Although there are several servers who are excellent, unfortunately there are more who are not. Management is probably worse because she doesn't take definitive action, she'd rather be everyone's best friend. I have sent food back countless times: waffles weren't cooked through, waffles were served cold, and oatmeal looked like mush. Likewise, I have also waited over 1.5 hours for the kitchen to get my food correct. After two screw ups, one with a wrong order and the second served cold, I ate little of what was brought because at that point I wanted to leave. My takeaway is have patience and come early.
