New monthly prices with no incentives.
    Gabrielle P.

I have been a mailbox customer with Mail Plus for over 10 years. They've gone through a total of 3 different owners. I've always paid $10.00 monthly and if you pay a year in advance you get 2 months FREE. Due to the current owners renovating the establishment, they've somehow managed to increase the mailbox $10.00 monthly with no incentives. I was charged $240.00 for the year. I did however make a fuss and was granted 2 months FREE. I'll tell you one thing about long term clientele is that we do not like drastic change and these monthly prices are absolutely absurd. I feel like I've been ripped off and my longevity holds no value.

My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

I started my search for a local to Las Vegas moving company for an instate move I had planned…read more Level15 rose to the top three. After a deeper dive into reviews and past customer comments on the top 3 moving companies I settled on, I opted for Level15 Moving. I wanted to go direct with a company and NOT through a third party. I reached out to Daniel (owner) and even though he was busy on a job, he took the time to text me back. We exchanged texts talking about the locations and the amount of items I needed moved. I was extremely satisfied with his quick responses and by the next day, I have an official detailed quote which had been emailed to me. After reviewing, I agreed to the quote and my move date was set. Fast forward to the move date. I had two Level15 movers show up at my residence on time. They texted prior to their arrival letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving. And that time was spot on! I met Ryan first and Nate arrived shortly thereafter. Both were extremely professional. We conducted a walk through of my residence and once the scope of their work was identified, they got to packing up my personal belongings. I needed someone to haul all of the heavy items for me as I was moving much of the small stuff. Ryan and Nate were amazing! Both worked very hard and they made short work of loading much of my furniture and heavy items onto their truck. They did so while remaining engaged with me and if there were any questions, they were quick to ask. They took care in making sure my personal items were safely moved and loaded onto their truck. I watched every step and they truly worked hard while working in 105+ heat! Once the truck was loaded, Ryan and Nate met me at my new residence and the unload began. They reassembled anything that they needed to take apart and offered to help me move all of my furniture into the spots I had planned for them. They took equal care of my personal items unloading and reassembling furniture and others items. They made sure they did not bump any trim, walls, or doorways and they took extra care packing and unpacking. In conclusion, I've been involved with several moving companies over the years due to my profession. This is by far, the best move of all of them. I highly recommend this company for any move you have, big or small. Their price was spot on and the communication was beyond amazing. I can't thank Daniel, Ryan, and Nate, enough for such a great job. I will most certainly be using them again and I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family as well. And they do more than just instate moves here in Nevada. My move came in cheaper than quoted as they were able to finish the job much quicker and not all quoted items were needed. Many movers would have just stuck to their original quote but Level15 only charged me for the work, transportation, and actual materials used. Even if another company might be a bit cheaper, I would do yourself a favor and just hire Level15 for the job. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

I was surprised at how they moved so quickly and efficiently. We had some furniture with legs loose and small broken spots, and they were very communicative whenever they noticed that something was off with the furniture. During the packing itself, they were super nice and conversational (not in a bothersome way). The next day, Daniel and Nate drove our stuff to our new home. They were super communicative about some delays in their journey, which helped me feel confident in the safety of our belongings. Unloading at the new place took under two hours again (potentially under one hour? It was so quick!). Again, we got to witness how efficient and careful they were. Their services were extremely worth the value, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving from Vegas!

