I pick up a pizza here nearly every Sat evening for the family. I get a MAMA size!! I love the crust and the sauce on their pies. The cheese is good quality. Support a local store and try it if you haven't given it a try. They have a buffet with a pretty good selection and decent salad bar, or you can just order for pick-up like I do. You really do get what you pay for...their pizza might cost a little more, but it is worth it!! read more

Ok so this is a buffet style restaurant but it's fantastic the pizza is always fresh. The salad bar is on point and don't even get me started on the cinnamon rolls. The only thing I can see people getting upset about is that they only have around 4 pizzas out at one time. But the news ones are always coming out fast and you can request certain pizzas. Had the lunch buffet on 08-08-2019. The counter person gave us senior discount without being asked. I guess we are entering geezerdom. They have a fair selection of beer. I always add a star for serving beer. Would have liked a Heineken. Settled for a Shiner Bock. An Oasis in a Baptist waste land! They had 3 pizzas on the buffet line. No peperoni. I asked the attendant if they had pepperoni. 2 minutes later he brought out a fresh baked pepperoni! They treat their buffet customers very well! The pizza itself was very good. Lots of tomato sauce. The pizza selection itself may be a bit on the scarce side, but MAN that dough! Mama's uses more, higher quality cheese (it strings forever) on their dough, and the crust bakes beautifully. It's so thick and dense that you honestly feel bad if you don't eat it. I like to get some of their marinara sauce, put it in a salad dressing cup, and go to town dipping them in the tomato-ey goodness. Yum. In terms of pizza selection, there's cheese, pepperoni/+jalapeno, spinach, ham&pineapple, sausage, the works. I like how they're sliced -- not the usual 8-piece, but rather smaller, so you have better portion control. Salad bar only has lettuce, but that's fine with me. The usual toppings and a plethora of dressings are also included. One of their salad toppings is whole hard-boiled eggs, which I really appreciate. Oh to be young and work pizza. I'm not poking fun, I did work pizza in high school. If you'd asked me what the specialty of the house was you'd have bought yourself a Sticky Fingers with jalapenos! When I walked in, I walked up to the counter and told the cashier it was my first time in and that I was curious about their restaurant and food. She just looked at me like I had spoken in a foreign language. After an awkward stare she finally asked if I wanted the pizza buffet. The crust was not buttery but oily with garlic powder taste. The pizza was soggy like the bread squares. If you like soft soggy crust then come here!!!! The cinnamon rolls had frosting on it but it was not sweet at all and it was dry and crunchy. It tasted like stale rolls. Maybe I should go there on a weekend and the food will be better - NOT! I would recommend buying frozen pizza from the grocery store or go to CICI pizza. At least they had more varieties and you can order your custom pizza too that can be brought to your table. I can't believe I found a place that sucks more than CICI's pizza. This place is a joke. I should have gone to Wing Stop or Scotty P's hamburger. The one star is for their salad bar. Pretty good pizza in a classic establishment. I haven't been since COVID but their buffet although a bit bare bones, was always if high quality and fresh. They would also put custom pizzas on the buffet, and their deserts are yummy. I wouldn't call it world class pizza, but the quality and price point make it WAYYYY better then the other pizza buffets that have existed. I am so angry, I downloaded this ap. Loved the pizza for years, but I can get pizza elsewhere. Bought a large pizza and medium cheese sticks after Checking the price online. Showed up. Caught that they charged me nine bucks for what was 4 dollars on the online menu. I showed the brunette lady in charge behind the counter and she stated that they switched the price accidently between cheese sticks and breadsticks. She took my phone and screenshot the owner. I asked if I got some kinda of discount for paying more than twice what I thought I was. She said no. If my kid wasn't autistic, I would have returned it. I took my stuff home and it was undercooked even though they stated 15 minutes it would be ready and I got there at the 25 dollar mark. This place was a travel to spot for me cause I can't stand Cici's. The workers here first of all were awesome. We had a party of 5 and they helped get us a table set up. Even during a busy and crowded Sunday evening. The food was good. They were constantly bringing out fresh pizzas. Salad bar had plenty of options too. It had a few TVs set up with sports going and has a very sport like feel. Like you could get your drink on, eat pizza, and watch football here without any problems. I requested anchovies on the side and without hesitation they brought them out. They all were bubbly and happy to see us there. And the crowd was heavy but didn't really have any rude problems or anything. The price is low too so you can your money's worth easily without going overboard.
