Hubby and I went to Far East Pizza and it was honestly really good. We got the Chicken Tikka Naan Pizza and a large Veggie flatbread, both came out hot and fresh, which was awesome. The Chicken Tikka one had a really nice flavor, kind of spicy but not too much, and the naan crust made it super different (in a good way). The service was great too. Our waitress was super nice and kept checking in to make sure we were good, which I appreciated. The decor inside was nice, not too fancy, but definitely clean and put together. Also, the prices were actually decent, especially compared to other spots that serve fusion style food like this. Overall, I'd definitely recommend trying it out if you haven't already! read more

Ordered delivery so not really sure about the dine in experience. Its definitely not your typical pizza. The 9" is served on naan apparently. The 14" squre is a similar flat bread though i would not call it naan. We gotta the tikka tikka time pizza which is basically chicken tikka pizza on alfredo sauce. I was expecting it to be more bold in flavor but it was more on the subtle side. It had a nice flavor profile and i liked that the chicken chunks were cut down. Very generous with the toppings. The other item was the chili coriander wings which were not that spicy. They were served dry with a dusting of spice powder. Again subtle flavor. It was served with mango chutney which was needed as they were a tad dry. It was a good meal. I would definitely like to try some of their other pizzas but maybe not the wings. read more

Wanted to find another Indian spot with Naan pizzas and found this little gem. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 4/5 - I only came inside to pick up the pizzas, and the location is not in the greatest spot. The inside is not too big, but overall a good spot. Staff - 5/5 - The owners are great, and gave me their very spicy sauce to take home to try with the food. Very friendly. Food - Ordered the following: Citrus Chili Pomegranate Chicken Wings - 5/5 - $11 - Man these wings were excellent. I really enjoyed their citrus pomegranate sauce. Tikka Tikka Time Pizza on Naan - 4/5 - The Naan was thin and crispy versus the soft bread that I was expecting. Overall, the flavors were there. Butter Chicken Pizza on Flatbread - 5/5 - Definitely recommend the flavor for this pizza. Overall, I was hoping to find a location that has a great Naan pizza, and although their Naan was okay, I highly recommend the flatbreads. Had a craving for some Indian pizzas and came here since they offer pizzas on naan bread. We ordered the Tikka Tikka Time on their 10" naan, butter chicken pizza on their 14" flatbread, and their tropical chicken pizza also on a flatbread. We also ordered their butter chicken curry and an order of the citrus chili pomegranate chicken wings. All the flavors of their pizza were really good and definitely hit the spot. However, we were hoping the naan pizza would be more soft and fluffy, but it was rather thin and crispy and didn't taste much different from the flatbread. We will probably order their flatbreads in the future. The butter chicken was good but nothing spectacular from what we've had before at other places. The chicken wings were REALLY good though! The chicken wings were juicy and meaty and the citrus chili pomegranate sauce was just the perfect amount of sweet with a hint of spice. I would definitely order these again in the future. Our local animal shelter decided to hold a fundraiser and partnered with Far East Pizza to do it. I had never heard of this restaurant,, so I went on to their website to check out the menu. It's like an Italian restaurant with an Indian twist. They offer pizzas and pastas, but they use Indian ingredients. For instance, instead of pizza dough, you get naan. Instead of pepperoni, you get Tikka chicken. We ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad. My vegetarian pizza was slightly over cooked. That was unfortunate because every bite had a bit of a burnt taste to it. The naan was topped with paneer, cauliflower and mushrooms. It was okay, but I wouldn't order this again. My husband got the Tikka Tikka Time pizza, and it was quite tasty. The sauce was somewhat sweet and the Tikka chicken was moist and flavorful. We both agreed that this dish would be worth ordering again. It didn't look like there were any gluten-free options on the menu, so we just went with what they had. Our Caesar salad was huge. We split it, and then still had enough to split again the next night. Instead of using croutons, there were small pieces of naan mixed in. It didn't really work because the naan became soft and chewy. Also, the Caesar dressing was not to my liking. They do serve the dressing separately, so you can forgo it altogether and top your salad with your preferred home dressing. It was a lot of food. The pizzas are bigger than a single serving. Prices are NOT cheap.I think my total was just over $40. This used to be a deli in an office building. However, due to Covid, no one is working in the building and they got approval to operate from 4pm-10pm as a takeout operation for pizza. Note, if you pick up the food yourself, you will not be able to enter the building. Also, there is no signage indicating that there is a restaurant inside. Sadly, the office building won't let them post any signs. If you talk to them on the phone, they are very good about telling you to drive to the loading dock behind the building and calling them to bring out your food. Your best bet is to order online and let Grub Hub pickup and deliver your food to you. I'm impressed with this family restaurant being creative not only in their menu options, but also in their ability to survive and thrive through these tough Covid times. read more

