Let me just say that Mark is the man when it comes to tint. I have a car that is a little over 20 years old and it had some old tint on it. Mark was able to remove the tint and put newer tint on my car without any issues. It came out better than expected! I have been going to see Mark over here since I got my first car. Now a couple of cars later he is still the only person that I will let install anything in my cars. I now have a 2019 Tacoma that he has outfitted with all Memphis Audio Speakers and 2 10" Memphis Audio Subs, powered by a KENWOOD amp. The greatest thing is that I was able to keep my factory radio, so looking into my truck, everything looks just plain stock, until you turn it on and hear it. The sound quality is unbelievable, the highs are as crisp and clean as going to the opera, and the lows, well you can feel those all the way into your soul. He also took care of tinting all of my windows with tint with nano technology in it to help reduce the heat in your car and the glare. Last but not least he replaced all of the halogen headlights on my truck with much brighter LED bulbs, they also swapped out the bulbs in the fog lights too. Installed breathalyzer, would not work for car to crank after 20 + times and 3 different people. Called and was told that all 3 of us must be stupied and he can't do shit about it without it being at his shop. It won't crank because they screwed up.. Who's the dumbass? Husband asked for his two windows to be tinted and a tinted brow be done on his truck. It was raining when he picked it up so he didn't see the gap that was in the brow tint until the next day. He called and the guy that did the tint explained that this is just how it is. We've since learned that this is not true from another facility. My Husband asked that it just be removed and the money refunded for that portion. The guy that does the tint said my Husband would have to call the owner about the refund. He did, the owner said he would refund the $40, just come to the shop so he could run the card for the refund. When my Husband got there, the owner decided he was just going to give him $20 back instead of the $40 that was discussed just 30 minutes earlier. This is ridiculous and this review will be left everywhere from Google to Yelp. My Husband handled it a little differently and just basically told the guy where to stick it.
