Today's pet bathing trip was very satisfying for both me and my little boy. Environment: The location of the store is very convenient and easy to find. The environment inside the store is clean and tidy with good ventilation. There are special pet grooming areas and bathing areas with clear divisions. There are comfortable seats and magazines in the waiting area,so that the waiting time is no longer boring. Serve: The staff was warm and considerate. They greeted us as soon as we entered the door and prepared clean towels and bath towels for the baby.During the bath, they carefully cleaned the baby's hair and paid attention to its skin condition. If any problems were found, they would inform the owner in time. After the bath, they also sprayed the baby with hair spray to make the hair smoother. Effect: After the baby took a bath,it was like a different pet.Its fur became more fluffy and soft, and the color became more vivid. Its eyes were bright and lively, and it looked very cute. Moreover, the baby was in a very good mood and kept jumping around me. Price: The price is affordable and cost-effective.They also launch some promotions from time to time to allow pet owners to enjoy more benefits.Overall, this pet bathing experience was great and I would highly recommend it to other pet owners. read more

Worst fking place to go do not come here. Messed up my dog so bad he has cuts on 2 of his paws and managed to hurt his ear too. Idk how this place is still running. Do not take your pet here if you care about them. Go to any other place this place is horrible. read more

My little salsa got a nice little bath here through a deal I found on Groupon. Reading the reviews, I realized now that there's a ton of mixed reviews here. I will say right up front, I didn't get him groomed/shaved. I simply took him to get spruced up. Salsa walked out of their looking like a million bucks! His golden hair was glistening from whatever conditioning they used and his hair felt so soft! He's typically got pretty dry hair, so it was a nice change of pace to see him like this. Their prices are pretty reasonable, so I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to save a buck for their dog. I know at firsthand, having dogs can get pricey! read more

This horrible place broke my pet cat's leg in 3 place after a washing session. We had to take her to emergency room and doctor's had to amputate her leg to save her. unfortunately, my cat died after the surgery due to complications. The business owner has no sympathy and denies all responsibility and refuse to show surveillance video to see what happened. They have NO insurance to cover if something like this happened. They refuse to pay for any medical billed occurred. They cost my pet's LIFE and should not be in business. read more

This used to be the best groomer when the man ran it. I went to drop my dog off today and it smelled as soon as I walked in the door, the 4 dogs being boarded had no water and the bowls were bone dry. There was tons of hair under the groomers feet. It was bad, I was shocked! Needless to say I did not leave my dog. read more

Called to ask if they groomed cats. With an annoyed sigh, the woman said I guess. Clearly they don't need the business. Not going to risk taking my cat there if my cat is not welcome. The website should just say DOGS ONLY. To the woman's answering the phone please DO BETTER. read more

We live in Germany now , so while visiting my family I had to get my dog groomed. Magic Groomer took us in quickly. They were upfront about prices & the amount of time it would take. First time trying this place since my regular groomers were fully booked. I had asked them to only wash, trim the nails, clean the ears, and absolutely NO CUTTING since I needed to grow out his fur for an upcoming job. When I got my dog back , I noticed they trimmed around his eyes and his feet. It was sooo short! I was beyond pissed! It had taken me months to grow out his fur and I made sure the staff heard what I wanted and she repeated it back to me, "okay no cutting, only wash". I will never come back to this place again. And I wished I had got my money back. Please go somewhere else if you don't want them to butcher your dogs hair. read more

During covid, I didn't bring my 2 Samoyed for grooming and I did it by myself at home. And it turn out their fur become so hard to brush. So I called magic groomer and Eileen the owner said she can help and ask me to Come right away too. So I came and the staffs took my dogs and few hours later Eileen called me and told me that both dogs need to get shave cause so many knots and close to their skin. I am worry cause this is winter time and they both is outside dogs so I told Eileen to help for not shaving to short. At the end when I pick them up, I am so impressed and really happy with their work. At the end only one dog got shave and the other one was able to get brush. Thank you Magic Groomer, totally happy with your work... I know because of my dogs condition, your price little bit pricey but I think is worth it cause they looks so cute and happy read more

