So happy I found a local self serve pet wash. Took my pug in yesterday and my frenchie today. Javier is the best! He's attentive and considerate. Made sure the bath was elevated for ease as my dogs are small. Even warned us of a German Shepard getting blow dried before we got started. They've got all the amenities, from towels, shampoo & conditioner (you're welcome to bring your own) and a variety of deshedding brushes. A literal pet spaw! Today was a different experience, everything was great till the very end. There was a groomer there and I asked if they can do a nail trim, (which I usually do myself or regularly at the vet) My frenchie is a 4 yr old 18lbs dog... a little bit on the hyper side but the groomer lost his patience and had an unnecessary attitude. To the point of claiming my frenchie 'bit him' (He does NOT bite) I was there, my daughter was there, and Javier was there if he needed help to get him settled we were all there. At the same time, if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. I mentioned to Javier that I regularly take him to the vet for a nail trim and the groomer's words were "there's also plenty of vet techs to assist in holding him down!" That was unnecessary banter and again if you CAN'T do it, just say so and keep it professional. Aside from that, I WILL def be returning regularly for self service wash because everything else is great! Javier called back to apologize for today's experience so it def shows he cares. 10/10 recommend. read more

Came in at 6:03 to use the self wash, that was my mistake. I didn't see a sign where it noted that there was a cut off time, I would've understood if the owner told me that there was a cut off time. Instead she gave me a look and informed me I am three minutes pass the cut off time and if I could really wash my dog in 30 minutes. I was cut off guard and just said "I think?". She stared at me then scoffed and shook her head and said "okayyyy" with a smile and started ringing me up. Honestly already felt the tension, I told her it was fine, don't worry about it. I could see she did not want me there and again I would've been totally fine with her telling me that it wouldn't be possible today. I've been coming here since they've open and had an okay experience so far. I work in retail and food service, I know how annoying it is for someone to come in last minute but I always appreciate the ones that leave when you tell them you're cutting it close. No one likes feeling rushed. As I walked out with my dog, she kept laughing saying I could do it, its not a big deal, just I don't know how 30 minutes would work. And so on. I went up the street to Pups and Cubs and they told me cut off was 6 as well (noted ). I told them no worries, that's on me, when I said that I saw they had a clear sign stating the times. The lady was very nice and said this one time I could do it, I was done by 6:30 so yeah I could do it in 30 minutes. It was also 16 bucks instead of 20+ and they had a gate just in case your pup tries running from his bath. read more

Passed by one day and noticed it was open so I took a peek inside. All types of foods, treats, toys and apparel for your pets! Ended up coming back to use the self-wash station and it was awesome. Horrible customer service I came in with my dog , the lady seem annoyed, she asked how long does it take, I told her a total of 20-30 min! I've had my dog since a puppy I know how long it takes! She gave me a face like if I was stupid! And just stared At me. Like if she wanted me to change my answer. And then she was like OK I'm gonna trust you. Like excuse me what? That immediately threw me off! I know what works for my dog and how long it takes! Then she went on about putting my dog behind a curtain because of all the hair but the way she said it was so condescending and rude and honestly at this point I just felt really uncomfortable to even be there. Wow, this place is phenomenal! Not only is the owner incredibly kind and welcoming, but the whole business ethos goes beyond mere transactions--it's about their approach. They seem to really understand the emotional needs involved in handling clients. They even have a groomer on site, available by appointment. And it looks like they're expanding to include an edible bakery section, which is really cool. I think this kind of place is exactly what's missing in my life. Whenever we have birthdays, I sometimes make a little pie for my dog, but having a dedicated dog-friendly bakery would be amazing.
