This was our first experience at the groomers. Lauren at Dazzling Pup did a great job explaining expectations, taking her time to meet our pup, and help ease the overall nervousness he was experiencing. Jonathan (owner) did the cut and we love how it turned out. It's perfect for the hot sunny SoCal weather.

When I discovered this dog grooming business, I never left. Jonathan is such a great groomer. He is so detailed and knowledgeable with the best interest of your dog. He is so quick to communicate. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into my fur baby (shown in the pictures below). I take 3 dogs of mine here and he never fails to disappoint every time. He always tries his best even when my dogs give him a hard time. His work is amazing and the prices are hard to beat. I cannot stress enough how great of a dog grooming place this is!!

I cannot describe my feeling of happiness to finally find a place for my puppy to get treated well. Jonathon is amazing! my puppy feels relax with no anxiety the first time he was there. I've been taking my puppy to one place only since he was only a few months old for about a year now and every 2 weeks (was recommended so he can get use to them and not be aggressive) but I was told he is aggressive and hyper all the time. I even tried Petsmart and was turned down at the time of consultation so I was always hesitant to take him elsewhere until I decided to try Dazzling Pup. Jonathon took care of him quickly and told me he was the easiest, well behaved puppy. I was I shock and didn't believe him but even the other staff got along with him also. I am so happy and relieved now. Jonathan did a great job trimming him also when the other place would always give a short cut when I ask for a trim. I would give Dazzling Pup 10 stars if I can.

I've been going to same groomer for 5 years but need a good solid alternative when there is scheduling conflicts. My groomer needs to be scheduled a week out but sometimes I need grooming asap or on weekend mornings. I tried out Dazzling Pup & was extremely satisfied with the services provided. I appreciate the variety of services and that I can schedule a specific time slot. I will definitely be coming here again. Been coming to Dazzling Pup going on 6 years now and I'm a loyal client for life. My maltipoo always comes out looking fresh and relaxed. The prices are very reasonable and the packages are definitely worth it. Jonathan and Lauren do such a great job so you can't go wrong with either of them. Lauren is super sweet and always says that my dog is good and well behaved which brings a smile to my face. She also let me know that my dog had an ear infection that I wasn't even aware of and recommended me an ear drop to medicate him and it did wonders and saved me a trip to the vet. I will never let the groomer touch my Labradoodle again. It looked like a child did the grooming, Very choppy, uneven work and left my dog alone. Do not waste your money. Find another groomer because this one was horrible. read more

I've been bringing my dog to Jonathan and his team for almost 5 years now. Prices are very fair and the work is excellent! Everyone is friendly and happy here. Customer service is on point, too! When I discovered this dog grooming business, I never left. Jonathan is such a great groomer. He is so detailed and knowledgeable with the best interest of your dog. He is so quick to communicate. We love a business that makes you feel like family!! Especially when you're looking for somewhere that you can trust your dog with. We've tried a number of groomers at this point and Dazzling Pup is not only friendly and welcoming, but their services are consistent, which I realized is extremely hard to find in a groomer. Johnathan and Lauren are amazing. They take their time and assure you that safety is a priority. When you pick up your pet babies they give you tips and share concerns with how to improve the next visit and if they see some dry skin they let you know and recommend how to treat it. I have been going to Johnathan for years and would not go anywhere else. He genuinely cares about animals and has their best interest in mind. 1 of my yorkies moves a lot during haircuts and Johnathan is extremely patient with her. read more

I have been coming to dazzling pup for around 4+ years because not only do i trust all the groomers with my pup, but my dog absolutely loves johnathan! I feel comfortable leaving him at Dazzling pup. Dazzling Pup also always does such a clean and thorough job with my dog's haircut and bath. My dog always smells great for weeks after a bath here. I cannot recommend a salon enough! read more

This was my first ti brining my fur-baby somewhere knew and I was super satisfied and comfortable. He ensured me that Benji would be in safe hands and I rarely ever do haircuts so I wasn't sure what to get but he knew exactly what I was talking about (even though I was a bit confusing lol) I loved his haircut! Been bringing first 1 and now 2 dogs to Jonathan since 2018 for grooming! One is a picky and dramatic maltipoo and the other an often knotted up Bichon so very complicated clients. He has always done a great job with both of them, even once spotting some blood tinged urine from our maltipoo and told us to take him to the vet, which probably ended up saving the doggo. He has been very accommodating and flexible, often offering same day appts if there's room. Highly recommend. read more

