I stopped by this business as I passed it on a morning drive and decided to ask them if they could…read morehelp me with my mid 1980's Camaro sound system. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

I had tint installed on front windshield but instead of removing tint strip I already had,he just added another half piece to strip!! What kind of garbage is that!! I came back about a month later and bought another Prime amp 450 watt 4 channel for the 6 x 8 speakers . Cost about $240.00. Less than a year later the 450 watt amp burn up. I took it back to have it repaired or replaced. I was told that they didn't have any in stock and that it would be a couple of weeks before they could get me another one. In the meantime I was told that the radio couldn't be used until the other amp was reinstalled. After a month had passed I called them to see if they had the amp in. They gave me a run around saying that the amp hadn't come in. I told the guy that I needed something done due to not have a functioning radio at all. He told me to come in and he would set up something. He installed a prime amp 150 watt as a temporary. He said that would be just a temp until the other amp came in. I have called on multiple occasions to follow up. I keep being told that there wasn't a amp in stock, And to check back in a couple of weeks. At no point during any of this did anyone from the store call me or follow up. This was in early May of 2015 and it is August 14th. So I am going to chalk this up as a lesson learned. They did a decent job installing it but left my hazard lights disconnected and left a part of my console unattached. I forgave them those two things because they did a decent job installing the part. Later, my husband bought me an aftermarket stereo for the same car because I was unhappy with the factory stereo. He went to Rickwood to purchase the installation (the head unit itself came from Crutchfield). He said when he went to them to ask if they could do the installation they just stared at him like they had no idea what he was talking about. Finally, he ordered a wiring harness and paid for the installation and was told it would take about 2 hours. I took my car in when they opened at 8:30 on a Friday morning. When I dropped the car off I told the person at the counter that they had disconnected my hazard lights, and I needed to make sure they fixed that. He noted it on the ticket. I called them at about noon to see if it was ready and was told they were still working on it, but it was coming together nicely. Then, I called again at 2:00, and they said they couldn't get the amplifier to work. I asked them to please let me know how much longer it would take because I had to make arrangements to come get the car. At 4:15, they called to tell me they would have to get another wiring harness because the one they had was what caused the amplifier not to work. They said they'd have to use the new harness, the one they ordered, and the one that came with the head unit to make the stereo work. This didn't sound right to us at all, but we agreed to come back the following week to have the job finished. The following Tuesday, I dropped the car off at 8:30 again. When I called at noon, I was told they were in the middle of it right now, and they'd be finished "in a little while." They called at 2:30 to tell me it was ready. When I picked up the car, I asked about the wiring harness again and was told they had credited me the price of the original one they ordered. Evidently, the person who told me they needed three was wrong. I went out to the car to test everything before I left. The stereo worked fine, but as I was driving away I remembered to check the hazards and found they still had not fixed it. I went back in and talked to the person who had installed the steroe, and he said, "Oh, yeah! It doesn't come on right!" I said, "You were going to let me leave, knowing that you hadn't fixed that?" I got a blank stare. They told me they'd order the switch, and it would be in "in a few days." So, to sum up, a company whose job it is to install car stereos ordered the wrong part, took two days to do a two hour job, and was satisfied when they were going to allow me to leave with part of my car not functioning, when it was a part they had broken. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