We were under the impression that they would show up, load a semi-truck, and basically be off to our destination in the next couple of days as we were headed out of town as well. What happened was they showed up in a 24-foot enterprise rental truck, which only fed about half of our stuff and said, no, we actually load this and take it to a warehouse and unload it and load it somewhere else. The first hour and a half consisted of them trying to tell us that the quote that we got for $12,900 was way too low and there were too many heavy objects and it was going to take up a lot more space, even though we did over an hour worth of walkthroughs to get the initial quote. They said it was going to be more likely around $24,000 and were naming off all sorts of additions and stuff that was going to cost a lot more, and doubling the space it was going to take. And what can you do when they're there to move your stuff? During the first hour and a half that we were trying to work out the price, half of their guys were carrying off knickknacks and things out of our different piles and putting them in their personal cars as well to take, which was funny. And when I looked at them, they tried to hide it. That group of guys didn't show up the next day. We put air tags in our boxes and realized both enterprise truckloads went into a gigantic pod that was in the middle of a field behind a grocery store, not a warehouse, and it sat there for basically 10 days. I'm assuming, well, they tried to find an actual trucking service who would take it. They told us our $10,000 dining room table was too heavy to move. They said it was going to cost an extra $600 to move. Okay, that's fine. We need a table and we can't leave it. when we told them, Okay, they went back and started talking Russian to their boss on the phone and came back and said, No, actually it's gonna be tw$2400, which was startling. When we told them, like, we can get help, we have a bunch of people that can come move it. They said, no, that won't work because we have to unload it at the warehouse and reload it somewhere else, and your guys won't be there. So we agreed to pay $2,400 to move a table. And he went back and started talking Russian to his boss and came back and said, No, it's gonna be like four or five thousand dollars. I'm trying to be your friend, just leave the table or give it away. And it's like, you guys are almost done with this move in 30 minutes. And now I'm scrambling to find people to either move it or give it to or sell it to. So we basically ended up leaving our ten thousand dollar dining room table because they wouldn't move it and having to buy a completely new table at our destination. And what's crazy is, after they left, we actually gave it to some neighbors and moved the whole thing ourselves with teenagers. I think the price on the quote that they kept trying to have us sign probably changed five or six times. And I wouldn't sign it, and they told me as they were finishing up that I needed to sign it, and that if I used a credit card, there would be a 5% charge. (They emailed me a week before and the email specifically said, If you want to use a credit card, please let us know in advance, which I did immediately, but it said nothing beyond the five percent charge). Obviously, they want cash or a cashier's check because they know you're getting ripped off and they don't want you to charge it back. So that was a problem as well. Overall total nightmare of a situation. We ended up at our destination for at least ten days sleeping on the floor, hounding them about when they were going to deliver our stuff and they kept changing prices. And each person said they had to check with somebody else who had to check with somebody else, and nobody knew anything.

Not good: 11 hours with a 4 man crew, over $1900. Not to move, just pack and load a house where we did A LOT of prep. 4 bd 3 ba. Nearly all of the garage items packed and staged. Backyard, packed and staged. Master closet and bath and master clothes, packed. Pictures pulled off walls and staged. One bedroom empty. Loft empty. Another bedroom, 3 items. 3 of 4 TVs were already packed (smallest 40" TV left). They spent 4 hours in the kitchen. This was the biggest part for sure and we have a lot of kitchen items. But it wasn't 16 labor hours big. My wife and I could have done that in 2 hours (and I guess we should have!). There were three furniture items to disassemble, a king bed, a crib, and a dining table. Dining table was not disassembled. They recommend buying your own packing supplies. No further guidance. So I purchased the $600 Uhaul kit, plus other items. Well, we needed a trip to the store to buy more tape. Then we needed a trip to the store to buy more moving blankets. Bought out the entire Uhaul, 15 blankets, $150. Brought them home and nearly immediately we were asked for more blankets. Half of the other supplies were not used (thankfully Uhaul lets you return unused items) which almost balanced out the blankets. 3 of 4 wardrobe boxes were unused (seems like those would have been good for the pillows, blankets and sheets sitting unpacked in the driveway). TV box, unused, cannot return that one (what did they pack the TV in? I'm scared to find out). 4 loading straps to secure the furniture in the containers, unused. Towards the end, unpacked goods starting going randomly into the containters. No wall or floor coverings/protection were used. I thought this was standard practice. Lots of scuffs and scratches on the LVT floors. Thankfully we were getting the carpets cleaned the next day. It seemed like we got an inexperienced crew. One older gentlemen knew the business and the others were mostly clueless. They rarely split up which is strange. In past moves, I've had a crew where 2 would pack the kitchen and the rest would wrap and breakdown furniture and stage. Then they converge to load. No efficiency in that regard. Overall, well done fitting the home into two containers with efficient space use. But this 11 hour ordeal ended up costing us way more than we anticipated.

Karol responded to my initial inquiry quickly, accommodated my preferred moving dates, and was completely transparent about pricing from the start. Their rates were very reasonable, but don't mistake affordable for low-quality service. She even called the day before the move, exactly as promised, to confirm all the details. On moving day, Edgar and his crew arrived at 7:30 a.m.--a full 30 minutes early. In all my years of moving, I had never experienced movers arriving ahead of schedule. After a quick walkthrough of the house, including the revelation that it was a three-story home, there was no hesitation, no complaints, and no discussion of extra fees. Edgar simply smiled and said, "Okay, we'll get started." The team worked tirelessly in the intense Las Vegas summer heat, handling everything with professionalism and care. They packed and loaded efficiently, treated our belongings with respect, and even secured the old house when they finished loading. (While I was still inside! LOL) Throughout the day, they remained friendly, hardworking, and genuinely kind. It was a pleasure getting to know them during the move. What impressed me most was the combination of outstanding service and value. When I told my wife the final cost, she was genuinely shocked--it came in at less than half of what we had budgeted. After collecting multiple quotes during our planning process, Jackie Movers was already among the most reasonably priced options. Yet they delivered a level of service that far exceeded any moving company I've worked with before. Edgar and his crew set a standard that others should aspire to.
