*BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!* Update: I checked all her paws again and found out they actually injured all 4 of her paws. Literally unbelievable... how can you do this to ALL 4 paws??! Will never come back here! I've been coming to go go spa for many years now and whenever they slightly injure my dog they would never tell me. Normally I would let it go and understand accidents happen and maybe they didn't notice. However, this time there's no way they didn't notice they cut my dogs nail too deep and into her nerves! It bleeds out until for quiet awhile!! The least they could've done was notify me of this incident and just let me know to be careful with her paw. Whenever the male store owner is here though these accidents never happen... I guess they just don't care anymore. DO NOT COME HERE. Brought my dog for a wash and a cut. She still smelled the same as when we brought her in. I knew they only cut my dog and NOT washed her when they said "oh, maybe the groomer forgot to put perfume". So your telling me you only cut and not wash the dog? Then tell me, why am I paying so much for a cut if you are not going to wash my dog. I called them to see if they would make it right but they refused to give me a partial refund. I was not asking for a full refund, just for the services that were not rendered. They offered a free wash but at this point I believe they will only spray my dog with perfume and call it a wash. I cannot trust them any more to take them on there offer. They shaved her all the way down, which was not agreed upon for her paws (which were not matted at all) they didn't even try to groom her, they just shaved all her hair off. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place to avoid a headache. read more

They provide you with all the necessities to bath your fur baby including QTios for their ears & tearless shampoo. The staff was so welcoming & helpful, they came over to show us how to bath Riley correctly & he was in heaven. The self serve wash is an amazing concept and economical but they are a full service groomer as well and told they do great work!! We've always been really understanding of that, as it isn't uncommon when dogs go to groomers. However, just yesterday when she came back from the groomers, all four of her paws' nails had been cut too short, some even bled a lot! How do you not notice that? I am also aware that even professional groomers cut dog's nails too deep sometimes, but literally all four of her paws' nails were cut way too deep. At the very least, the groomer should have let us know. There's no way they couldn't have noticed with her paw bleeding. I just expected more from a professional grooming place. At first, I thought this was a good place. But beware. We walked in between 11:30 - 12:00 on Saturday, 02.04.2018 and asked if they would have time for grooming service. They said that it would be fine, but would take a little longer. We asked around what time and they said 4, which is understandable since we didn't have an appointment. My husband and I went on errands and they called us a little after 2pm and said our dog was ready, which was nice since we were expecting later. When we arrived picked up my dog and she seemed fine. Next day, we found all the horrible things done to her. She was cut everywhere! One of her nipples, under arms, her right paw was raw (didn't know until I was checking why she was licking it so much), her left eye lid has 2 boils, and the list goes on. I called them to inquire if they took cats and they did and they honored the price they quoted on the phone and allowed me to make a same day appointment (God send for us busy peoples!). First time visits they record a vaccination certificate for your fur baby. Two hours for the whole procedure and they shaved his back end to rid him of the awful mats near his hindquarters as I requested and trimmed some gnarly bits in the front too. They even clipped and pulled out two ingrown nails (poor baby bled some) I was not aware of. Will be bringing my fur baby for all his grooming needs here! I "used" to enjoy taking my dog here for grooming. "Used" to be being the right word. I brought my dog in at 11:45 for her noon appointment. I called at 3:20 and was told they just started and needed 40 more minutes. If they can't get to my dog at noon, why did I bring her in? Anyway, show up at around 3:50 and was told they will call me when ready. I decide, okay, I'll just wait in the parking lot since it made no sense to drive back home. At 4:25 I get a call from my auto mechanic that my wife's car is ready and they're closing in 30 minutes. So I go inside to see where they're at with my dog and they must've seen me (no one was in the lobby) because they rushed my dog right out. I tell her I need to get out to Pasadena to pick up my car and give her $55. She tells me it's now $65 and my dog tried to bite them. Is it $10 more because my dog got upset because you were rushing or is it now $65? I didn't care at that point and gave her $10 more dollars since I was in a rush. I will not go back there again. I called to check status on them and they said they needed another hour ?! I explained to them that having them their for long periods of time gives them anxiety and on top of that my labradoodle is 12years old and can't stand for long periods of time. Today he is in pain and can't walk right, he is in need of seeing a vet, I'm very dissatisfied with the service and the fact that they are also dog owners and weren't sensitive to the fact that they kept them for so long is sad. Place just opened so there's no signs yet in front of their store, and it appears small from the outside but when you walk inside from their side door, you'll see how spacious their facility is. Place is not only big but super clean and safe. One room is specifically set up for grooming and another room for washing. There are other rooms with cages and stalls, among tables and modules, all sparkly white and clean. Let's not forget strong air conditioning, which is something all of us want for our precious babies. I called to make an appointment (because so hard to find any place that's not busy on a weekend) and they took me in less than an hour. When we arrived, both the owner and groomer came out to greet us. The groomer asked what we wanted and recommended that we get summer cuts for the sake of our dogs comfort since the weather hasn't been kind to us. They were honest that it'll take about 4 hours for 2 dogs but assured us that they will be well taken care of. Talk about being punctual because literally after 4 hours, they called us and we picked our dogs up with no problems! I love it! They even told us one had fleas (which we knew) and another has a skin condition that we should watch out for (which we knew as well). I really liked that because we've been to other places and the groomer doesn't say anything except how cute they are. Well, duh!! The fact that this place gave us a detailed report tells me that she wasn't just cutting the hair but paid attention to their condition. For my Maltese, it was $40 each for wash and cut. Totally worth it because they spent some good amount of time on each of them. Totally reasonable. What can I say, Mochi and Coco are now two clean happy babies. I own 3 Shih Tzus so imagine bathing and drying all 3 in one day. It kills my back and I have hair all over the house, lots of wet towels, and wet bathroom floor. When it's warm enough outside, I take a folding table on my porch and dry them outside with my hair dryer. Don't get me wrong, I love my groomer. However, these are the days when my dogs don't really need a haircut, but just a straight up bath. This place is located on the east side of Rosemead Blvd, north of a motel and just south of Olive Street. You'll see their blue sign with a black gate/fence. For a dog over 8 lbs, it's $15. (small dogs are $12 and larger dogs are $18). I took my dog Cinnamon here for the first time yesterday and one of the ladies there showed us how to use all the equipment. I noticed the shampoos are kind of watered down, but the squeeze bottles are convenient especially the face (tear free) shampoo so I can just squeeze enough right under her eyes to wash her mustache. When we arrived there was no wait (we didn't have to make an appointment for self serve). The facility was clean and there were aprons, 2 towels, 2 brushes, shampoo, conditioner, and dryer for us to use. We were in and out of there pretty fast. Overall, this is a great alternative to bathing our dogs at home (don't have to worry about the mess after wards). read more
