They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I had been putting off getting my convertible tinted. I did a good bit of research before I…read moreactually chose Tint One. I called to book an appointment and choose how dark of a time I wanted. I spoke ( can't think of it so will edit once I look at paperwork). He was very helpful and gave me all the information bout the types of tint they use. Since my car is black I needed the best heat blocking I could get. I did opt for the hybrid ceramic/nano that blocks out 98% radiation heat and 99% UV rays. I was told that if I dropped it off at 9am it would be done by 11am. They were pretty close to the time only about 10 minutes over. And for the car they were tinting I am surprised it only took that long. My car is a hard too 2 seat roadster with very tight area by the back glass. The tint came out perfect, could not ask for a better job. I highly recommend Tint One.
