So happy I found a local self serve pet wash. Took my pug in yesterday and my frenchie today. Javier is the best! He's attentive and considerate. Made sure the bath was elevated for ease as my dogs are small. Even warned us of a German Shepard getting blow dried before we got started. They've got all the amenities, from towels, shampoo & conditioner (you're welcome to bring your own) and a variety of deshedding brushes. A literal pet spaw! Today was a different experience, everything was great till the very end. There was a groomer there and I asked if they can do a nail trim, (which I usually do myself or regularly at the vet) My frenchie is a 4 yr old 18lbs dog... a little bit on the hyper side but the groomer lost his patience and had an unnecessary attitude. To the point of claiming my frenchie 'bit him' (He does NOT bite) I was there, my daughter was there, and Javier was there if he needed help to get him settled we were all there. At the same time, if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. I mentioned to Javier that I regularly take him to the vet for a nail trim and the groomer's words were "there's also plenty of vet techs to assist in holding him down!" That was unnecessary banter and again if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. Aside from that, I WILL def be returning regularly for self service wash because everything else is great! Javier called back to apologize for today's experience so it def shows he cares. 10/10 recommend. read more

Passed by one day and noticed it was open so I took a peek inside. All types of foods, treats, toys and apparel for your pets! Ended up coming back to use the self-wash station and it was awesome. Horrible customer service I came in with my dog , the lady seem annoyed, she asked how long does it take, I told her a total of 20-30 min! I've had my dog since a puppy I know how long it takes! She gave me a face like if I was stupid! And just stared At me. Like if she wanted me to change my answer. And then she was like OK I'm gonna trust you. Like excuse me what? That immediately threw me off! I know what works for my dog and how long it takes! Wow, this place is phenomenal! Not only is the owner incredibly kind and welcoming, but the whole business ethos goes beyond mere transactions--it's about their approach. They seem to really understand the emotional needs involved in handling clients. They even have a groomer on site, available by appointment. And it looks like they're expanding to include an edible bakery section, which is really cool. I think this kind of place is exactly what's missing in my life. Whenever we have birthdays, I sometimes make a little pie for my dog, but having a dedicated dog-friendly bakery would be amazing.
