Turns out W&W doesn't sell their products on Amazon, they said if I bought it there it is a fake. The box shows them as the distributor, even listing their address. Very happy with my recent visit to Happy Pet for my pom grooming. Have been coming here since 2019 and have never left disappointed. I like my pomeranian cut short with a lion like mare and no one does like Kiko at Happy pet. I have tried other groomer in the SGV and no one, I repeat no one came close to how Kiko did it! They treat your pet with utmost care and professionalism! I highly recommend them. Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages post pandemic, they are short handed and will only work by appointment only. If you are trying to make an appt. and not getting a response, keep trying. I feel sorry that i can't give more stars to this place, this is not just a grooming store, but a 5-star spa service for pets! The shop is huge, yet it's very clean and bright. The whole store is floor-to-ceiling glass that allows enough sunlight coming in, not like other grooming stores that are tiny and dark which makes your pets feel anxiety. The staff are all very caring pet lovers, and they even provide organic snacks to comfort your loved ones. From the outside, this looks like a cute little puppy store where you can get your dog groomed or clothed. I decided to come take a look around to see what kinds of things they carried. I brought my Shiba Inu and came with my girlfriend. We are both pretty small, innocent looking fellows, but for some reason the workers decided that we were shady and started following us around the store to make sure we didn't steal anything. We also weren't really greeted and the place just felt odd and sad. To tell you the truth, it was quite unsettling and uncomfortable being in the store, and the workers made it seem like we didn't belong there. They had dogs on display, probably for sale, but it just seemed so sad. They were cute -- don't get me wrong -- but something just didn't seem right about it. Anyways, if you do decide to come anyways, note that everything they sell is for really small dogs (nothing fit my Shiba). But definitely, I would not recommend coming to Happy Pet. Take your money elsewhere where they actually care and don't treat their customers poorly. read more

These puppies are from puppy mills. There are laws to shut down commercial puppy mills all across the U.S. It would be so much nicer to stick to selling dogs or cats supplies or grooming. My adopted dog came here for her first grooming experience and the groomers were all very helpful to begin with. My dog doesn't have the best manners around shower head and blow dryer, but they have managed to assure that the process will be as stressfree as possible for my rescue dog. It was an easy drop off and pick up. The grooming took about an hour, less time than expected too! When I came for pick up, I can see her waiting quietly in her personal space. And feeling her for the first time was amazing. Her fur has such a beautiful silky coat from ger wash and treatment. I am so happy with the experience and highly recommend pet owners to make an appointment for their furry loving pets. It's always good to have a back up groomer too! Just saying! First off, I'm not an easily pleased person. This place is not perfect however it is a very good establishment. I've read some of the reviews and I find it hilarious some people have such bad experiences here. I have told many friends about this place because I actually believe that this store is ethical and actually cares a lot for dogs. This is the first store that I have ever seen that is so clean and that each dog has their own kennel and where they are let out often to have play time with other puppies. One note also they are extremely careful with their puppies and the pets in their care. I saw someone want to put their dog in day care and another wanted to get their dog groomed here but because they didn't have the proper and recent documentation the store would not service them. I learned from the workers because they are deathly afraid if one dog has a certain sickness it may affect other dogs so they like to make sure every dog they service is in tip top shape. This makes me feel extra safe bringing my dogs here. They even make you sanitize (non alcoholic) your hands as a extra precaution when you want to handle the puppies so they don't get sick. I do have one small gripe. Their puppies are super cute and yes a bit expensive around 3000 and up which is making me poor but that is not what I am complaining about. They actually sell out super quick and take quite a while to get new puppies. So you have to be very quick. I guess this is also good because you know you aren't getting a puppy from a puppy mill or bad breeders. But here's an inside tip you can ask for their wechat where the shop updates you with what she has in store and the sales going on and you can message the store in wechat to let them know to hold on to the puppy so you can go take a look! The lady in the back takes extra care washing a grooming my two little knuckleheads. The workers bring me a Japanese hairstyle book so I can pick what they look like and are very knowledgable about the products and the hairstyles on how to achieve the certain look I wanted for my dogs. Never has my friends' dogs nor mine ever been mistreated. My dogs have never been nicked by the razor or cut their nails too short leading to bleeding. I think this amount of care warrants the price they charge. For a pet store to actually care about dogs is actually unseen and this is the first I have experienced. Short Version: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Long Version: My friend came here and parked in the handicap spot for his mother, even though the parking lot was empty. While they're filling out the paperwork, the worker asks him to move his car so he asks why? The parking lot was completely empty and they have a handicap placard, so why does he have to move? Instead of answering the question, the worker asks a couple more times, but without an explanation from the worker my friend refused, so she walks outside and talks to someone in the car who's revving the engine and is apparently the owner. The owner ends up parking on the sidewalk and two of the workers take out (6) dog pillows/beds from the trunk... all that fuss over parking in the handicap spot so they can unload (6) dog pillows??? My friend is obviously upset with how they were treated so his mother tells the worker that was very rude and they won't be back. That's when the worker went from upset to mad, gave them back their dog and basically kicked them out. My friend of course is even more upset at this point, they start a heated discussion, owner comes out and says it was a miscommunication, didn't even bother apologizing for the so called "misunderstanding", my friend leaves with his parents unhappy and with an ungroomed dog... I couldn't bring myself to buy anything when I saw the poor puppies in tiny cages wanting to get out. One guy was just running in circles. Great place to buy interesting doggy treats and doggy attire for FEMALE dogs! The only thing that bothers me about this place is their service. My mom and I took our Shih Tzu there one day to get his fur cut and the shady part is that they take your dog into a room in the back of the store where you can't see a THING which worried me. Our dog HATES when other people touch him so of course I expected lots of barking from him. But the few weeks after that, our dog seemed a bit more reserved and didn't eat dinner half the time. First time coming to this Pet Groomer and its been quite a experience. The staffs here was so friendly and the place is very clean. One of the staffs called me to let me know my dog has a cut on his ear and it was bleeding. They put the ointment on him and let me know that the bleeding had stopped and if it was okay for them to proceed. My dog already had a cut on his ear and its still healing. Even though I knew he had a cut already, but it was nice that they called. After I picked up both my dogs they offered me help out to the car, but I was able to handle my english bulldog and sheltie. Well overall experience was great!!! My dogs smelled really fresh and not like the other groomers that made them smelled like a old lady with heavy perfume. read more

Upon first glance, this looked like a cute little pet store, but the few minutes I spent in there was more than enough for me. First and most importantly, seeing the puppies in there didn't feel right. I can't place my finger on it but it just didn't feel like they were happy little pups. It felt sad and bleak... Second, there is absolutely no customer service, not even a hello. All of the workers appeared to be mute since they wouldn't say a word, but even more annoying that, one of them followed us all over the store, watching us like a hawk to make sure we didn't steal anything. I felt like I was kid in a Sanrio store back in the 80s and 90s being watched suspiciously and followed around very obviously. I know there are bunch of you who know exactly what I'm talking about.
