My dog is an anxious one, so I've never felt comfortable taking him to get groomed at one of those places you drop off your pet to. He's also really afraid of men, so I have to be really careful (sorry, I'm not trying to discriminate)! For both his sake, and ours, we thought a mobile pet groomer would be ideal. Cue Reese's - we've used them a couple of times now and each time my pup has gotten more and more comfortable. They were pretty flexible with timing - we had to reschedule a couple of times due to the rain, and it was awesome to be able to just relax at home until they came by. The van gets parked in your driveway and then all I have to do is the handoff - since he is starting to know the drill, it's gotten a lot easier. The grooming appt itself takes about an hour for a cut and bath, and my pup comes back happy, calm, clean, and nice smelling! I'll definitely continue using them since they're so good with dogs. read more

You know this small business used to be great. I used them in 2019 and they had done a great job but ever since then it seems like it's all been down hill from there. Sydnee had done the first grooming I ever booked with this company and she did a great job. She was late but I can understand, dealing with animals I'm sure isn't that easy so I brushed it off. She did a great job overall and I was super happy. I tried booking again with them about a year ago and they kept flaking on the appointment so I asked for a refund. I tried giving them one more shot this year since I was able to book an appointment about 3 or 4 weeks out and that was clearly a bad idea. They rescheduled my appointment twice in less than 24 hours. The girl that came was 2 hours late and she couldn't even perform the services that I asked for. I called Sydnee and let her know the situation and she did was make excuses and blame other people. First she said it was their new receptionist who basically doesn't know what she's doing. Then she said she's pregnant so she had to have her partner take over and that person isn't doing a good job. It was excuse after excuse, it was disappointing to see a business owner not take ownership of the problems. I asked her how much it would be to bathe my dog since the girl that came didn't do haircuts and she charged me $140, FOR A BATH. She said that was discounted because of my troubles LOL. On top of everything the girl left my dogs shedding hair all over my lawn. Needless to say this business is a joke and I feel bad for anyone who doesn't read this review and schedules an appointment with these people you'll be very disappointed trust me. Sydnee you should really take ownership for your businesses problems. Blaming other people will get you no where and says a lot about you as a business owner and really to be honest as a person. You will never learn to deal with problems if you can't own up to them. I feel bad for your employees and your partner, throwing them under the bus for your mistakes is sad.
