The selling staff was very attentive and helpful. The delivery was rushed and the detailing of our new vehicle was very poor! They didn't even remove our license plate from our previous vehicle. We left the car lot and realized that we didn't have the plate. We went back and our salesperson and sales manager were busy. Another salesman asked if he could be od assistance and he removed the plate. Nice guy!! read more

This car lot has an A+ BBB rating despite having received SEVEN consecutive One-Star reviews!! It appears that few customer complaints are favorably resolved. How can the dealer have an A+ BBB rating!? I contacted the BBB to find out... Seems that Reviews Don't score At ALL! Seems that 7 consecutive One-Star Reviews Aren't even tabulated! Complaints are tabulated, NOT on how many are Satisfactorily resolved, but rather, Did The Dealer Respond To The Complaimant. ALL the business has to do to receive an A+ BBB rating is basically...respond. Moral of this story: Apparently, any business can be A+, even if their customers consistently rate them as One-Star; just send your complainant an "So Sorry" post card. As for me, I'll take my financial lumps, but will NEVER set foot on their car lot again! I just have to accept that I am personally responsible for them grossly over-torquing part of my Hyundai's engine, breaking it. read more

Had a great experience with Joey V he truly cared and help us make a great decision I would highly recommend anyone coming to see him.

Kind, courteous, and willing to work with you. What else can you ask for? My only complaint is I had to make my own coffee lol.

cj was great!! Very helpful. Also, whoever is in charge of the playlist in the dealership needs a raise and a bonus asap

Mr. Nick C help us with our purchase for a car. He is super cool. And very knowledgeable on car highly recommended.

Our salesperson, Theresa, was very helpful and responsive. Rob (Sales Manager) was willing to work with us to get an out-the-door price we could afford. The reason I gave only 4* is the process of buying a new car is complicated ... in fairness to Tameron, I figure it would be just as complicated elsewhere. The main thing is ... we love our new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My fiance purchased an extended warranty through Fidelity Warranty Services on my Hyundai through Tameron Hyundai specifically for peace of mind, knowing Hyundai engines are notorious for issues. She thought she was protecting my investment and my family. Instead, this company has done nothing but waste my time, stress us out, and ultimately deny coverage in a situation where a warranty should matter most. From the beginning of this claim, they made everything as difficult as possible. They required proof of every single oil change since I've owned the vehicle - which I provided, and then some. I get my oil changes done early and keep my records. That still wasn't good enough. Then they decided they "couldn't find" the new registration and wanted to verify that she was the original owner, like I was trying to pull something over on them. I had to jump through hoops over something they could have easily verified if they actually wanted to help instead of avoid paying a claim. This whole ordeal has dragged on for two and a half weeks while my engine has been having problems. Again, this is a Hyundai - engine issues are not exactly rare, which is exactly why you buy an extended warranty in the first place. You think you're buying protection, but what you're really doing is putting money in their pockets so they can find reasons not to help you when it actually matters. After all this back-and-forth, documentation, and waiting, they denied the warranty claim anyway. As I'm writing this, I am on hold with them, supposedly waiting for an "engine specialist" to get on the phone. I've been on hold for about an hour, stuck listening to awful hold music, luckily while I happen to have a five-hour drive ahead of me. Most people don't have that kind of time to waste. To be clear: She maintained my vehicle. She provided all the records they asked for. She cooperated with their long, drawn-out process. And they still denied the claim. At this point, it feels like Tameron Hyundai and Fidelity Warranty Services is in the business of collecting premiums and denying claims, not helping people. They took the sense of security that an extended warranty is supposed to give and turned it into profit for themselves, leaving us with a broken engine and a denied claim. I'm a firefighter, and I have a lot of people who trust my word. I have a large following on social media - over a million followers across platforms - and I fully intend to share this experience everywhere I can. I may not be able to get my time or money back, but I will absolutely get some satisfaction from making sure as many people as possible know to stay far away from Tameron Hyundai and Fidelity Warranty that they promote. If you're reading this and considering an extended warranty from them: Don't. Protect yourself by not doing business with Tameron Hyundai or Fidelity Warranty which Tameron promotes, a company that treats customers like this. read more

Had a great experience buying from Tameron Hyundai. Gabe Taunton did an awesome job taking care of us!

Joey V was absolutely great! We appreciate his attention to details, knowledge and his customer service!

Buying from Tameron Hyundai was a great experience. Ashton V. was eager to help us find just the right vehicle for our daughter. He asked what features we were looking for, looked through the inventory, and gave us a few ideas. There was no high pressure sales pitch either. The whole experience was easy and straightforward. No sleazy used car salesman vibes. In fact, after undergoing a safety inspection after purchase, it was determined that a few of the tires were in need of replacement and Tameron put a new set of tires on it. Thank you Ashton and Tameron for getting my daughter on the road safely! read more

Joey V was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Was very helpful with and and all questions. We are now proud owners of a new vehicle!