Parking. Easy. Free. Street. I brought my Pomeranian in because he had a few ticks. the groomer understood what I wanted. The male groomer was a super nice guy. He let me know the circumstance (my pom might grow out unevenly). I gave him the okay. After a few hours, I came back and he presented my dog. He asked if I would like any changes. He kept going back and forth until my puppy was perfect!! Not 100% evenly cut but the price is great and the groomer was super nice. Also, sadly, my dog still managed to catch a few ticks. Not sure if they were there prior so tick shampoo is questionable. read more

Nail trim: $15 Parking: street or lot in the back (easier to drop dog off from back lot) I was able to make an appointment very easily over the phone. I showed up and my dog was taken in immediately. They trimmed her nails and came out to tell me they noticed one of her nails was damaged (pre-existing condition that I knew about). We also noticed she had a little bit of bleeding, so they came out and made sure the bleeding had stopped - which it did, she was not in any pain and they checked every single nail to ensure she was okay. I really appreciated the extra care and the way the groomer played with my dog. read more

Johnathan is a miracle worker. We love the shaggy look of our little Bear, but he is very prone to getting knots deep in his fur. We've taken him to several groomers in the past who simply clipped him short and handed him back to us, leaving my daughter in tears and angry at me for ruining her life. This was despite us telling them not to clip him shorter than an inch. Johnathan was mindful to listen to exactly what we wanted and he delivered exactly what the others were not able to. He gave us some valuable advice about keeping the knots under control and this conversation revealed that we were using the wrong type of brush. This is a game changer for our family. We'll be bringing Bear here to get his monthly maintenance, and now everything is right with the world. read more

My Frenchie gets really bad anxiety and the two men who helped us were incredibly patient and kind. They allowed me to hold him during the cleaning and took their time, giving us breaks whenever he needed to calm down. At his age, we really do not want to put him under anesthesia for a dental cleaning, so this meant a lot to us. Such genuinely caring people and they were incredibly helpful with aftercare too. When I asked them about a future date the owner wrote back and said she didn't want to "manage a dog with special needs". She hasn't seen my dog in over two years and my dog is not a puppy anymore. She's been fine with vets and other groomers. Since this place is right next to our house we thought of coming back. What a terrible idea. Its so wrong for her to write what she wrote and wrong to not even want to see my little 14 pound terrier again.

I honestly hesitated in writing this review but i truly regret taking my dog to them... the only reason I did not give it a 1 star is because Jonathan tried his best to fix the situation! My dogs haircut was ruined... she is a full breed Yorkie... she has never had issues with her coat... when she came out she had "flakes" she was stinky... her tail hair was cut out alot because according to them it was tangled... she was full of hairs and terrified... she was itchy alll day! i regret not reading all the other reviews... had to take care somewhere to get fixed! called in today hoping to do a last minute appointment for my yorkie and they were able to fit me in. my yorkie had very sensitive skin so i am usually very cautious about my groomer. when i arrived i was quickly greeted by Jonathan. i explained to him about the skin condition my dog jasper has and he was very attentive and made some recommendations. He also gave me some suggestions on the styles that he find fitting to jasper. The session took about 3 hours and Jasper look super cute and he look very happy. Will come back for sure. read more

He even called ahead to confirm the haircut style I wanted for my Bichon, which I really appreciated because it showed they care about getting everything just right. brought rocky down for a wash and the staff there knows their stuff. i never knew much about rockys health but they explained to me things to watch out about him. the girl there really like dogs. i tried their mud bath package with the wash this time and the price is very reasonable. will def bring rocky back next time! read more

I bring my dog to dazzling pup today and got their pamper package. It includes a spa, nails, paws and grooming. When they return my dog to me he looks amazing. We went yesterday for my dog's haircut. There are so many cute little things of dog toys, dog clothes. I brought my god a pink bowknot, she looks so cute with it on her new haircut. Great customer service!!!!! I went in for my poodle for a teddy bear cut and my dog came out super fluffy! The people there were helpful about some questions and the store dog was also playing with my dog. I will come back to this place for sure! read more
