My wife, mother-in-law and her sons needed to find a notary suddenly to sign a Power Of Attorney for the 94 year old mother (with failing health) so we could have her oldest son clear up any remaining legal affairs so we could get her back to Korea to live. We were greeted by Lou later on a Saturday afternoon with an upbeat cheerful attitude who was patient through the whole process of dealing with an unnecessarily complex law document to make sure it was properly signed and understood. Ms. Fong Wang was lovely. She was very patient with my uncle, who suffers from dementia, as she explained the process to him and ensured that he understood. She later mentioned that she's previously worked in a convalescent home, and so has experience dealing with folks at the end of their lives. Had to get some finger printing done. Lou and Shadow both greeted me as soon as the store opened. Lou was kind to explain the process to me and took me in early (the system's designated appointment times are too long) and we were done in 10 minutes. It's small shop, and Lou seems to know all of her mailbox renters' names by heart. She's personable and has a good sense of humor. Her store cat, Shadow, was similarly charming with lots of purrs to give out. I just loved my experience here. I often send Lou documents to print via email, and do most of my post-office needs through the store. Exponentially shorter line wait period than the post office, and barely, if at all, more expensive than the nearest post office which has a two star rating.
