Janitor worked to clean urine off the floor in men's restroom . Drink servers were ok . Some lady who played 3 machines won quite a lot , although it prevented other players to have played one of those machines and to have won some of that . I still have my complaints from the first post , but today seemed a little better . I still see no advantage in being a fortune card holder . It seems the same as inspire . I actually had more free play with my inspire card than with my fortune card . Also for gift and go , you need 1,000 points to get a gift . On gift card days , same thing . When I get free play from the promotional kiosk by choosing one of the usually 3 to 5 options there , I tend to get $5 to $10 max .

We had a great time at the pool, ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken ceaser wrap which was good, service was not quick so be prepared to wait especially if you have a guest request like asking for mustard or a box for your food. I then went into the women's locker room where I enjoyed some of the spas amenity's. Front desk was so sweet, they charged my phone for me so I could have battery for my flight. I used all of the amenities as I paid $130 for the day which I felt was kind of high. I will say I felt like I was being watched the entire time, kind of hard to relax when you feel like your every move is being calculated. I pulled my phone out of the locker just to check into my flight, and the spa service lady walked up to me within 2 seconds asking me politely to not use my phone. I explained that I just needed to check into my flight, it would take a minute or 2 and I wasn't using my phone to communicate with anyone or use socials, etc. she was really nice and just doing her job but I gotta say, I've been to a lot of really nice spas and locker rooms and way nicer than this one, and I've never felt like I was being watched so closely. I didn't really feel like I had any privacy at all to be honest, so I ended up cutting my amenity time short as it was beginning to feel like I was having more anxiety than relaxing. Then my boyfriend came out of the men's locker room and told me he had a completely different experience he explained that he relaxed and watched tv and when he pulled out his phone to text me or ask what time we were going to meet after using the amenities separately, that no one scolded him or anything like what I experienced!

My mother won a free entree at the Artichoke Joe's booth at the Chinese New Year street fair today,…read moreso we decided to get dinner here. We did not partake in the table games. There is a free well-maintained parking lot on the side and back of the casino, and it was easy to find a parking spot. I also saw a free shuttle bus taking people to/from the San Bruno BART station. There is only one restaurant which serves both American food (helmed by an American chef) and Chinese food (helmed by a Chinese chef). There is a direct entrance to the restaurant on San Mateo Ave, although you can walk through the casino from the main entrance to the back right area labeled "Bar". You order & pay at the counter and find a table and they will bring out the food to you on a cart when it is ready. There were plenty of tables on a Sunday evening ~6pm. All items already have tax included. They also have 4 different types of cakes (chocolate, carrot, tres leches, etc) and other desserts you can purchase. You get your own free water by the bar area of the restaurant. No need to bus your own table; there is a busboy who occasionally walks around cleaning up the plates and wiping down tables. Within the context of everyday no-frills cuisine, I would rate the food a 3.5/5. NY steak $28 - there was a nice grilled flavor and it was cooked perfectly medium but the meat itself was a little tough/chewy (which is why I prefer other cuts, but I can't be too picky here). It came with decently flavored mashed potatoes & gravy and a good-sized portion of sauteed vegetables. Chicken Parmesan $19. Generous portion. Came with fettuccine with tomato / marinara sauce. The sauce was a little too sour for my liking, and the chicken itself was a little dry. Shrimp with lobster sauce $22. Sauce doesn't actually have lobster (it's more of a thick Chinese black bean sauce with bits of minced pork, sauteed onions, and bell peppers). It's served over white rice. It was surprisingly hearty. I liked how there was enough sauce to coat each spoonful of rice. I personally would not return because I don't have a reason to gamble here and I don't like getting carded when entering (which I guess you could consider a compliment), but if you did spend the day here at the tables, the restaurant isn't a bad choice to have lunch/dinner.

Our front desk staff Jalen was absolutely amazing during check in. Very outgoing, kind, and made us feel absolutely well taken care of. Our bellman who brought up our luggage was just the kindest man and offered us breakfast buffet vouchers! My favorite part about traveling is of course the breakfast and their array of breakfast items did not disappoint. They had so much for everyone - I typically lean towards the main eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal - but they had a juice bar with a variety of veggies and fruit to choose from for those preferring a lighter way to start the day. Also, I do want to highlight the bellman come very promptly after your call request and the valet gentleman was the same! Very prompt and swift, while keeping kindness handling multiple parties at the same time. Housekeeping did a great job organizing our items and ensuring we had a clean room upon our return from the busy day we had. And lastly, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a balcony! Absolutely stunning view. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Fyi - the mozzarella panini item on their menu is delicious!

The place is kind of a dump compared to what you might expect in the middle of a big city. It does fit in with the surroundings though. Beaten down worn out exhausted but it is spacious. I'll say that. The other thing is is that you can't just log into Wi-Fi with your room number in your name. Why is that important because I don't carry my key or my key jacket everywhere. I move in the room and I constantly get logged off and have to log back in. I can remember my name and I can remember my room number but that's not enough to get you into the system The speed is atrocious. It's maybe 2 mbps a second On the plus side, the people and the staff at the hotel seem pretty decent. There's no problem there. Our check-in was relatively quick. They have a champagne vending machine on the first floor which is absolutely incongruent with the vibe that you get from this place. I think it probably survives just on the name and the fact that it's in Union square in San Francisco. I don't think it'll last though. Too many people have too many choices these days.
