One of the best rest Chinese restaurant I ever been in Natick I highly recommend them

Ordered delivery. This was much better than I had expected. I have salt issues and this was not your typical over salted. Everything was fresh. The egg rolls were crisp. Fried rice was a natural color and excellent. The egg Foo young was very good. I'd stick with plain as the special had too many tastes. It was very good though. I always like to try something new. I tried Chung King pork and it was my favorite dish. They are courteous and gave me extra duck sauce and mustard. Some places charge extra. Delivery was almost twice as fast as quoted. They are only getting one star because we usually like their food. We called earlier in the day to place a New Year's Eve order. They told us nothing to worry about call back later. We called at 5 to have food ready for 7. Got there at 7. The chefs were fighting and front staff ignoring customers. They were totally overwhelmed and had no idea how to handle such large orders. Absolutely the best takeout around. Add to that it's menu is mostly gluten free since they use chestnut flour for most of their coated items. Large portions at a good price. read more

Ok..so here it goes!! Had a craving for "Good" Chinese food after a long day of shopping for Furniture. I thought we will try a new place and may be find out a gem (I am always optimistic while trying out new places); boy was I wrong!! Worst Chinese food that I have eaten in a long time and I eat Chinese quite often. We ordered fried rice (plain rice without flavor) with a chicken entree (chicken in a brown flavorless sauce) and I am unable to describe what is tasted like. This place should be called "brown sauce cafe" everything's slathered in a viscous brown sauce that just tastes salty. Not a repeat.

Went shopping at the well come Asian market. I shop there all the time. After so many visits they give you a coupon to Mandarin cafe next door for a free order. The place was run down and filthy. The help was rude and disrespectful. Once presented with the free coupon the manager turned mean and cold. Barking at me." What you want!"... if they don't want to give a free order to valued customers they don't have to. I tried to convince myself that she just has a shit personality and she treats everyone that way but the next few paying customers were treated as sweet as can be. Big smiles, thank you and even bowed to them. When my meal was ready she all but slammed it on the counter. Not a word was spoken. She just looked at me with a condescending scowl... if I wasn't such a gentleman I'd have dumped the food out on her filthy floor but I don't think anyone would have noticed. By the time I made it to the car the sauce had soaked through the bag and was dripping down my leg. If I could give negative stars I'd give -100 but alas it's not an option. Bad business practice and ill never go back to the restaurant or market ever again. The kung pao was sub par. No flavor and not worth the calories. My dog enjoyed it though. Great suburban Chinese, bonus is that they deliver. Ours arrived in less than 30 minutes, everything hot and ready to eat.

Not sure if the food wasn't fresh or the wrong cook worked but the food was absolutely horrible. I've never see yellow Chinese rice. My crab Rangoon's were soggy and light. The food had my stomach turning after eating. I ended up throwing the food right up and my friend had diarrhea. I would not recommend and I will not order from them again. read more

Good fresh food. Only once got an order wrong in ten years going there and offered to replace it. It wasn't a big deal. Sometimes apps are over cooked but still good. Service is fast. My only complaint is that the woman who runs the counter (the one with the glasses) is a bit snippy. Not rude just brisk but it's take out. And all that matters is the food. I'd recommend it. Even their bad is better than some others. My only wish us that they stop putting broccoli in everything! read more

I ordered take out and knew I was in trouble when I brought the bag in the car. The food was fried in what seems to be old oil. I was really hungry, so I ate it, only to get ill a few minutes later. I don't think the food was bad, just the oil. However, I won't be back. read more

My delivery arrived over 40 minutes late. I ended calling them which apparently pissed off the delivery driver because she was complaining about her boss when she arrived (seriously?) To make matters worse the food was not very good and most of it was cold. read more

We usually order here from work at lunch time about once a month and have it delivered. Yesterday I had some extra time so I stop in. There were about 6 people working inside and seemed to be getting ready for the lunch rush. The woman who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. As I sat there and waiting for my food just about each and everyone of the employees said hello and asked how I was. The food was your average Chinese/American food. The place could use a coat of paint but it's not that much of an eat in spot so I guess that doesn't matter as much. I gave this place 4 stars for the friendliness and the warm inviting staff. It's not often that you going in to a Chinese food place that is mainly take out at the lunch rush that you see every employee smiling, that is what will definitely keep me as a customer read more

Though it is easy to miss this small gem off the side of route 9 westbound, it's well worth the visit. Their lunch specials are excellent! Their food is comparable to Weylu's in its hay-day, and their food is faster and more consistently pleasing than PF Chang's. The food is fresh and tasty and I have yet to meet an menu item I did not love, even dishes that I do not typically enjoy at other restaurants (chicken wings, spare ribs) are delicious. If you like lo mein, peking ravioli, or crab rangoon, or have simply forgotten how good Chinese cuisine can be when it is not tainted with MSG, is tenderly cooked, and low in grease, you owe yourself a visit. Told by the front desk at the Hampton Inn in Natick that this was a way above average Chinese takeout and that it is their favorite. Great recommendation and that was it. First off, it is hard to get to for a non-local. Second, it is not all superior to your average strip mall Chinese takeout. What a surprise when we arrived to pick up our order, it was ready, but white rice was extra for the General Gau's chicken and sesame chicken. For chef specialties at $10.25 each, you think $.50 of white rice would be standard. The biggest surprise is that when we got back to room, our nicely sealed bag had no utensils or napkins. The cheap bastards even in shop filled the take out cups with crappy, almost just apple sauce as duck sauce. The house made mustard was very hot and good. The egg rolls were OK. If this was a nice sit down Chinese restaurant, my bill for $26.15 would have been a great value, as a strip mall take away, it was a severe disappointment. read more

Accidentally ordered fried wontons instead of crab rangoons and can't imagine anyone would ever eat these. Tiny piece of dry, tasteless brown meat totally out of balance with the huge amount of fried rice paper. Chicken fingers and rice were fine but nothing special. read more