I love this this groomer. It was our first time trying this recommended pet salon. I found it very well priced and they did a great job with my Disco's cut. He's refreshed and nails groomed nicely. They followed covid-19 hygienic protocol. We live in downtown LA and I still drive Disco 30 minutes to Magic Groomer because it's worth it to know my baby is getting great service. I'm looking forward to see how his next cut turns out! Thank you Magic Groomer read more

This place is great. It's a small shop, but they treat the dogs well. Every time my dog goes in, he comes out pretty calm/happy. This is a good sign for me since my dog usually has separation anxiety and he gets rattled. Another thing is that I could really tell that they care about the dogs too since one of the workers got extremely upset when we didn't comb our dog when we started bringing him(we do it daily now). It was around 50 dollars for a haircut, nail clipping, grooming, and teeth cleaning. read more

|Service| Horrible. I came in with a Groupon deal that I had bought. It was for $40 worth of haircut. But I guess they changed it to only spa? So only shower services. I showed the lady the image of it and wasn't sure what it was. I guess the owner didn't let the workers know? Not very sure. But after calling the owner, and talking back and forth, she let us use the Groupon. When I went to pick up my dog, the haircut was horrendous. Right off the bat, I noticed his uneven ears. It looked SO choppy and ugly. His chest was also super uneven. Also, they have a lot of dogs in cages that people drop off for day care. There were only two workers working when I came by. My sister asked if these dogs get to play, but they said no because they're too busy... So the dogs only get to leave their cages to pee/poop, but other than that, they're stuck in their crates all day.. |Overall| I will not be coming back. read more

The next day after I wrote the previous review here, the lady in the picture texted me and confronted me why I left a comment like that here with some not too nice words kinda saying I accused her. I didn't reply her text because I didn't want to talk to her anymore since I decided I would never going back to this place anyway. I just want to say whatever I put here in my reviews are true and I didn't make up any word of what she told me when I visited there. read more

Lucky is a 75 lb super active n strong GS , I have taken her to this place not once but always. They are the best groomers very accommodating even if you do not have an appointment which in my case I never make one but they will take Lucky with no hesitation. And give our GS only the best groom but the best brush to minimize shedding. I have adopted large dogs in the past 25 years and have dealt with very unwelcoming groomers but not at magic groomer. Highly recommended if you want your expectations exceeded. read more

On December 21, 2023, I took my 3 dogs for hair cut since they didn't got hair cut for long time. I had spend $180 on my 3 dogs that days. after that days I notice one of my dogs starting to scratch on her neck and legs. This is not right. so I took one of my dogs to vets. I'm was very surprised there a cut under her throat. It was infection and probably cut by unclear blade. I was super mad. On that days, I got spend $400 on my poor dogs to vet bills. If I was you look for other place because these people didn't clear their blade or don't treat your dogs well. or else you probably end up spending more money on vets. read more

I took my pommy to do grooming last week--the service was awesome! The girl in the front took all information before I went in, very friendly and detailed, I felt my dog would be in good hands just by having a great conversation over the phone. If you love your pet, do NOT come here. I took my huskies for the first and last time to be washed and groomed, when I arrived one of my huskies was missing a patch of hair on her back. I was told that another dog bit her, which was very difficult to believe as it looked like my husky was shaved. They knew I was pissed and the lady had the nerve to text me after I left saying that I could watch her security videos, which I agreed to watch. It has been over month and I have yet to see any videos. This establishment has zero integrity. The only good thing I can say is that she did leave my dogs clean, but who knows how they were treated in the process. read more

I brought my furry boy here based on a Groupon I found and i liked it. Had some communication difficulties with the worker but overall was successful in letting her know my dogs needs. I did remove two stars for two reasons, we paid $10 extra than we had planned for and it appears we did not get the grooming we paid for. The worker started combing him when she handed off to us, not sure if she had just begun or was adding finishing touches - can't say for sure. My husky had all the combed hairs left on his top coat which causes an EXTREME fur mess in my back seats. He wasn't groomed out properly which was very annoying to clean up after. Aside from small thing, it's a great place to bring your pet. They are very responsive and timely. If i could make a suggestion to the owner, please get larger cages or appropriate holding rooms. My 60 lb husky was squeezed into a tiny cage, he was visibly uncomfortable which made me sad to see. read more