I found the truck I really liked through Car Gurus at Tameron Hyundai. I drove down from Tennessee to take a look at it. I worked with Antoine and Cam. We had a hiccup with the truck during my visit, but they went above an beyond to make it right. Antoine went so far as to drive the truck up to my house (over 2 hours away) when it was ready to go. They were both very straightforward and honest. I LOVE the truck and had a very good experience in the process with Antoine and Cam. If they have what you're looking for in a vehicle, I would highly recommend them! read more

Yesterday on a whim...I decided to stop by and just check if a vehicle was on the lot (99% chance there would not be, but who knows...right?!?) It was my lucky day, they JUST emptied a truck and had a Palisade available that wasn't previously sold. It was fate! Antonius Banks greeted me at the door with a big smile, and he was absolutely amazing. I honestly have never had someone so attentive and able to help me the way he did without a hassle or headache. I'm a no nonsense kind of person. I told him that upfront, and explained that if he's upfront and honest and can work the deal to get me where I needed to be, I would buy today. He definitely understood the assignment. Antonius cut to the point, and made the sale. He is a direct persons dream salesperson. I honestly will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. read more

We had to replace a car which was unexpectedly unserviceable. We did not know how we would handle it. Our service advisor, C T Thomas, said Garrett Cannon could help us walk through options. Garrett was not pushy and helped the Tameron team lead us to consider buying a new car. We arrived at a decision to buy a Tucson, a great looking car with good economy and reliability. We highly recommend Garrett and Tameron from our experience. read more

I came in to Tameron Hyundai today just to lay eyes on a Sonata Hybrid and Joey V and Cam made sure I was taken care of from the moment I parked my car. The two of them made me a killer deal that I had no other option than to take. Not only was the car better than expected, the service was second to none. read more

I live in Louisiana and found a jeep at Tameron Hyundai that we like and wanted to buy. I requested a price and it was sent to me but when I try to make arrangement to purchase I was told by manger Gina Cono and Steaven Konnor that they will not sell to people in Louisiana because it was against policy to sell outside AL and 4 other states. Maybe they should not advertise nation wide if thay can't sell nation wide. read more

Sleazy and scummy. We bought a car and the dealership tricked us and sold the car to someone else a week later after we signed all the documents while promising repairs for the car. Shout out to the sales team for lying to our faces. read more

Used car buying experience was very simple and they were helpful during the entire process.

I have a 2023 Electric Hyundai Ioniq 5, In December I got a software update I think on ECU. The car is rated at 305 miles per charge. But it usually charged to 340 to 350. Now after the update this instantly dropped to 275-278. Charged it several times since the update and that is all it will charge to. Very disappointing as this is no where near the advertised rate, much less than the extra amount I was getting. Called Tameron Hyundai and got a big run around. Sadly the service tech said this was a Hyundai issue, not them and there was nothing they could do about it. Total cop out as he gave me the Hyundai Customer Service number to do my own followup. Fact: I bought the car from Tameron, not Hyundai. Calling Hyundai, but that was pretty much a dead end. Will be buying elsewhere in the future. read more

I went through the negotiation process with this dealership and the salesman Will, signed papers - agreed on price etc. They agreed to fix the cracked windshield and broken console. While I was waiting for the repairs they called me and told me they SOLD the car from under me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I'd expected better from an official Hyundai dealership. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM TAMERON HYUNDAI or HONDA in HOOVER! Went to Test drive a Palisade CALLIGRAPHY, sales man CHRIS ask me a MILLION questions (not necessary for a test drive, because I'd test driven 3 other cars that day with a Drivers Licenses and NOT QUESTIONS) MR BOOTHE asked me what I wanted and I told him a 25 Palisade, White with Light interior. He went and got a car that was a USED Palisade SEL with Cloth seats. I told him this wasn't what I asked for and he said, they gave me this one because it would better fit into your BUDGET. I HAD NOT GIVEN HIM A BUDGET, ONLY WHAT I WANTED TO TEST DRIVE. I explained that he had INSULTED Me and wasted 45 minutes of my day. I left and immediately called the "BIG MANAGER" BLAKE as Chris called him to explain my disappointment and was told he wasn't in the office (even thought he'd been sitting in the office playing on his cell phone the entire time I as in the showroom. The receptionist said she did leave a message on MR BRADENS desk....that was 2pm its not 5 pm and still no call...I returned to the dealership to get Chris's card since he had all my information but I had nothing of his. His Sales manager came out to my car as I was leaving and was very nice asking if he could help. I told him no sir. I'd already been insulted once and didn't care for a repeat. He told me not to be mad at Chris, he as only doing what the people in the back told him. I explained to him that the PEOPLE IN THE BACK weren't the FACE OF TAMERON, CHRIS was and that Chris should have stood up to them and said. THATS NOT WHAT THE CLIENT WANTS... in any sales business one must LISTEN to the CUSTOMER....not ignore them I was shopping and ready to buy... but not there. Im sure ALL TAMERON stores in Hoover operate like this.. and they need to start LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! not judging them. #tameronhyundaihoover, #tameronhondahoover, #tameronhoover VERY DISAPPOINTED in TAMERON! 0 STARS!!!!!!! Horrible customer experience. I will tell everyone I know to never deal with this dealership. We had an appointment set with the sales manager to test drive a car and it was sold right before we pulled into the lot. The car was still sitting there and we just thought it was waiting on us to test drive. We drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership to buy that car. A phone call would have been nice to let us know the car was being sold during our appointment time. The only thing that was said was "Sorry, someone got here first." They tried to get us to look at other cars but what den of thieving lairs. Also, do not go here unless you're financing because cash is no longer what they want. They want that kickback from financing companies and charge you more if you are paying in cash. They also have a $900 doc fee that we were told could not be waived. The advertised price was $2000 less than what we were told the purchase price would be since we wanted to pay cash. Run fast and find an honest dealership to give your money to.... read more

Basically, we purchased a new Hyundai Tucson that had been detailed after the paper work had been completed. They sprayed a cover up air freshener that masked the new car smell. I am highly allergic to cleaning solutions/ deodorizers and we brought the car back the next day. They did not have another car in that color and model and they would not return my car so we were forced to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle. We have purchased over 10 vehicles from Tameron as a family over the years and I would have expected better service. I am very disappointed in their attitude, and will never do business with them in the future. To top it off, they let us leave without completing the paperwork AND did not show us the features of the car so I am clueless about how to use certain features. They half heartedly attempted but by that time, there was so much tension, I just wanted to get out of there. They were very disrespectful and treated us like we were trying to get something for free. read more
