OUTSTANDING service! I was a little nervous about finding a dog walker for my little doggo, but Fetch was exactly what I was looking for! I spoke before hand with the owner and told her all of my concerns and after a day she called me and arranged for a meet and greet with Gabby (dog walker). On the first day of the scheduled walk my dog did not want to have his leash put on and even growled and showed his teeth to gabby. She was so kind and patient with him!! She spent 1 hour trying to get him to walk with her... she truly loves what she does and it shows!! He eventually got acclimated to her and now he loves her!! Thank you Fetch from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my beloved doggie!! They keep a journal of each day's walk and also send you photos and you really feel like your pet is in the BEST of hands!! I highly recommend them!! read more

Probably one of the most painful Yelp reviews I've written . I'm so saddened , disheartened about the plant care I got from "Fetch." I trusted Toms's judgement on his go-to plant care person - James . I had about 20 roses , still in pots. I had numerous conversations w James regarding how each pot needed to be filled for 4 seconds, not simply sprayed for a half second. When I returned from my trip , 16 of the 20 plants were completely dried out and browned to a crisp ! Strange how after so many conversations w / James , this could happen . From glimpses on my Ring camera , it appeared he was at my house only 10 minutes, but I trusted him, that was not the case . Seeing my garden at the start , bursting with roses & how he witnessed their decline ! Amazed ! There was absolutely no interest in my plant's welfare. He was in & out of my yard as fast as he could manage and still assuring me that all was fine . Apparently, he was just going thru the motions without regard or caring about the plants' gradual decline. Why no texts or pictures, why did he not mention in our conversations, that the plants seemed to be dying !!?? 16 times $25 is a $400 loss for me & these were hard to find roses , "Ring of Fire" now are all dead . There's actually plant care people on Yelp that I found after this horror story with "Fetch." Other services, that love plants and are willing to put in the time/effort into keeping them alive . In good faith I paid "Fetch" to shepherd my plants . Sadly it's just a business, a numbers game to them to increase their profits . There's lacking a true concern and personal interest. Better to charge more and be responsible caretakers. Never again this Fetch company, as I've had to learn the hard way , losing my plants and having to compose such a negative review. read more

Desiree does a fantastic job at taking care of my 3 cats when I have to be away. One of them requires a special diet and another must take medication twice a day. Generally I aim to support local business but I was desperate after a local pet sitting company gave me the run around so I contacted FETCH last minute and I am so glad that I did! PROS: Quick Service - Tammy promptly answered my call and took all the details down. then in less than an hour she connected me with an excellent pet sitter who could board my cavalier in their home. Detailed Intake Process - The agreement and details were all clearly spelled out. They had me fill out an extensive Client and Pet Information Sheet that asked about my cavaliers every need and my expectations. Customer Service - We were really lucky that we had such a great sitter, her and her family boarded our dog and gave her round the clock love which is something that could not have been offered in a kennel. In fact I think they were able to spend more time each day with my cavalier than I am typically able to and I know my little one would be happy to visit that sitter again. CONS: None that I can think of. The cost of boarding dogs in general feels a little high but FETCH charges in the same price range of other options and I felt my puppy was given much more than other places could or would have offered. Note: It seems FETCH is a franchise however they tend to have local owners who operate each individual branch. I'm so happy to have found Fetch! My sitter Xenia went above and beyond to take care of my two cats during my weekend away. At first I was very nervous as both my cats require medication administration (one requires twice daily pills & the other one requires twice daily inhaler administration) and I had previously been unable to find any pet sitting company who had sitters who knew how to give the inhaler. Fortunately, I found Fetch and they recommended Xenia who had experience using an inhaler on a cat. Everybody I worked with at Fetch from start to finish was very professional and easy to work with. Xenia constantly texted me updates and photos regarding my cats during all her visits. I would definitely use Fetch again and am very happy to have discovered Fetch as now I can leave my babies at home to relax (instead of boarding them at the vet where it is very stressful for them) when I go on vacation!! read more

I am really not sure how this bussiness got 5 stars. First and for most we love our pets to the ultimate ability that we can and we expect nothing less from anyone that interacts with them. The first time Tom who is the owner came by he was exceptionally incompetent and was unable to open even a simple lock that was on our storage to get the key for our door. My partner may have been a bit worried and came off strong but Tom had to call a locksmith just to open a simple lock with three numbers... I thanked him for his time and tipped him. I am always giving the benefit of the doubt and did not want to discourage the service that I received the first time I asked for them to come a second time and was greeted by a person named Daniel. He seemed pretty confident but when it came down to it we told him to do a variety of different things we even laid out instructions and clear sticky notes everywhere and half of the time he was there he did not take out the cat litter and said he did. There was evidence that he didn't when we arrive and on top of that we were worried that he didn't even play with the cats. We have a camera and saw him sit on the couch the entire time we watched him on the camera looking at his phone and casually petting our cats every now and then... wow it doesn't seem like they really even care enough to play which is a huge component of a cat exercise and what they need to be getting on a day-to-day basis. What is a person doing in a home for 30 minutes if they aren't taking care of a cat/pet? Oh I know on there phone!!!! So why would you pay for someone who spends 90% time doing nothing for your cats? Not playing with a cat is like a cat sitter not walking a dog, it's utterly disrespect for the animal. Then on top of that the owner Tom had the ultimate rudeness to call me and tell me that we were rude to him when he couldn't even open the simple lock the first time and claim we didn't even tip him. WRONG I tipped him generously and even asked multiple times if he was okay during this situation and then even HIRED HIS SERVICES AGAIN! He and his staff is so incompetent that they care to blame us for the situation that he and Daniel manifested. if you want to have a good experience and high expectations go to Rover. I never thought I would use the Rover app but the pet sitter has more integrity than this service. anyone who has thought to go through this stupid service I highly do not suggest it, and you can get this cheaper for a better price on rover! $29 for nothing! read more

