I've now been coming here for almost 5 years. I had originally found them through Groupon and I'm sure glad I found them because they've done nothing but great work on my dog! They're open for long (9am-7pm but now with COVID I think the hours are reduced) and always are available for walk-ins. If they are slammed, they will let you know and will give you a time estimate on how long the bath/cut will take; which is anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. The groomer (an older lady) always takes her time with my dog, leaving him extra fluffy each time. And when it's a haircut, she does a very good and consistent job with cutting my dogs hair just the way I like it. The price is great (for a medium small-medium dog I believe I pay $30 for a bath only and $45 for a full groom)! Overall, I love coming here and truly refuse to go elsewhere. The groomer here is a perfectionist and does an excellent job each time! read more

I have been always looking for a groomer place for my little Pomeranian. I have tried many different grooming stores, Magic Groomer is the best one. The store is nice and neat, and the groomer is so professional and patient. My dog had a cute and brand new image. Magic Groomer is my only choice for my dog in San Gabriel valley. read more

If you have a cat please don't bring them here! We were told that they groom cats but it doesn't seem like they have experience with cats at all. Our cats hair is hacked up everywhere, it looks like I attempted cutting him myself rather than sending him to the groomer. read more

They really did a good job on my baby dog. They accept walk-in on a busy Saturday which I really appreciate. The staff here are really friendly and I could tell they treat these furry cute friends very nice. I would defined recommend this place and come back again. My dog is really cute now with a new haircut and smells so good! read more

The Customer service (only business owners) is good nice and good environment for take bath. recommend for go there for bath tips if you see a Chinese old lady who can not speak English well ，don't go !!!!she is not smile not nice not respect at all. Why the business will hired this kind lady I do not understand. if you are looking for a good look hair cut， it is not the best grooming place to come. The old lady kind hard to understand the cut style even its common . first time I went there for puppy hair cut ,it was ok. So I took my schnauzer back there for second time ,and the result come really bad. The stuff cut almost entire hair for left leg and for the face ,I told her leave a little bit for top of head but the old lady cut way to short. And what she said is that let me check the camera NO APOLOGY !!!Also the hair arond the mouth is uneven at all. I told the stuff do not cut and leave the eyelash she cut entire eyelash and told me that its accidently cut. I thought that if you were hired for hair cut ，you are be able to do the basic cut . i even show her the picture that ｉ want so she can follow it she said it's hard to follow???than why you were hired you know nothing! the stuff there are not professional. The second pic I show below you see that there is no hair .the forth pic final looks better after I cut a little by myself. Be honest ,even I cut better than the stuff there. UPDATE After I got home and second day I realized that the leg is injury which the one was cuted almost hair. There is a red spot on her skin and it's inflamed. read more

My puppy looked completely different! Amazing! Prices are reasonable!! Staff is friendly , they are gentle.

This has probably been the best groomer I've been to for my type of dog. Every other place I go to shaves her down and makes her look unrecognizable. I'm so glad to have found this place not too far from my house. They always make her looking the best she can and we always get compliments on haircuts. The lady's that I've seen are always nice and now know how to cater to my dog and her needs, they don't put her in a cage because they know she doesn't like it, and I didn't have to tell them that either. They accept my last minute calls with scheduling and ahead scheduling. I love this place read more

I always come here when I go to socal to get my dogs groomed. They do a great job and their prices are right. They price by weight. My dog always goes in looking like a scraggly prince to a cute puppy prince! We will be back! read more

Great service, my dog looks amazing, they waited a little longer for me to pick her up, nice environment, and good prices.

My fur baby was a happy boy when picked up so this is a big plus for us. Place is clean and priced very well.

Sparkly clean dog grooming business in Arcadia. Loki, our Maltese, was due for nail trimming and after researching places on Yelp, my sister and I decided to take him here. We didn't call for an appointment because we figured the process shouldn't take long! It was Loki's first time here and he seemed to like it, as you can see in the photos! Heh. The receptionist lady was nice and friendly and Loki was nice and friendly towards her in turn. He was so quick to follow her towards the grooming area and didn't even look back at us. Gee thanks, Loki? We actually used to take Loki to a different pet groomer in Arcadia until he got an ear infection. We also noticed how parched he would be after getting groomed and we took it as a sign that they probably barely gave him water while under their care. Definitely not okay but I digress. Magic Groomer had a nice waiting area with couches to sit on and everything. They also had a wide array of dog accessories which I didn't really care for because some were blingy/flashy and I'm paw-sitive Loki would not approve! I do appreciate that they have a viewing window so that you can see how the dogs are doing while they're being groomed! The dog next to Loki was even being cuddled by the groomer at one point -- a sweet sight to see. I feel comfortable taking him here again in the future. read more

Great customer service and my furbaby was groomed well. Will definitely go back again and will recommend

I have to stop going to this place. It was a turn off for me when the greedy owner charged $2 transaction fee for using a credit card or debit card. $50 for grooming a small dog should cover the transaction fee. Who would carry the dirty cash during the pandemic. The owner is rarely at the shop nor helps the poor old lady who is working non-stop. They accept walk-in which is not a good idea because the dog is left at the shop for a long time. read more

Eileen is the young lady that has a good personality for customer service. My first walk in was yesterday with little Squirt my territorial Pomm Pomm. Let me tell you about the place; everything is neat and coordinated. I haven't seen so far a sophisticated looking pet groom shop. I had him scheduled for 3PM and I picked him up in a very short time. Little Squirt was completely ready. This place receives you with kindness, Eileen's smile was contagious, if I had to come back to this shop again, "absolutely yes," people people, this place is doing good business. Keep the good job. read more

As much as I wanted to love this place for their services and affordability, I want to mention there were a few mistakes when I got my dog back. One of the biggest ones was that on my dogs back area, there is a large bald spot which means the razor mistakenly did this to my dog. I know this can happen but I wish there was an explanation or an apology because I have to stare at that spot, waiting for it to grow. Also, they cut the paw area of my dog in a boot style which we did not ask for, and did not really like once we saw her. After taking four hours, we just wanted our dog to get home instead of delaying it anymore. It was a great haircut nevertheless, but I do wish there was more of an attention to detail here. read more

New 2nd Visit Review @ Bottom* (1st Visit) This place is great! I was going to go to PetCo but there wasn't an availability that same day to get my dog groomed. I decided to Yelp around and find a local business who could do it. This place was it! I'm glad I came here, there shop is clean and welcoming. The groomer took good care of my Luna. She came out so nice! She was so happy too, you could tell. She reminded me of a puppy. It's also a good cut for the heat this summer. I'll sure be returning! Best to help out the community by shopping small. Check out the before and after pics of my Luna. (2nd Visit - Mid/Late August- No Pics) I came again because I had a great first time. Unfortunately I had to drop down a star, due to the grooming Luna got this time. It was choppy, like they did it in a rush-type of grooming. The place and service is clean and nice as before, but the grooming was not the best this time. Willing to give it another chance, because there so nice. read more

Absolutely coming back! The establishment is clean with tons of cute pet cloth. The haircut service is very detailed and professional. I love my dog's hair cut. This was my first time here. I found it through Groupon and got a good deal. The inside is very clean and organized. They service small and large dogs. I highly recommend calling first to make they have time to service your dog before going. read more

Magic groomers did an amazing job on my dog. They took the time to give him a very thorough grooming. I am very happy with the service and the end result. My dog is 87lbs and has a ton of fur!
