Can't say enough good things about Intelligent Office - both their San Francisco and Burlingame locations. It's very easy to book a space online. The facilities are first-rate and well priced. Staff is friendly and professional. I meet with clients on a weekly basis, and Intelligent Office is an invaluable partner in my business. read more

This is a well-run and professional office environment. These are owner-operated businesses, so all the attention is on the client. I recently entered an order to I.O. to send a package of recent mail to the wrong address, a client address that we occasionally sent boxes of records. The I.O. office staff caught it and the Manager sent me an email, saying "Are you sure?" It is as close to having your own trained staff looking after you. Again, worth every dime. read more

I have spent thousands on WeWork, Regus, Breather, and various other offices/meetings spaces in SF but Intelligent Office takes the cake. You see, the fact that you walk by Al Weedman's desk when you enter is my favorite part. While most places have absent management, this owner is available to help and committed to making your experience perfect. Rather than call some dis-empowered support line or talk to someone who can't actually help you, I've got a direct line to the source. Plus, he's built an awesome and capable team supported by tools that allow them to deliver on par with some of the best out there. So, whether it's a full time office, answering service, or just a mailing box- Intelligent Office helps you get to work. Obviously, I'm a big fan. PS: It's phenomenal for solo attorneys. read more

We are actually members of their Burlingame location, but I figured I'd post here as well since this appears to be their main Yelp page. Please see my other review, but in short, this place is awesome and is a great choice for anyone who is no longer using their in person office. read more

I use Intelligent Office's virtual receptionist service and it's superb. During my first call with them, it was clear they combed through my website to learn my business inside and out. They asked for clarification on certain aspects of my business so they understood what I do, what my goals are with using their service and they also got very clear with how a variety of situations should be handled. As I continue to work with them, I continue to be extremely satisfied with their service. They professionally handle all of my calls and if I want a situation to be handled a certain way, they make the changes immediately. Intelligent Office texts me with situations that I want to hear about asap and e-mails me with everything else. This allows me to efficiently manage my time and I can focus on what is needed to run my business. Their billing is simple and they are affordable. I've used a variety of other companies for virtual receptionist services and Intelligent Office is by far superior in quality, professionalism and price. I'd highly recommend them to any once who wants more (and better) business and their calls handled in a quality and professional manner. read more

I am not really the type of guy who loves to write reviews often. But I feel that I really have to write about my experience with Intelligent Office . First of all,,why have I chosen them? It's because they are one of the very few local based companies that does phone support for business. The staffs at Intelligent Office are able to take care calls with extremely professional voices & tones. Their rate is very competitive as well. There are other phone support companies out there offering lower rates which I have tried and was very disappointed. (poor attitudes & accents..etc) I am glad that I have found Intelligent Office to be my service provider. Thank you guys and keep up the good work! read more

I rented a work station at Intelligent Office in late 2013 and 2014. The whole time I was there I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was great and very attentive. They even made an effort to get to know me and my business to make my experience better. I enjoyed my time at Intelligent Office and I was very disappointed to leave, but thankful I found a job. Intelligent Office offered reception services, copying, printing, coffee and tea, and many other perks. I love the decor, its simple and very relaxing. Anthony even introduced me to other business owners to help me in my business. I now have a mailbox and enjoy going to pick up my mail and saying hi to everyone. This is a great place for a business owner! read more

I wish I could give them a million stars! I'm a client of theirs and have impressed my clients with the office space! The office spaces are all incredible and the views in most of them are amazing. The staff is really helpful. They always respond quickly to emails and calls. They know their way around the office--from the copy machine to booking dates. I highly suggest having your office in Intelligent Office too! read more

My company is a sign shop and we are in a deadline business. Before Intelligent Office I would get new calls throughout the day distracting me. My company was slowly getting further and further behind as we grew. We hired Intelligent Office to be a warm and friendly voice for the new calls that we get. This freed me up to focus on the important tasks that I have throughout the day and I could get back to the new calls at a time when I'm prepared for them. I'm very happy with Intelligent Office being on my team. read more

I'm a therapist, and I've been using their virtual office solution. They're great! They're very responsive, very willing to customize their services according to my needs, and very reasonably priced. Having them taking my calls and emails has really freed me up to focus on other aspects of building my practice. I'd highly recommend them. read more