This review is long overdue! Fetch is a 5-star RELIABLE, caring and reasonably priced service. They keep great track of the visits, we are never mis-charged and they are accommodating to last minute scheduling shifts. Our dogs Roxie and Chex are cared for daily and in the event that our walker is absent (illness, scheduling conflict), Elizabeth (owner) has a back-up on deck and will even stand-in herself if needed. When we first adopted Chex over a year ago, he was recovering from patella surgery and we had many special request for the first 6 mos (depending on what stage he was in his recovery); Rudi obliged without fail and we felt very confident in his care. Rudi is also a great photographer and his mid-day texts put us at ease while away at work during the day. Hands down this is our pet care service!!! read more

This is a long overdue review. Thanks to Stedmen and his wife (owners), my fiancee and I have been able to have some care-free weekend getaways without stressing whether or not the babies at home are ok. The first time we used Fetch!, we were desperately seeking someone to dog sit the night before leaving for the weekend. Since they didn't have anyone available so last minute, Stedmen said to just take our doggies to their house and they will take care of everything for us. Sigh of relief! Throughout our weekend, we would get status updates via text on how Lou and Angel are doing and what kind of activities they have been up to. It's really nice and personal service. I can't say enough about these guys. We recently moved from Indianapolis, IN to Pasadena, CA for my new job, and we had planned on staying in a hotel for three days while we searched for an apartment. The thought of putting our little baby Paisley - an 11-month-old Yorkie/Bichon mix - in those prison's for puppies they call "kennels" was enough to make me cringe. How could I do that to her? But what if there was a place we could take her where they would maintain her normal routine in someone's home? There is! Fetch! Pet Care. Tammy & Stedman, the proprietors, were fantastic. I kept changing our schedule because the trip from Indiana to California took far longer than expected, and they were nothing but gracious and hospitable. We were placed with one of their sitters, Tiffany, and she did just as she said she would. We're really, really picky about Paisley and she made sure to give her the bottled water we provided for her, let her sleep her in bed at night, and took her on daily walks. It was fantastic! She pets us, she feeds us and gives us treats, and keeps our box clean. We know Tammy at the Fetch office keeps you up to date and scheduled but it's Leslie who sends you pictures to melt you heart and make you come home sooner. Very unreliable, unprofessional business. Would never recommend using this company. I called 2 months prior to my vacation to get a quote for someone to come to my house to take care of my pets, and asked to make a reservation at that time because I would be out of town for 2 weeks and knew I had no one else to help out. The person I spoke with said that I don't need to make a reservation because the vacation was 2 months away and that he would call me instead when the vacation date got closer. 1 week before I was set to leave for my vacation, I still hadn't received a call so I called the business to follow up. He told me that he booked all his employees already and had no one to come to my house, and that he was going to call me but then didn't. Didn't provide a reason at all for why he didn't give me call to let me know. Would have appreciated some notice ahead of time so I am not now scrambling last minute for somewhere to board my pets, and run the risk of having to cancel my vacations if I can't find an alternative. When your main business is taking care of people's pets when they're out of town, it's really bad practice to cancel on your customers last minute. read more

I had a really good experience with Fetch and our cat-sitter Heather when I left for a two week tour of Europe. I was really skeptical of a pet-sitting service at first, but when Heather came over to for the initial consultation, she really put me at ease. She's a teacher, and if she can handle kids, she can certainly handle my cat. She checked in every visit with an email (I asked her not to call since we were in Europe, you know international roaming=$$$), so I knew he was being taken care of. The best part: when my flight back to LA was canceled, all I had to do was send an email, and she came back for another check-in. They got back to me in a matter of hours, making a bad day at the Barcelona airport a little brighter. read more

I can't say enough great things about fetch! We've been using Leslie to feed our dogs when we go out of town for a few months now and she is fabulous. She always sends me a text to let me know that my boys are ok and we always come home to a clean backyard and happy dogs. While its always the dogs who see Leslie, I feel like I know her well too. I usually leave Leslie little notes about the thermostat or a reminder to text and she always follows through. This last trip we left in such a hurry that I didn't have time to leave her a note but she still texted me right on time. Thanks to the efforts of Leslie and the other folks at fetch we have been able to spent more relaxing weekends away without having to stress over the dogs. If you are looking for a regular or occasional dogsitter fetch will help you out and make sure that there is someone responsible there for your pups.
