I now have a 2019 Tacoma that he has outfitted with all Memphis Audio Speakers and 2 10" Memphis Audio Subs, powered by a KENWOOD amp. The greatest thing is that I was able to keep my factory radio, so looking into my truck, everything looks just plain stock, until you turn it on and hear it. The sound quality is unbelievable, the highs are as crisp and clean as going to the opera, and the lows, well you can feel those all the way into your soul. He also took care of tinting all of my windows with tint with nano technology in it to help reduce the heat in your car and the glare. Last but not least he replaced all of the halogen headlights on my truck with much brighter LED bulbs, they also swapped out the bulbs in the fog lights too. So no matter what ya need done to your car or truck, go by and see the guys at Audio Creations, they will get ya taken care of.

I thought I had made and posted a review for this shop only to discover I either failed to hit…read moreenter or some other gremlin snuck in. So I'll start over with a review and up date all in one after it has sat and seasoned a bit. I was forced to looking into Insane after realizing my daily driver was in serious need of TLC. As much as I thought going to a soft touch automatic and driving into my garage a mile away and blowing it off and using a quick detailer was taking good care of my paint, I was sadly mistaken. It's nearly nine years of daily driving has worn and it's been professionally detailed once prior for $200 and a quickie wax or two for less that $100 at other "detail shops". I kept hearing about Chase Tubbs and his company from others, so I did a Yelp search and then went to his website where I was captivated by the videos avail which covered everything from Chase Tubbs personal mindset to a comprehensive understanding of each and every service as well as what it is to have a truly Insane Paint Auto Detail job. After watching the videos I was determined to visit and speak with Chase personally; which can be a challenge as his throttle is hung wide open. Finally, I popped in (which once you become a client- popping in is more like checking in with your buds at the shop) and we went over options for my 2010 Challenger. We decided on a package that included a Correction Polish, Interior Rejuvenation and Engine Bay Detailing. I also took advantage of having my windows tinted with a premium ceramic based film (it started out as just the sides in as dark as legal and I called back and upgraded to front and rear glass with more of a sunglasses tint to round out the look). The prices are clearly posted both on the web and in the boutique waiting room. A price was set and just put it this way- you get what you pay for. Don't expect to just drop off your car and hang out while major services are done. I had to make an appointment six weeks out; which makes the wait to be part of the Insane club that much more of an initiation. The shop was so accommodating that the day I was scheduled they were able to run me back to my house as this was a nearly a two and a half day process and I live a mile away. They then sent a shop worker to pick me up when the car was ready. I'm not saying this is part of typical service but they never blinked when I asked. The reveal is really rather special as I think these guys get there rocks off presenting a car to the client as much as the client does upon laying eyes on it. There she was, sort of on display in the back of the shop surrounded by special lighting that allows them to inspect the car and assure that every last swirl is removed. I was thunderstruck, it glowed and it wasn't just the lights! I was slowly toured around the car as Chase proudly explained the complications and efforts that were encountered. My car had a blemish that was an accident and he profusely explained how I was going to be made whole and to his word it indeed came to be. The tint was bafflingly in how it changed the character and look of the car. Then they back it out into the magic hour and Chase takes a few dozen high quality photos which he shares and I include for review. The interior and engine bay were equally impressive. The overall experience is part of the mystique that is Insane Paint Auto Detailing. I've been back to purchase Shine Supplies (used exclusively) to maintain my cars appearance and in the month and a half since I've been able to simply dust the car off with high quality micro fiber towels and performed one two bucket car wash and dry with a quick shine to restore the look without so much as a swirl or added blemish. It's also nice to know since I've now had the paint restoration and it is now an established entities with the Shine products, for the next year or so the shop can do an Insane Quickie version of a wash or Chase can do a mobile detail if need be. If you love your ride and expect the best, there's is only one option for premium automotive detailing in town. Period.

The team invested and concluded that the tire was deformed, nothing wrong with the wheel. Since nothing had to be fixed, the team was kind and did the inspection free of charge. The wobbling did go away when I replaced the tires.

Really? My son could have been seriously hurt or killed and they were rude, never apologized, and actually charged me for the additional repairs. I will never use them again and would warn you that they are dishonest, rude, and their work cannot be trusted.

I stopped by this business as I passed it on a morning drive and decided to ask them if they could…read morehelp me with my mid 1980's Camaro sound system. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly.