Anthony, Emily and the whole staff are really professional. We use them for our office and appreciate never missing a call. I've used several answering services and this team has the most up to date system to track calls and clients. We've never had a complaint from our customers - only positive feedback. Calm voices and thorough message taking. Happy to say the least. read more

I've been using their virtual office solution for almost a year. Already recommended one fellow entrepreneur to sign up with them, they are good! I made the switch from my old office location since they provide after-hour/weekend access to the mailbox. This is important for someone like me who don't come into the city often. Anthony and his team made it a really easy transition for me. Receptionists are very friendly, accommodating and professional. I am very happy with them! Oh did I say the price is very reasonable as well? Definitely a great option for start-up firms like mine. read more

What I love about Intelligent Office, aside from how affordable it is to get an office address as spiffy as 100 Pine St., is that when I walk in, the owner Al is sitting right there at his desk. I know I can go to him if I have a question, want to add a service, or just to say hi when I grab the mail. Al runs a tight ship and his team offers superb service. They helped get us started when our company was brand new. We got a fancy office in the Financial District, a mail service, and access to a variety of useful tools that can later help our business scale. I never even knew this was an option, but it turns out our business fit perfectly with the virtual office model. Anyone who is creating a new business entity and is worried about what the cost of an office will do to the budget should give Al a call. read more

I typically don't do this kind of thing, but I was surprised when I tried them out. Intelligence Office had an extremely professional workspace. Everything you would need for your clients was there. The staff were helpful and friendly. The team also was able to get everything ready without taking an excessive amount of time. They also were able to communicate with me and had good service. The office was affordable, and I was able to use it for a few days without any problems. I will definitely use their services again. If you are a small to medium-sized business owner Intelligence Office will be a great fit for you. read more

I own a Real Estate company in San Francisco, and previously used four other answering services before trying out Intelligent Office. With the other services, we had complaints and missed calls, and the lack of professionalism in the way they answered the phones was shocking. In real estate, you lose or miss one call, that can cost you tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. Intelligent Office stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you need an answering service, save yourself some time and aggravation and just call them. read more

I came here looking for a virtual office after my old service , Office General, closed up shop. The location is in the heart of the financial district and their prices are low. Everyone here is friendly , professional and their range of services is unmatched. If anyone is looking for office space, virtual office or a meeting space look no further than this! read more

We were one of the first companies to sign out with Intelligent Office and it was a great choice. The office space is brand new and the finishings are all top notch and better than other office spaces. However, what makes Intelligent Office stand out is the people. They run a great virtual service that complements your business and frees you up to do other things. Basically, they can answer your phones and can do even more than that by providing value added services that you can work with them to provide. Additionally, everyone is nice and very responsive when you need something. All in all, a great place to work. read more

Great staff! Friendly and efficient. Happy to have done business with the SF io crew!

I am an attorney who has leased space from Intelligent Office, first a workstation and now an office, since October 2012. Their service is outstanding and includes live receptionist service with a personalized firm/company greeting, mailbox service, conference rooms and offices rentable by the hour, a shared copy/printer/scanner, use of a kitchenette area, and complimentary coffee for tenants. The workstation arrangement worked out fine for the first couple of months. Whenever I needed to meet with clients, I just rented an office or conference room for the meeting. After I got busier, I upgraded to an office. Intelligent Office personnel are extremely friendly, courteous, and responsive. Many clients have told me how impressed they were with this space. Intelligent Office has played an integral role in the growth of my firm over the past seven months. I highly recommend them. read more

I have to say myself and company had nothing but the nest experience working with Intelligent Office, Al, and his team. Great communication, flexibility, customer service, and pride in what they do. The team at Intelligent Office has been serving my therapeutic practice for 3 years now. I am supremely satisfied with how the team helps my clients when they call in to schedule appointments and how my "assistants" handle new clients. They are professional, personable, prompt and accurate in how they relate to my clients and interact with me. It has made such a significant improvement in client bookings because I always have a live professional assistant answering calls during office hours when I am in session with clients. I am quite confident that Intelligent Office easily pays for itself in terms of clients that are booked, instead of them getting a recorded answering service and then me having a long list of calls to return at the end of the day. I strongly recommend Intelligent Office. read more

Intelligent Office has been instrumental in opening my own business. Without intelligent office, I would not have had the courage or ability to do so. I shopped around, and they have the best facilities at the best rates. The staff is simply amazing and full of smiles, especially Mr. Manager. I highly recommend Intelligent Office, and do so repeatedly. read more