This review is so far for just the butter chicken pizza (which I added paneer chunks as well). I just finished riding my bike and decided I wanted to try this place out. Let me say that the location of this place is awful. If you follow google maps, it will drop you off in the parking lot of the Argo Data Resource building. No signs, no banners, or labels visible from the street. The only indication is a small, printer page size logo of Far East Pizza on a door with a dock loading ramp leading up to it. When I called the place, they told me to wait by the loading docks. If you haven't been here before, you may miss where this is located. I uploaded a photo of what the loading dock looks like and where the staff will be coming and going with your food. Unless you really want to avoid third party app fees, Id say just get the food from here delivered. Once I received the pizza, all the hassle from before disappeared. Technically this is a flatbread pizza, so don't expect any glutinous chew. What you get instead is this delightfully fluffy, pillow soft bread that's still sturdy enough to hold everything together. The ingredients are top notch. I love the fact that they DONT use Lisanti, who has a monopoly over the pizza ingredients in North Texas. I could taste everything, especially the tikka masala sauce. The chicken was tender and moist from the gravy it was soaked in. The flat bread emulates the experience of dipping naan into masala gravy. The chunks of toppings, whether they be chicken or paneer, offered a lovely contrast to the soft flatbread. I think some of my biggest gripes would be this pizza could use just a few more pieces of the main ingredients (chicken, paneer, etc). I don't think it needs to have a whole rotisserie chicken on top, but for the price, I could have seen more pieces. I personally could have seen more basil on this pizza as well, but that's just me. At the end of the day, this was primarily an Indian based meal, with little resemblance to an Italian pizza, other than its presentation. The owner was also nice enough to let me try his yellow dessert. While it had a creamy base with a mealy texture scattered throughout, the dish didn't have much of an aroma. I feel this was sorely lacking some type of cardamom or floral aspect to really hit the spot. There were points where I tasted black pepper when eating the almonds. Either they accidentally got pepper in the mix or something else, but it threw me off for a few bites (specifically on the top layer). I see some people have complained about the price and the portion they are receiving. I will fully admit this is not the type of pizza you want to order if you are a broke college kid or a starving family of six. This place works best for singles or couples you want something different. If you can order a 20+ dollar pizza from Urban Crust in Plano with no complaints, then this place is no different. Its labelled specialty pizza for a reason! I'll be curios to try their other offerings at some point. read more

The food here was great! Server and the owner were very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was good. Great flavor, and just like their overview says, it's a different kind of pizza place. Our lunch experience exceeded expectations. There is a lot of "Indian fusion" going on locally, but this was very nice and more elevated than other things we've tried. The food was delicious, the restaurant itself very nice, and the price very reasonable for the quantity and quality. This is definitely one of the best fusion pizzas I've had. I love Indian food, I love pizza, so the concept should be a win. However, this isn't true everywhere. This place definitely does it right though! I ordered the paneer pizza for take out. It came out hot and fresh! The bread/crust was delicious, not too much, not too little - just how I like it. Ingredients were tasty. The only difficulty is trying to find the place. They do direct you well and are very friendly to make sure you find them but it's still odd there's really no signs. If you park by the loading dock doors, they will come out right there to deliver you the pizza. If you are up for trying a specialty fusion pizza, I would recommend this spot! read more

This is place is a gem, and we will definitely be back. We got the chicken tikka skewers which even my picky 4-year-old enjoyed. We ordered pizzas, including a butter chicken flatbread which my 6-year-old loved. We got a rice custard dessert and mango yogurt smoothies. The waitress was incredibly polite and kind. We met a couple of the people in charge, and they were nice and informative. We found this place through Tollperks, and it was originally in Richardson, so we are glad that it's closer to us now. Excellent fusion pizzas! Fresh ingredients, great taste, and satisfying all around. For the naan size, half a pizza is enough for one meal for me. This is not a tomato based pizza but I was craving Indian food so this hit the spots Their kashimiri kheer is also well made and not the buffet generic type kheer. Will be back. read more

I tried 3 of their pizzas Tikka Tikka Time pizza, Butter Paneer Pizza, and Far East Veggie spectacular. Everything was Amazing. There were many inconveniences on my food adventure here - Slice cancelled my order after I already arrived, so we had to call in and try to figure things out, on top of the fact that we didn't realize it was take out only until we were already at the address looking at a large office building with much confusion. Thankfully the person who answered was very nice and took our order over the phone. We were pleasantly surprised that there were a small lounge where we were able to sit and enjoy our food. The butter chicken pizza was a transcendent experience - before even taking my first bite, the warm buttery smell of the naan was calling out to me. We have since been back at least once and have tried a few of the other offerings as well - while the pizza is still my favorite, this small restaurant has SO much to offer!
