I was really pulling for Shawn, he had some health issues so I have him a lot of extra time from his original quote. Communication was virtually non-existent every step of the way and only happened after multiple texts from me. The "fix" lasted less than two months. When I contacted Shawn about warranty support, he asked if we hit anything, I responded that we did not and then he never responded again. I can't recommend this business. I've been trying for months to get my muffler repaired! Received several quotes to fix the problem and of course they were pricey ... I own a GS350 Lexus. Shawn is a blessing!! My SUV sounded HORRIBLE as I drove up to the shop. Shawn quickly met me outside and knew exactly what the problem was without even looking, but he checked under the carriage anyway and it was worse than he thought. He wondered how I was still able to drive it with the amount of damage that was done. The most amazing exhaust work I've seen for such reasonable price. I have always had trust issues when it comes to letting people touch or work on my car. I love to detail it on a professional level and want everything on it to be perfect. Shawn has gone above and beyond all my expectations. Not only could he fit my car in for a new exhaust system in that week, he also managed to get it done on the same day! Don't let the outside of the shop fool you. It may be a little dusty here and there, but that is the result of all the beautiful hard work that is put into the exhaust systems. The same day turn around for such amazing work is what still blows my mind! My exhaust was done at another shop before, and for their sake I won't be mentioning their name. It was a disaster what they did. Not only was it done poorly, it didn't even last a full 3 years. Shawn came to the rescue and fixed all their errors. With his work I received: - Someone who listened to exact customer demands. - A full explanation of what he was going to do. - A quote to which he was really close when done. (Some places end up way over original quotes) - Brand new exhaust brackets that prevent the exhaust from moving or rattling. - Picture perfect welds that are painted over to blend in and prevent corrosion. - An exhaust system that is level at every point (Yes, he proved it with a leveler) - Flat black painted pipes to blend in with the underbody of my car where they are normally exposed. - Weld points on the exhaust tips, on top of the factory bolts, to really secure them and keep them perfectly aligned. For all that, the price he quoted me is by far more than reasonable. In fact, I feel like I owe him more for the immaculate level of craftsmanship he performed on my car. This guy is a rip-off !!!!!! Told me he check my Vehicle and it was the catalytic converter that was causing the issue. First told me $1700 for the two converters on my car ask if there was cheaper he said he knew of some could order them and it would be $1350. Would take two days to get them in and a day to put them on. Two weeks later the parts are still wrong and he had to modify to get them on the car. Then when they are on got the same problem as before and tell me you know your throwing other codes. Yes told you that the first time we talked and ask to to scan the van and let me know what wrong. Then leaves my keys in someone else's car and my daughter had to wait an hour for keys. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Nobody beats Shaun at Exhaust. He did a full custom job on my truck from the header back since the 1984 system had seen much better days. It looks absolutely killer and it better than anyone could have done. Ran a converter that I provided, sealed up my substandard work (that's a compliment), put a Flowmaster single in dual out muffler and tips on it. The result? Pure beauty...in sound and looks. It makes me want to crawl under the truck and just stare at it....All this and a VERY reasonable price. If you want the best, you probably should stop with Shaun. That's all I gotta say. read more

Honestly the most unexpected experience I've ever had. This guy was AMAZING I was expected to get highballed and screwed over like other shops had tried to do. Instead I was given the best estimate among the multiple shops I asked and on top of that. He had a cancellation so he offered to just do the work right then and there and I left same day with a beautiful rumble behind me.
