My parents told them to go ahead and fix it, once the truck was back it sat for about a month until i drove it. I knew the front rotors were warped before they took it in for service and I was a surprised to find out that the rotors were still warped, even after they supposedly did a brake job. I checked the invoice and realized that the tech quoted a pad slap (front and rear) and didn't recommend replacing or even resurfacing the rotors. I also checked the old brake pads and found that they still had 4 to 5 mm of material left and were not in immediate need of replacement. I was expecting to look at the invoice and see a proper brake job that at least included turning the rotors. As a technician myself I'm extremely disappointed in the service we received, i expected better service and communication.

I had a leak after an oil change (never lost a drop before). Audi dealership in Birmingham…read morediagnosed my oil leak as a broken oil pan and replaced my oil pan charging me $800. Oil leak continued the next day and dealership THEN said it was the oil filter housing that would cost $1,200 MORE dollars! I said they were crazy and called a few other auto repair places that work on Audi. Momentum gave a quote for $395 for the same repair. I brought the car in and then told me that it wasn't the oil filter housing, but that someone warped the oil filter gasket during the oil change!!! They did an oil change and cleaned up the oil and charged only $137. I could not be happier with the service and treatment I received at Momentum. Avoid the dealership, but if you go at the very least call Momentum for a second opinion!!!! Dealership is a rip off!
