Cheaper than going to the Lexus dealership for breaks! Highly recommend. Smart service techs, clean facilities and friendly service.

I noticed the tire pressure light come on about two weeks ago, so I took it to our usual tire place to be filled, rotated, and aligned. One week later, right before we were driving 2.5 hours to the airport, I noticed the tire pressure light come on again. I got out of the car and gave the tires a quick look, but I couldn't see anything, so I took it back to the tire place. They filled it again, and said nary a peep about any concerns, and off we drove to the airport. On a lark, we decided to stop at this Firestone on our way back from our trip since it's open and does oil changes on Sundays (already a huge vote up!). Kathy squeezed us in even without an appointment, and within about 15 minutes it was in a service bay. Stephen, the technician, immediately found what our tire place missed after two visits: a huge nail, which was causing air to leak out of one tire. Luckily, they were able to patch it and we could save the tire. Kathy also took the time to show us the condition of our tire treads, carefully explaining the wear bars. Even though it was clear that we were out-of-towners who probably wouldn't be repeat customers, Kathy and Stephen were still exceedingly thorough when they checked our tires.

But my last exerience was one that I cannot help but be infuratied by. I had an issue where my 2012 Highlander AC went out in July and it was $2700.00 to fix. So I agreed and they did the work. When I took the car in the heater worked fine and prior to the AC going out the temperature control worked without any issues. They "fixed" the AC and it blew ice cold which was great for July. I noticed immediately that you couldn't regulate the temperature at all but life was busy and in hindsight I should have turned right around and took it back in. Fast forward two months when I had a blowout, I took it back in and alerted them to the issue's (no temp control and heater is out). They mulled it over and said it was a completely different issue and wanted another $2700. If they had test run the system after "fixing" the AC, they would have noticed something was off. Or maybe they did and just pushed it out anyways? They claim to warrenty their work but that didn't hold up here either. No attempt whatsoever to meet me in the middle. Nothing except a "sorry, completely different issue so another $2700.00". Not a good look Rob'e Man's.
