variety of sundae creations. Since we were there for ice cream, we decided to split a sundae -specifically the Sir Twix-a-Lot. This was chunks for shortcake tossed in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream that was coated in a chocolate shell. Overall I thought the sundae was solid - but the combinations of textures weren't my favorite to be honest, mostly with how the shortcake played with the ice cream. It wasn't bad though - the flavors definitely gave the Twix aesthetic. My only other issue with the dish was that because chocolate shell was used, any residue at the bottom was hard so you have to chisel it if you want to savor any last spoonfuls; I guess that comes with the territory. Service was good - everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there so we had our selection of seats and our ice cream was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried Brooklyn Farmacy out - they have a large selection so I would definitely return when I'm in the area again.
