We decided to get a second opinion and scheduled an appointment with Elite the next day. We provided Gabe and his mechanics with a list of the problems noted at the auto dealership and were prepared to have Elite do the repairs for us. After a thorough inspection of the vehicle - taking well over an hour - the Elite mechanics could find nothing wrong with the vehicle. When there are so many reports of businesses/individuals seeking to take advantage of people, it was an amazing moment to have someone exhibit such honesty and integrity. I would recommend Elite Tire and Service to anyone requiring any work at all - whether routine maintenance or repair issues. Amazing Service!! I recently moved to Birmingham from Detroit Michigan and had an issue with my rear tire. I figured I had a slow leak since I had to keep putting air in ever since I made the trip. I found Elite Tire and Service on yelp (my go to for finding new places) and I couldn't be any happier!! Jeff was very helpful and took care of my tire in less than 20 mins. I ended up needing my tire plugged due to a screw being logged. The establishment was very clean and welcoming! I would recommend this business to anyone that needs any tire work done to their car. The staff was extremely friendly. They're prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back to get my brakes and rotors changed. I have a daughter that is a student at Samford University. Being 4 hours away it has been a process to identify different service providers that I can confidently send my daughter to. As the need has arisen I have been able to connect her with people who have turned out to be very trust-worthy and honest. After reading a few reviews when she had some car trouble last week I decided to send her to Elite Tire and Service. The conversation I had with Jeff put me at ease with sending there. Sending my teenage daughter to a repair shop by herself could have been a scary proposition for a number of different reasons but Jeff took very good care of her and as far as the safety of her car he treated her like his own daughter. The way Auto Service should be! No hassle's, needed an alignment, rotate and balance. They took care me with the best customer service I have ever had at any car service center. I dropped my car off and was going to walk to my work, about 9 or 10 blocks, it was sprinkling and Gabe would not have it. He said they would take care of me. Jeff sent one of the other workers, a clean cut, very pleasant individual, to drop me off and offered to pick me back up later. No extra charge, just good courteous customer service. I left it at 10 am. Jeff said it would be ready between 12:30 and 2:00 pm. At 12:15 I had a voicemail saying it was ready. Also, no surprises, price was as quoted, and the car drove better than ever. I never wrote a review before but I want to for this business after having my tire patched here. They gave me a very reasonable price range over the phone (much lower than other auto places). I took my car here and they got the job done quickly. When it was time to pay... and you won't believe this... but when it was time to pay and I asked how much I owe them, they said, "Nothing. You don't owe us anything. It was an easy job." I'm not implying you should come here to get your car service for free. But definitely come here if you want honest people to service your car. read more

I have found my go-to tire shop! I have a Mini Cooper with run-flat tires and finding repair shops to repair instead of replace is not an easy task. These guys had my tire fixed in no time and took time to go over future tire options with me. They are very knowledgeable about tires and take the time to explain the different options available to you. When the time comes to get my tires replaced, I will be going back to Elite. These guys were great! They did not try to get more out of me even though I am a college girls who knows nothing about cars. My dad even got on the phone with them and they showed respect and were super kind throughout the entire process. We got our entire A/C system fixed in under an hour!
